1.Research on the Development Approaches of Mathematical Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on New Quality Productivity

[Objective]Based on New Quality Productivity Theory,to explore the approaches to promote the development of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine,and provide contemporary thinkings and references for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Through literature investigation,logical analysis and other methods,this paper clarifies the connotation of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine and its correlation with the new quality productivity of traditional Chinese medicine,and explores the development approaches of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine from the dynamic dimension of New Quality Productivity Theory.[Results]New Quality Productivity Theory outlines three development approaches for mathematical traditional Chinese medicine:Firstly,the new paradigm of scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine based on mathematics and physics is established as the basis of ideological and technological innovation;the second is to promote the integration of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine and modern technology to innovate the allocation of production factors;the third is to do a good job of mathematical Chinese medicine to participate in the aging society governance and rural revitalization as two major missions,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine's service model.[Conclusion]The development of new quality productivity and mathematical traditional Chinese medicine have internal correspondence and resonance,and the development of Chinese medicine's new quality productivity is the theoretical and practical direction of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine.

3.Thoughts on public hospital compliance based on the value-tool framework

The hospital compliance has the potential to resolve the tension between " vitality and order" in the high-quality development of public hospitals. The author introduced the value-tool framework in the field of compliance of public hospitals. With the idea of three governance integration of autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue, it could realize the dialectical unity of " self-management and organizational management" , " formal rule of law and substantive rule of law" , and " cultural responsibility and performance responsibility" in the compliance of public hospitals, shaping a public hospital compliance value system that could embody vitality in order. At the same time, a dual-layer structure of " management-execution" and five functional systems of organization, standardization, implementation, supervision, and guarantee should be constructed in the tool dimension guided by the integration of three-governance in public hospitals. This study could lay a foundation for the high-quality development of public hospitals to open a new chapter of compliance.

5.OGP:A Repository of Experimentally Characterized O-glycoproteins to Facilitate Studies on O-glycosylation

Numerous studies on cancers, biopharmaceuticals, and clinical trials have necessitated comprehensive and precise analysis of protein O-glycosylation. However, the lack of updated and convenient databases deters the storage of and reference to emerging O-glycoprotein data. To resolve this issue, an O-glycoprotein repository named OGP was established in this work. It was constructed with a collection of O-glycoprotein data from different sources. OGP contains 9354 O-glycosylation sites and 11,633 site-specific O-glycans mapping to 2133 O-glycoproteins, and it is the largest O-glycoprotein repository thus far. Based on the recorded O-glycosylation sites, an O-glycosylation site prediction tool was developed. Moreover, an OGP-based website is already available (http://www.oglyp.org/). The website comprises four specially designed and user-friendly modules:statistical analysis, database search, site prediction, and data submission. The first version of OGP repository and the website allow users to obtain various O-glycoprotein-related information, such as protein accession Nos., O-glycosylation sites, O-glycopeptide sequences, site-specific O-glycan structures, experimental methods, and potential O-glycosylation sites. O-glycosylation data mining can be performed efficiently on this website, which will greatly facilitate related studies. In addition, the database is accessible from OGP website (http://www.oglyp.org/download.php).
6.CT Diagnosis of Costal Cartilage Fracture in Adult(An Analysis of 20 Cases)

Objective To discuss CT appearance and differential diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture in adult.Methods CT findings of 30 costal cartilage fractures in 20 cases were analyzed.Results On the basis of fractural location and CT appearanes,the fractures were divided three types:14 line-like fracture in 10 cases,9 local focal cleft within the costal cartilage in 6 cases and 7 massed fractures in 4 cases.Conclusion CT is of great value in diagnosing costal cartilage fracture.
