Objective: To explore the micro associations and key bridge nodes between physical fitness indicators and anxiety/depressive symptoms among college students using network analysis, so as to provide a theoretical foundation for promoting physical and mental health of college students. Methods: From September to October 2025, a combination of purposive sampling and cluster sampling was employed to select 2 158 college students from three universities in Xuzhou City. Seven physical fitness indicators were measured and standardized according to the National Student Physical Health Standard. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 (GAD-7) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to assess anxiety and depressive symptoms. Independent samples t-test was used for intergroup comparisons of physical fitness indicators and psychological symptom scores. A gaussian graphical model (GGM) was constructed to calculate node and bridge strength, followed by stability analyses. Results: The detection rates of anxiety and depressive symptoms among college students were 21.3% and 24.5%, respectively. Male participants demonstrated superior performance in physical fitness indicators such as vital capacity, 50 meter sprint, and standing long jump compared to female participants, whereas females exhibited better results in the sit and reach test ( t =48.35, -44.82 , 70.21, -16.51, all P <0.01). Regarding psychological indicators, female participants showed higher scores of anxiety and depressive symptoms than males ( t =-4.15, -4.46, both P <0.01). Physical fitness and psychological symptoms were predominantly negatively correlated. "feeling tired" and "not being able to stop or control worrying" were the symptoms with the highest centrality in the network of physical fitness and phychological symptoms among college students (standardized strengths were 2.15 and 1.98, respectively). Among the bridge indicators, the "1 000 m (male)/800 m (female) run" exhibited the highest strength (0.85), outperforming "vital capacity" (0.35); it was linked to the symptom cluster primarily by negatively predicting "feeling tired" (edge weight=-0.38). The network stability was excellent of physical fitness and phychological symptoms among college students (correlation stability coefficient= 0.60 ). Conclusions Endurance capacity serves as the most critical bridge connecting physical and mental health, and its decline is closely related to intensified feelings of fatigue. Colleges should prioritize endurance training as a core target for promoting college students mental health.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of artificial intelligence-assisted compressed sensing (ACS) technology in accelerating MR simulation (MR-sim) for radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:Thirty patients with NPC scheduled to receive radical radiotherapy at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center were prospectively enrolled. All patients underwent head and neck MR-sim on a 3.0 T scanner, with axial T 1 weighted imaging (WI), T 2WI, contrast-enhanced T 1WI, and fat-suppressed contrast-enhanced T 1WI images acquired using both ACS and parallel imaging (PI) techniques. Paired-sample t tests or rank-sum tests were used to compare scan time, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of MR-sim images between the two techniques. A 5-point Likert scale was applied to evaluate tumor lesion visualization, lesion margin clarity, artifacts, and overall image quality, with chi-square tests used to compare subjective image quality scores between the two techniques. Tumor target volumes were delineated on MR-sim images obtained by both ACS and PI techniques after fusion with CT simulation images, and consistency was assessed using the Dice similarity coefficient (DSC). Results:For both individual sequences and overall protocols, ACS significantly reduced MR-sim acquisition time compared with PI ( P < 0.001). The total acquisition time with ACS was (378.60±17.07) s versus (694.93±17.07) s with PI, representing a 45.52% time reduction. SNR, CNR, tumor lesion identification, margin clarity, artifacts, and overall image quality scores of MR-sim images did not differ significantly between ACS and PI ( P > 0.05). Tumor target volumes delineated from ACS- and PI-based MR-sim images showed high consistency after fusion with CT simulation images ( P > 0.05), with mean DSC values of primary tumors and metastatic cervical lymph nodes approaching 1. Conclusion:Compared with conventional MR acceleration methods (PI), ACS enables faster MR-sim acquisition in NPC without compromising image quality or the accuracy of tumor target delineation.

