Objective:Establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and hydroxysafflower yellow A in fuyang granules by high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Adopting Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 MG Ⅱ(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column,Methanol-0.05％phosphoric acid aqueous solution(30:70)was used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 322 nm(chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid);403 nm(hydroxysafflower yellow A);the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1;the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and hydroxysafflower yellow A were 105.9 to 1 059 ng,r=0.999 9,respectively;74.04-740.4 ng,r=0.999 7;14.97-149.7 ng,r=0.999 8.The average recovery were 98.74％,96.12％,and 103.9％,respectively,with RSDs of 0.96％,1.83％,and 1.34％.35 batches of samples were tested,and the results showed that each bag of sugar containing particles contained amounts of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and hydroxysafflower yellow A,ranging from 0.56 to 4.49 mg,0.13 to 1.65 mg,and 0.36 to 2.60 mg,respectively.The amount of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and hydroxysafflower yellow A contained in each bag of sugar free particles ranged from 2.47 to 2.98 mg,0.31 to 0.33 mg,and 0.49 to 0.56 mg,respectively.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate,has good repeatability,and accurate results,and can be used as a control method for fuyang granules.

Objective To investigate the relationship among health literacy and treatment compliance and prognosis in patients with diabetes combined tuberculosis.Methods One hundred and eighty-one cases patients with diabetes combined tuberculosis were selected as the objectives and evaluated literacy level,compliance scale by the health literacy scale and compliance questionnaires.The control of tuberculosis,blood glucose control,treatment compliance and prognosis were analyzed in the patients with different health literacy level.Results Of 181 patients,there were 89 cases patients'(basic health literacy group) the total scores of health literacy and compliance were＞80 points,the efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis control and blood sugar control were respectively 84.2％ (75/89) and 93.2％ (83/89);92 cases patients' the total scores of health literacy and compliance were ≤ 80 points,the efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis control and blood sugar control were respectively 59.7％ (55/92) and 67.4％ (62/92),the differences were significant (x2 =12.78,18.11;P ＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total scores of health literacy were positive correlated with the scores of treatment compliance (r =0.688,P ＜ 0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that three dimension of health literacy (health knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,health skills) that can combined predict the variance of rehabilitation compliance(P＜0.01).Conclusion The health literacy level of diabetes combined tuberculosis patients can effectively predict the rehabilitation compliance.Measures should be taken to improve the patient's level of health literacy,so as improve the compliance of rehabilitation and prognosis.

Objective To study the clinical manifestation of preeclampsia complicated with placental abrup-tion and its treatment measures.Methods 160 patients with placenta abruption were selected,and the patients with preeclampsia complicated with placental abruption were selected as the study group(70 cases),and the patients with non preeclampsia complicated with placental abruption were selected as the control group(90 cases).The clinical manifestations,infant outcome and treatment measures of the two groups were compared.Results When the disease attack of the study group often accompanied with vaginal bleeding,but few had symptoms of abdominal pain,the main symptoms of the control group was vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain.The occurrence rate of abdominal pain of the two groups had statistically significant difference(4.3%vs 92.2%,χ2 =11.032,P<0.05);The placental abruption of the study group wasⅡdegree andⅢdegree(81.4%)while the control group wasⅠdegree(62.2%),with signif-icant difference between the two groups(χ2 =10.973,P<0.05);The incidence of fetal distress of the two groups had no statistical significant difference(95.7% vs 93.3%,P>0.05);The incidence of neonatal asphyxia of the two groups had no significant difference(56.6%vs 55.6%,P>0.05);The perinatal mortality of the two groups had sta-tistically significant difference(31.7%vs 11.1%,P<0.05);1 case of patient′s cervix was fully opened in the study group when at 28 weeks gestational,and been given the vaginal delivery,all others were given operation to terminate the pregnancy,3 cases in the control group used the vaginal delivery,there was no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical manifestation of preeclampsia was not typical,with a greater harm to the fetus and perinatal infant,operation to termination of pregnancy is the main method for treatment of preeclamp-sia complicated with placenta abruption.

Objective To investigate the risk actors of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section,in order to provide the basis for the prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A case-control study was conducted in 100 cases with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and 200 cases without bleeding of cesarean section.The clinical data were compared and analyzed.The single factor and multiple factors of the Logistic analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Results Fetal macrosomia (OR =3.678,95％ CI:1.456-5.345),placenta adhesion (OR =4.264,95％ CI:1.556-5.646),placenta praevia (OR =2.754,95％ CI:1.754-5.456),multifetal pregnancy (OR =3.964,95％ CI:1.274-4.453) were the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Conclusion Evaluation of the above risk factors before cesarean section was important for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hyperuricemia (HUA) in rural residents of Gaoyou City,Jiangsu Province.Methods A total of 4504 rural residents were investigated in a cross-sectional study.Questionarre survey and physical examination were used for the stndy.Fatsing venous blood samples were collected for biochemical examination.T-test,chi-square test for multiple-group data comparison and logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results The prevalence of HUA was 11.9％,15.7％ in male,which was significantly higher than 8.6％ in the female (P＜0.01),the risks of HUA in male was 1.98 times higher than in female.The average value of serum uric acid in this population was higher than.that of female.The prevalence of HUA in female increased with age.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed WHR,Cr,Tg,hypertension were the independent risk factors of male patients with HUA.Age,BMI,Cr,Tg,hypertension were independent risk factors of HUA in female.Conclusion The prevalence of HUA can be affected by age and sex.Weight control,keeping blood pressure and blood lipid profiles in normals levels are important for the prevention of HUA.
