Coronary heart disease （CHD） has a distinct circadian rhythmicity in its onset， which is closely related to the waxing and waning of qi and blood in the channel passages of the human body. Grounded in the circadian rhythm theory of "correspondence between heaven and humankind"， this paper explores the pathogenic evolution rules of qi-blood disharmony， channel obstruction， interacting as cause and effect with circadian rhythm disorders in CHD. Clinically， CHD can be observed to attack in the early morning， at night， in the afternoon， and at fixed or unfixed circadian intervals. The pathogenesis rhythms at different time nodes can correspondingly reflect the susceptibility tendencies and pathological stress responses of the human body to core pathogeneses such as yang deficiency with cold congelation， yin deficiency with yang floating， qi and yin deficiency， and liver constraint with qi stagnation under specific temporal states. Treatment should be adapted to the season and time， regulating yin and yang in accordance with biological rhythms. It is recommended to regulate qi during the daytime by promoting ascending and dispersing to unblock the channel passages， and select the appropriate timing for administration to harness natural timing. At the Mao （卯） hour， yang ascends while yin descends， and taking medication at this time conforms to the ascending of yang qi. At the Wu （午） hour， the heart meridian is active， and taking medication at this time warms the channel passages and assists heart yang， which can be treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction （补中益气汤） or Shengyang Yiwei Decoction （升阳益胃汤）. At night， blood should be harmonized， when the channel passages are unblocked through nourishing， restraining， and searching， with Lianmei Decoction （连梅汤） combined with Dahuang Zhechong Pill （大黄䗪虫丸）. Following the temporal rhythm， the focus is put on the transitional time of day and night and the four seasons to treat disease before it arises， resonating and corresponding with the natural rhythm.

The Human Body Overview I is a core course at the basic stage under the integrated curriculum system centered on "organ-systems" at Chongqing Medical University. The course deeply integrates interdisciplinary resources and reconstructs the contents of systematic anatomy, embryology, and physiology under the traditional teaching model. The "Three in One" curriculum ideology and politics are implemented to assist students in their comprehensive development. By strengthening the cultivation of clinical application abilities and empowering with virtual simulation technology, the teaching effectiveness and quality have been improved. The teaching practice of the Human Body Overview I suggests that the teaching reform of integrated curriculum at the basic stage has broken interdisciplinary barriers, avoided repetitive learning of contents, and promoted the cultivation of students' interdisciplinary integration ability and clinical application ability. It can provide a reference for the teaching reform of integrated curriculum for other colleges.

Objective To investigate the expression changes of serum long non-coding RNA rhabdomyosarcoma associated transcript-2 (LncRNA RMST) and miR-582-5p in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS),and their correlation with early neurological deterioration (END) and prognosis. Methods A total of 129 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Chengde Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were gathered,according to diagnostic criteria and patients were divided into END group (n=42) and non END group (n=87) besed on whether END occurred within one week. In addition,59 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in the hospital were regarded as the health group. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction method was applied to detect serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in each group. The Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in END patients. ROC curve was applied to evaluate further the levels of blood LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p,and the efficacy analysis of their combination in predicting the prognosis of AIS patients. Results Serum LncRNA RMST(1.01±0.28,2.10±0.41,3.99±0.52) levels gradually increased in the healthy,non-END and END groups,and miR-582-5p(1.02±0.23,0.86±0.16,0.73±0.15) levels gradually decreased,and the differences were statistically significant (F=672.974,31.907,all P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between serum LncRNA RMST levels were significantly negatively correlated with miR-582-5p levels (r=-0.451,P<0.001). The AUC(95％CI) of the combined diagnosis of serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in AIS patients was 0.961(0.912～0.987),which was better than the independent prediction (Z=2.280,4.515,all P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p were closely related to END,and they are expected to become predictive factors for the prognosis of AIS patients.

【Objective】 To investigate the resource allocation status of blood testing laboratories in 14 blood stations in Gansu Province, explore the impact of differences in basic conditions on the comprehensive testing ability of laboratories, so as to promote the homogenization and standardization of blood screening capacity in blood stations in Gansu and improve blood safety and effectivenes. 【Methods】 An evaluation index system of laboratory resource allocation was constructed and a question-naire was designed. The data of human resources, infrastructure and key equipment of 14 blood stations were collected. The entropy weight -TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and rank the resource allocation of 14 blood stations. 【Results】 In the comprehensive evaluation of blood testing laboratory resource allocation in 14 blood stations in Gansu, the top three were laboratories A, B and I, and the last three were laboratories G, M and J. On the whole, the main issue was unreasonable structure of human resources: most laboratories had unreasonable age structure; except for Laboratory A, there was no personnel with bachelor's degree or above in laboratories; most laboratories had not established a team with intermediate professional titles. In terms of infrastructure, the size of seven laboratories could not meet the needs of modern laboratory testing, and all eight blood stations had no spare nucleic acid laboratories nor a mutual spare laboratory with other blood stations As for the key equipment, 5 laboratories had no automatic blood grouping diagnostic instrument, 5 laboratories only had one set of enzyme immunoassay detection system, 3 laboratories had no spare equipment for the key equipment, which means if the equipment failure could not be repaired in time, the release of results would be affected. 【Conclusion】 There were significant differences in human resources, infrastructure and key equipment of blood testing laboratories in 14 blood stations in Gansu, which had a great impact on laboratory testing capacity and subsequent development. It is suggested that governments at all levels and health administrative departments optimize the input of laboratory resource allocation according to the blood collection volume of blood stations to gradually narrow the differences in resource distribution between different regions, improve the degree of laboratory automation and optimize the personnel structure, so as to build high-quality and efficient blood testing laboratories and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.

The traditional teaching mode of "subject-centered" has many shortcomings such as knowledge separation and lack of integrity. In order to make up for the deficiencies of this mode, the organ-system integrated medical teaching mode has gradually become the trend of medical teaching reform. Taking "motor system" as an example, this paper discusses the practice of the organ-system integrated medical teaching mode from four aspects: teaching implementation, teaching quality supervision, supporting assessment system and teaching effectiveness.

It is an important way to improve the teaching quality by carrying out innovative experiments among medical students. In the process of experimental teaching, anatomy teachers expand the anatomy knowledge to basic scientific research techniques, so as to enhance students' confidence in participating in innovative experimental projects. Meanwhile, the teachers combine introduction of the anatomical structures with hot medical research issues, in order to help students to select appropriate innovative experimental topics. What's more, the new media teaching is integrated into the teaching of anatomy, enlightening students to perfect the experimental designs. Finally, in the teaching practice of regional anatomy, students are guided to carry out innovative experiments and write research papers. Abovementioned measures not only improve the teaching quality of anatomy, but also improve the students' scientific research ability, laying a foundation for them to participate in innovative experimental projects.

Starting from the characteristics of nervous system,breaking the traditional subject-centered teaching model,combining the nervous system-related basic and clinical courses,Chongqing Medical University has established a nervous-module organ-system integration curriculum since 2010.This new teaching model is introduced and practiced in 5-year outstanding medical class of Chongqing Medical University.The new integrated curriculum guides students to learn knowledge from points to surface,helps them to combine knowledge vertically and horizontally,and simplifies the duplicate teaching content,so as to promote students to develop coherent and innovative thinking mode.Integrated curriculum pattern is an inevitable trend in medical education reform.
