Objective: To analyze the semen quality parameters of sperm donor volunteers, so as to provide insights into male infertility control and related research. Methods: A total of 155 sperm donors were recruited from the Human Sperm Bank of Zhejiang Province using the convenience sampling method from January to March 2021. Demographic information were collected through questionnaire surveys. Semen were collected, and parameters including semen volume, sperm concentration, total number of sperm, forward motility rate and total sperm viability were measured. Semen quality was evaluated according to the WHO Laboratory Manual for the Examination and Processing of Human Semen. : Results Conclusion There were 20.65% of the 155 sperm donors with unqualified semen, and the unqualified rates of forward motility rate and total sperm viability were relatively high.

Objective To design and construct a syndrome differentiation knowledge graph that integrates TCM facial color diagnosis information;To explore the hidden relationships between the knowledge.Methods The literature data came from ancient classics,textbooks,as well as standard literature related to inspection included in the CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022.The clinical data was sourced from 30 elderly individuals who underwent TCM health examinations at the Community Health Service Center in Jiading Industrial Zone,Shanghai in September 2022.Facial image acquisition was performed using TFDA-1 digital tongue and facial diagnostic instrument.By following the steps of knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion and quality assessment to construct a graph,and with the assistance of TCM experts for interpretation,using Access 2019 to integrate qualitative textual data and quantitative objective image digital information,a syndrome differentiation knowledge graph integrating TCM facial diagnosis was designed and completed in the Neo4j graph database.In addition,a method was designed to shift facial diagnosis knowledge from qualitative to quantitative.Results There were a total of 194 nodes under 8 entity term types and 12 entity term labels,as well as 361 relationships under 13 semantic relationships in knowledge graph.The Neo4j graph database provided a visualized TCM facial color diagnosis and differentiation,which could be queried and fed back using Cypher language.Conclusion The knowledge graph constructed based on the theory of TCM facial color diagnosis visually shows the complex correlation between facial color diagnosis and syndrome differentiation diagnosis,with a knowledge representation model that forms qualitative data of image features → semantic relationships → syndrome differentiation diagnosis forms.

{L-End}Objective To analyze the effects of night shift work and overweight/obesity on blood pressure of workers in chemical fiber industry. {L-End}Methods A total of 1 004 workers of a chemical fiber factory were selected as the study subjects using convenient sampling method, and their blood pressure and body mass index were measured. Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the relationship between night shift work and blood pressure, and multiple logistic regression was used to assess the independent impact and combined impact of night shifts and overweight/obesity on the risk of hypertension. {L-End}Results Compared with the non-night shift workers, the prevalence of hypertension in night shift workers was increased (5.3% vs 13.0%, P<0.05), with elevated systolic and diastolic blood pressure (both P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the night shift workers were higher than those of the non-night shift workers (both P<0.05), and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of overweight/obesity workers were higher than those of non-overweight/obesity workers (both P<0.01). The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of hypertension in night shift workers and overweight/obesity workers was higher than that in non-night shift workers and non-overweight/obesity workers [odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were 2.49 (1.04-5.99) and 2.65 (1.77-3.95), both P<0.05]. Night shift work and overweight/obesity showed a synergistic effect on blood pressure of workers. Compared to non-overweight/obesity non-night shift workers, overweight/obesity night shift workers had a higher risk of hypertension (OR=4.93, 95%CI: 1.70-14.29, P<0.01). {L-End}Conclusion Night shift work could lead to elevated blood pressure in workers in the chemical fiber industry, which is a potential risk factor for hypertension. The synergistic effect of night shift work and overweight/obesity may contribute to the increased risk of hypertension.

