Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS),with its remarkable advantages of higher safety and better penetrability, has gradually become a novel method of physical adjuvant therapy. Previous studies have verified that LIPUS can modulate the immune response of different immune cells such as macrophage,T lymphocyte, and neutrophil by reducing the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therefore,it plays a crucial role on acceleration of fracture healing, expedition of wound repair, and repairation of myocardial injury. The review summarizes the regulatory effects and potential mechanisms of LIPUS on abnormal immune cell responses triggered by various diseases.

Immunosuppressants are the most commonly used therapeutic means to reduce organ transplantation rejection and improve short-term clinical outcomes of patients after transplantation. However, systemic use of immunosuppressants increases the risk of opportunistic infections and the incidence of malignancies. Therefore, the efficient targeted delivery of immunosuppressants to target organs is particularly important. Lymph nodes are the main sites of transplant rejection activation. In recent years, drug delivery systems targeting lymph nodes have played an increasingly important role in the treatment of organ transplant rejection. This review briefly introduces the mechanism of action of lymph nodes in transplant rejection, and focuses on the construction of lymph node targeted drug delivery system and its application in transplant rejection, aiming to apply it in the treatment of transplant rejection toimprove patient outcomes.

Chinese Journal of Reproduction and Contraception 2023;43(6):599-605
In recent years, assisted reproductive technology (ART) has become an integral part of modern medicine and now plays a key role in population growth. Although ART has solved the problem of "no child" among some infertile couples, the short-term and long-term health outcomes of offspring conceived by ART is still controversial due to its non-physiological operating conditions. It has been found that the key procedures of ART may increase offspring's risk of developmental glycolipid metabolic disease by resetting epigenetic memory in gamete and embryo early development. This article systematically described the effects of controlled ovulation hyperstimulation, in vitro embryo culture, in vitro oocyte maturation, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo cryopreservation and preimplantation genetic testing on offspring's risk of developmental glycolipid metabolic diseases, to provide new ideas for confirming offspring safety and improving the therapeutic strategy of assisted reproduction
