Objective:To establish a foundation for the psychological selection of air combat personnel by studying the cognitive ability measurement methods for air combat personnel. Methods:The tests were done for 390 subjects including 142 radar operators, 117 radar academy students, 45 air combat personnel, and 86 radar trainees. Based on job analysis, 5 cognitive test tasks were developed, including graphic discrimination, working memory test, target tracking, voice anti-jamming, and comprehensive management. The discrimination was evaluated by the distribution graphs and coefficients of variation of the test results. The criterion-related validity was examined by correlating the cognitive test scores with the participants' work performance or academic grades, which served as the criteria. Content validity was determined by a 9-level scoring (1-9) of task necessity that collected from 30 air combat personnel and by the assessments of necessity of tested abilities that came from 30 experts. The parallel forms reliability, test-retest reliability and split-half reliability were tested respectively according to the results of each test. Results:The original scores of each test showed approximate normal distribution. The selected indicators' coefficients of variation were 14.4%-111.0%, reliabilities were 0.764-0.827, and criterion-related validities were 0.186-0.445, all of which were statistically significant (all P<0.05). In 30 air combat personnel, 53.3%-83.3% scored 7-9 to the necessity of test items, and 93.3% of 30 experts gave the required or basically required evaluations to the test items. Conclusions:The series tests show good content validity, and discrimination, reliability and the criterion-related validity meet the requirements of psychometrics. Especially the tests of graphic discrimination, working memory and target tracking expressed higher degree of discrimination, and can be used as cognitive ability assessment tool for the selection of air combat personnel.

Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)is the most important legume forage crop worldwide with high nutritional value and yield. For a long time, the breeding of alfalfa was hampered by lacking reliable information on the autotetraploid genome and molecular markers linked to important agro-nomic traits. We herein reported the de novo assembly of the allele-aware chromosome-level genome of Zhongmu-4,a cultivar widely cultivated in China, and a comprehensive database of genomic variations based on resequencing of 220 germplasms.Approximate 2.74 Gb contigs(N50 of 2.06 Mb),accounting for 88.39%of the estimated genome, were assembled, and 2.56 Gb contigs were anchored to 32 pseudo-chromosomes.A total of 34,922 allelic genes were identified from the allele-aware genome. We observed the expansion of gene families, especially those related to the nitrogen metabolism, and the increase of repetitive elements including transposable elements, which probably resulted in the increase of Zhongmu-4 genome compared with Medicago truncatula.Population structure analysis revealed that the accessions from Asia and South America had rela-tively lower genetic diversity than those from Europe, suggesting that geography may influence alfalfa genetic divergence during local adaption.Genome-wide association studies identified 101 sin-gle nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)associated with 27 agronomic traits. Two candidate genes were predicted to be correlated with fall dormancy and salt response. We believe that the allele-aware chromosome-level genome sequence of Zhongmu-4 combined with the resequencing data of the diverse alfalfa germplasms will facilitate genetic research and genomics-assisted breeding in variety improvement of alfalfa.

Objective:
To analyze the Oxford classification (MESTC) and the International Study of Kidney Disease in Children (ISKDC) classification for evaluating the clinical manifestations, histological lesion and short-term prognosis of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis (HSPN).
Methods:
According to the Oxford classification and ISKDC classification, the histological lesions of children with HSPN diagnosed by renal biopsy from Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2018 to December 2018 were re-evaluated. The renal biopsy specimens of the selected subjects were scored according to the Oxford classification and the ISKDC classification. According to whether the first symptom was combined with renal performance, MESTC score and ISKDC classification, children were grouped. The differences in clinicopathological manifestations between the groups were compared. Correlation between MESTC and ISKDC grades was analyzed by nonparametric test rank correlation. Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Log-rank test were used to compare the difference of proteinuria remission rate between the two groups. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression equations were used to analyze the influencing factors of the proteinuria remission rate.
Results:
A total of 78 children with HSPN were enrolled. There were 37 male patients (47.4%) with age of (10.4±2.9) years. When the patients were divided according to MESTC scores and ISKDC classification, the results showed that the proportion of children with nephrotic-range proteinuria in the group of endocapillary hypercellularity (E1,