Pneumoconiosis, an interstitial lung disease that occurs from breathing in certain kinds of damaging dust particles, is a major occupational disease in China. Patients diagnosed with occupational pneumoconiosis can avail of free medical treatment, whereas patients without a diagnosis of occupational diseases cannot not claim free medical treatment in most provinces from the government before 2019. This study aimed to analyze the priority of medical facility selection and its influencing factors among patients with pneumoconiosis. A total of 1,037 patients with pneumoconiosis from nine provinces in China were investigated. The health service institutions most frequently selected by the patients were county-level hospitals (37.5%). This article aims to investigate the ameliorative effect of Linderae Radix ethanol extract on hyperlipidemia rats induced by high-fat diet and to explore its possible mechanism from the perspective of reverse cholesterol transport(RCT). SD rats were divided into normal group, model group, atorvastatin group, Linderae Radix ethanol extract(LREE) of high, medium, low dose groups. Except for the normal group, the other groups were fed with a high-fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia rat models; the normal group and the model group were given pure water, while each administration group was given corresponding drugs by gavage once a day for five weeks. Serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-c), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels were measured by automatic blood biochemistry analyzer; the contents of TC, TG, total bile acid(TBA) in liver and TC and TBA in feces of rats were detected by enzyme colorimetry. HE staining was used to observe the liver tissue lesions; immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ATP-binding cassette G8(ABCG8) in small intestine; Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma/aerfa(PPARγ/α), liver X receptor-α(LXRα), ATP-binding cassette A1(ABCA1) pathway protein and scavenger receptor class B type Ⅰ(SR-BⅠ) in liver. The results showed that LREE could effectively reduce serum and liver TC, TG levels, serum LDL-c levels and AST activity, and increase HDL-c levels, but did not significant improve ALT activity and liver index; HE staining results showed that LREE could reduce liver lipid deposition and inflammatory cell infiltration. In addition, LREE also increased the contents of fecal TC and TBA, and up-regulated the protein expressions of ABCG8 in small intestine and PPARγ/α, SR-BⅠ, LXRα, and ABCA1 in liver. LREE served as a positive role on hyperlipidemia model rats induced by high-fat diet, which might be related to the regulation of RCT, the promotion of the conversion of cholesterol to the liver and bile acids, and the intestinal excretion of cholesterol and bile acids. RCT regulation might be a potential mechanism of LREE against hyperlipidemia.

OBJECTIVE: To choose the disease-causing gene in a Chinese pedigree with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by whole-exome sequencing (WES), and provide theory basis for mechanism of disease. METHODS: Clinical data of AS pedigree were collected, including 2 males, the age were 48 and 18 years old, the course of disease were 23 and 4 years. Whole blood genomic DNA of AS was extracted to perform whole exome sequencing, the results were compared with human databases, common variations which had been reported were wiped out, then non synonymous single nucleotide variants(SNVs) from the family members were combined, and candidate genes was selected initially. RESULTS: Totally 80 G data was obtained from AS family with high quality.By comparing results between patient and normal subject, and filtering with number of biological database, the result showed heterozygous mutation of JAK2 gene 12 exon c.1709 A>G (p.Tyr570Cys) may be the potential disease-causing gene. The variant c.1151T>C of MUC3A gene may be one of the causes of intestinal symptoms in the family members. CONCLUSION It is feasible to find t candidate gene mutations of AS by Exon sequencing. The mutation c.1709 A>G in gene JAK2 identified by whole exome sequencing might be the pathogenic mutation in this AS pedigree.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cognition of remote consultation of pneumoconiosis and analysis of influencing factors on its use intention. METHODS: A total of 282 physicians from 216 hospitals were selected using a convenient sampling method. The cognition of remote consultation of pneumoconiosis was investigated using the Questionnaire of Use Intention of Remote Consultation Mode in the Diagnosis of Pneumoconiosis. A structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness to use remote consultation. RESULTS: The average scores in the dimensions of subjective norms, attitude, trust, uncertainty, compatibility, comparative advantage, complexity, perceived risk and use intention of remote consultation for pneumoconiosis were(3.7±0.9),(3.7±0.8),(3.5±0.8),(3.7±0.9),(3.7±0.9),(3.8±0.9),(3.0±0.8) and(3.5±0.8), respectively. Structural equation model analysis results showed that, on use intention of remote consultation, the perceived risk and uncertainty had significant negative impact(standardized path coefficient=-0.148 and-0.828, respectively, P<0.01), and compatibility had a significant positive impact(standardized path coefficient=2.053, P<0.01). There was no significant effect of dimensions of subjective norms, attitude, trust, comparative advantage and complexity on use intention(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Perceived risk, uncertainty and compatibility are the main factors affecting the willingness to use remote consultation for pneumoconiosis. Remote consultation for pneumoconiosis is helpful to meet the needs of pneumoconiosis diagnosis in all hospitals.

Indigenous knowledge and traditional culture for sustainable use of native plants in Juenang cultural region of Rangtang county, Aba Zang and Qiang Prefecture of Sichuan province, have been characterized in this paper followed the principles and methods of ethnobotany. The results indicate that 38 species from 27 families(including 6 species of fungi) are ethnobotanically used commonly in this area. Of 38 species of the native plants, 13 species from 12 families are collected for eatables and vegetables, 12 families and 16 species of indigenous plants for medicinal and edible use, 4 species from 4 families for decoration, 4 species from 4 families used for building materials or firewood, and 1 species from 1 families used for religious folklore. Under the influence of Juenang culture and Tibetan culture, indigenous knowledge such as instinctive reverence and gratitude for nature, protection ecological environment and habitats, and moderate use of natural resources(especially wild bioresource), have been gotten passed on from generation to generation in Juenang culture region of Rangtang county, which is of great significance to the protection of local bioresources and environment, including ethnic medicinal plants, and also to provide practical guidance for biodiversity conservation and ecological restoration in those alpine ecological vulnerable areas.