Objective:To describe the positive rates of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) DNA and serum-neutralizing antibody in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues of rural women in Xiangyuan County, Shanxi Province, and evaluate the association of HR-HPV DNA and neutralizing antibody positive status with the occurrence of CIN.Methods:In a cohort of 1 897 women aged 35-45 years established by the Shanxi Province Cervical Cancer Screening StudyⅠ, DNA typing (SPF10 PCR-DEIA-LiPA25) was performed by using tissue samples of women with positive HR-HPV test results [Hybrid CaptureⅡ(HC2)] or abnormal cytological or pathological results. Serum HR-HPV neutralizing antibody detection was conducted with multicolor pseudovirion-based neutralization assay. Cochran-Armitage trend test was used to analyze the changing trend of the positive rate of HR-HPV DNA and neutralizing antibody with the progression of CIN. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate the influence and multiplicative interaction of HR-HPV DNA and neutralizing antibody positive status on the occurrence of CIN. The relative excess risk ( RERI), attributable proportion of interaction ( AP), and the synergy index ( SI) of the interaction were calculated to evaluate the additive interaction of HR-HPV DNA and neutralizing antibody on the occurrence of CIN. Results:The positive rate of any type of HR-HPV DNA (HPV16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68) in 479 women who were HC2 positive or had abnormal cytological or pathological detection results was 37.16%. In normal, CIN1, CIN2, and CIN3+ groups, the HR-HPV DNA positive rates were 18.03%, 49.53%, 90.24% and 94.59%, respectively. The positive rate of any type of HR-HPV neutralizing antibody was 63.88%. In normal, CIN1, CIN2, and CIN3+ groups, the positive rates of HR-HPV neutralizing antibody were 63.95%, 57.94%, 70.73%, and 72.97%, respectively. The positive rate of any type of HR-HPV neutralizing antibody was 53.31% in 1 418 women who were HC2 negative and had normal cytopathology, and the most common types were HPV51 (27.36%) and HPV39 (24.96%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that any type of HR-HPV DNA positive status ( OR=9.15, 95% CI: 5.99-14.20, P<0.001) was the independent factor for the occurrence of CIN, HR-HPV neutralizing antibody positive status was not associated with the occurrence of CIN ( OR=0.95, 95% CI: 0.61-1.48, P=0.815). The OR value of the multiplication of HR-HPV DNA and neutralizing antibody positive status of the occurrence of CIN was 1.63 (95% CI: 0.67-3.95), P=0.283. Quantitative analysis of interaction showed that RERI was 1.65 (95% CI:-3.56-6.86), SI was 1.28 (95% CI: 0.58-2.82), and AP was 0.19 (95% CI:-0.36-0.75). Conclusions:HR-HPV DNA positive status was a risk factor for the occurrence of CIN, but neutralizing antibody positive status was not associated with the occurrence of CIN. They had no significant multiplicative or additive interaction with the occurrence of CIN.

Objective To explore the necessity,significance,and implementation forms of integrating tumor health sci-ence popularization education and communication practice into clinical undergraduate oncology teaching.Methods Science pop-ularization education was conducted among clinical undergraduate oncology students at Guangzhou Medical University who partici-pated in science communication activities.Before and after the activities,online questionnaires were distributed via Wenjuanxing.Student questionnaires were collected within the deadline,while two different versions of questionnaires were randomly distributed to 30 parents and 20 faculty members involved in oncology teaching to assess their views and attitudes toward the necessity of pub-lic cancer prevention science communication,as well as the integration of science popularization education and communication practice into oncology teaching,and to evaluate its educational significance.Results The analysis of the questionnaires showed that nearly all or the vast majority of students,parents,and teachers highly recognized the necessity of public cancer prevention science education and awareness-raising,as well as the importance of medical students disseminating tumor health knowledge.They also strongly supported the inclusion of science popularization education in oncology teaching.Most students felt that their knowledge level improved significantly after the education sessions.Conclusion The integration of tumor science popularization education and communication practice into oncology teaching is highly necessary and meaningful.It significantly enhances students' health science literacy,sense of mission,and responsibility.It is recommended to incorporate such content into oncolo-gy teaching.

Objective　To explore the clinical characteristics and drug resistance of Elizabethkingia meningoseptica (EM) nosocomial infection, so as to provide evidence for prevention of EM nosocomial infection and guiding the rational use of antibiotics. Methods　A retrospective study was conducted of 67 patients with EM infection in a tertiary hospital from January 2021 to December 2022. The infective characteristics and drug resistance were analyzed. Results　The cohort of 67 EM-infected patients was predominantly males aged ≥60 years, with the most frequent source being the first district of the intensive care unit (ICU), followed by the respiratory medicine and emergency department (19.40%, 13/67). The specimens were mainly isolated from respiratory tract (86.57%, 58/67), of which sputum accounted for 49.25% (33/67), and alveolar lavage fluid accounted for 37.31% (25/67). The majority of EM infections occurred in patients with pre-existing respiratory conditions (49.25%, 33/67), who generally experienced prolonged hospital stays and underwent invasive procedures, such as mechanical ventilation 94.03% (63/67), urinary catheterization (95.52%, 64/67), and central venous catheterization (97.01%, 65/67). Post-treatment, the improved rate of the 67 patients was 40.30% (27/67). Susceptibility testing demonstrated a high resistance rate of EM to cefoperazone-sulbactam, 98.39% (61/62), contrasted by significant susceptibility to compound trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX)/cotrimoxazole, doxycycline, minocycline, and piperacillin-tazobactam, with susceptibility rates exceeding 90%. Conclusions　The patients infected with EM were almost elderly men with certain underlying diseases, experienced prolonged hospital stays, and had a history of invasive operations. The specimens of EM were mainly from Intensive Care Unit and isolated from respiratory tract. The strain showed high resistance to cefoperazone-sulbactam, whereas it remained highly susceptible to cotrimoxazole, doxycycline, minocycline and piperacillin-tazobactam, which may be considered as first-line treatment options.
