To promote the construction of a wound repair and regeneration system with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to follow the principle of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and integrate theory, clinical practice, and teaching. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes a holistic concept and the principle of dialectical treatment, while Western medicine focuses on etiological analysis and local treatment. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine can complement each other's advantages and improve treatment effectiveness. The key technological innovations in repairing and regenerating systems cover areas such as drug therapy, physical therapy, and the application of biomaterials. This article discusses the development potential and challenges of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the field of wound repair and regeneration, providing new ideas and methods for the development of wound repair and regeneration. It is expected to bring better medical services and treatment effects to patients undergoing repair and regeneration.

[Objective]To explore the occurrence of gasdermin D(GSDMD)-mediated pyroptosis and its effect on cell proliferation,migration and tubular formation abilities of synovial vascular endothelial cells(VEC)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).[Methods]Synovium tissues from knee joints of 22 RA patients and 18 orthopaedic arthropathies(Orth.A)patients were collected.The level of activated GSDMD-NT segment in synovium was detected by Western blot.The clinical characteristics of RA patients were compared between high and low synovial GSDMD-NT groups.The cell localization of GSDMD in RA synovium was detected by immunofluorescence staining.RA synovial fluid was added to the culture of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)in vitro,and the level of apoptosis and expression of pyroptosis pathway proteins were detected.The effects of GSDMD on apoptosis,proliferation,migration and tubule formation of HUVEC cells were analyzed.[Results]GSDMD expression in RA synovium was significantly higher than that in Orth.A,and more severe joint destruction and higher microvascular count score were found in RA patients with high GSDMD-NT expression.Synovial VEC had positive expression of GSDMD.Stimulation with RA synovial fluid could induce GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis in HUVEC,increased the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and their abilities of proliferation,migration and tubule formation.Knockdown of GSDMD could reverse the above effects.[Conclusion]GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis of partial synovial VEC aggravates RA joint destruction through VEGF secretion that promotes proliferation,migration and angiogenesis of the remaining VEC,which may be a new target to block neovascularization and inhibit joint destruction in RA.

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the clinical features and prognosis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in patients with hematologic malignancies.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 197 patients with hematologic malignancies complicated with P. aeruginosa infection who were hospitalized in the Department of Hematology from January 01, 2019, to December 31, 2021. Patients were categorized into a susceptible group (CSPA infection group) and a drug-resistant group (CRPA infection group) based on their sensitivity to carbapenems, comparing the differences in clinical features between the two groups, and analyzing the risk factors and prognosis of CRPA infection.Results:Logistic regression analysis revealed that hospitalization days of >50 days ( P=0.010, OR=3.581, 95% CI 1.356-9.457), history of antibiotic exposure ( P=0.008, OR=4.394, 95% CI 1.358-6.238), more than two courses of chemotherapy before infection ( P=0.006, OR=2.911, 95% CI 1.358-6.238) were independent risk factors for developing CRPA. The mortality rates were 12.8% (18/140) and 28.1% (16/57) in patients with CRPA and CSPA, respectively ( P=0.010). Logistic regression analysis revealed that bloodstream infection (BSI) ( P=0.039, OR=5.286, 95% CI 1.091-25.621) was an independent risk factor for hematologic malignancies and death from CRPA infection. Conclusion:Hospitalization for >50 days, history of antibiotic exposure, and >2 courses of chemotherapy before infection were independent risk factors for CRPA infection. Hematologic malignancies with CRPA infection had a high mortality rate, of which BSI was an independent risk factor for 30-day mortality from hematologic malignancies with CRPA infection.

Methods: A cross-sectional and descriptive design using five self-reported questionnaires was used toinvestigate a cohort of 4238 nurses during 2018. A structural equation modeling analysis was used toverify a hypothetical model linking character strengths, self-efficacy, social support, depressive symptoms,and psychological well-being. Results: The prevalence of depression among this cohort of Chinese nurses was 58.1%. The mean scoresfor caring, inquisitiveness, and self-control were 19.93 (SD = 2.82), 15.94 (SD = 3.00), and 16.34(SD = 2.95), respectively. The hypothesized model was a good fit of the data (x2/df = 1.77, p = .183, rootmean square error of approximation = 0.04, goodness of fit index = 1.00, comparative fit index = 1.00,TuckereLewis index = 1.00). Except for the path from self-control to depression, the other hypotheticalpaths investigated were statistically significant. Conclusion Character strengths were directly and positively associated with psychological well-being.Inquisitiveness was the strongest direct protective factor for depression. In addition, characterstrengths indirectly alleviated depression and increased psychological well-being through mediatingvariables of social support and self-efficacy. This study should alert nurse managers that more attentionshould be paid to the character strengths and mental health of nurses. This study provides evidence forinterventions based on character strengths as a management strategy to support the mental health ofnurses.

Circadian rhythm disorder is a common physiological change of cancer survivors, which is mainly manifested in rest activity rhythm change, sleep wake disorder and the decrease of sleep efficiency at night, which further affect their physiological, psychological outcome and disease outcome. This paper reviews the concept, mechanism, influence and intervention methods of circadian rhythm disorder in cancer patients, in order to provide references for effective intervention of circadian rhythm disorder in cancer survivors.

Objective To set up and apply a standardized communication system of adolescents and young adults (AYAs) cancer patients,in order to improve AYAs cancer patients' psychological distress and other negative emotions,as well as promote social support and quality of life of patients.Methods A AYAs cancer patients standardized communication system,suitable for China's national conditions,was preliminarily built.Using randomized controlled trials,a total of 171 subjects,selected from 486 cases of AYAs cancer patients,in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Hunan Cancer Hospital from August to September in 2016,were intervened with a set of standardized communication system.The Mental Distress Thermometer (DT),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Concise Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36) were used as evaluation indexes to observe the psychological distress,emotion,social support and quality of life of the three groups of subjects before intervention,immediately after intervention,1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results At the follow-up of 3 months after intervention,38 cases were lost,14 cases in communication group (final n =43),11 cases in music therapy group (final n =46),and 13 cases in routine group (final n =44)..There was no significant difference in the evaluation indexes between the communication group,music treatment group and the routine group before intervention (P ＞ 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in scores of psychological pain,anxiety and depression,and social support in the 3 groups,before and immediately after intervention,1 month and 3 months after intervention (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of psychological pain,anxiety and depression,social support and quality of life in the communication group 1 month after intervention were statistically significant compared with those in the music group and the routine group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Compared to music therapy and regular care,the standardized communication system has significant effect on improving the psychological distress of AYAs with cancer,and can also improve their social support level and quality of life.The clinical validation of the standardized communication system can provide reference for psychological rehabilitation of cancer survivors.

Objective To report the spontaneous remission and induced remission of phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R)-associated idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) in adults,as well as to explore the potential prognostic factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with IMN in Huashan Hospital during 2012 and 2017 were enrolled and their clinical data were collected.Results PLA2R-associated IMN patients accounted for 89.2％ of the IMN patients.Spontaneous remission occurred in 35.5％ of PLA2R-associated IMN patients.The patients with higher serum albumin and lower level of PLA2R antibody were more likely to achieve spontaneous remission (both P ＜ 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male was an independent risk factor for spontaneous remission in PLA2R-associated IMN patients (OR=0.060,95％CI 0.007-0.493,P=0.009),while higher serum albumin at baseline (OR=1.480,95％ CI 1.144-1.932,P=0.004) and the improvement of serum albumin after 3 months' non-immunosuppressive treatment (OR=2.040,95％CI 1.322-3.151,P=0.001) were independent protective factors for spontaneous remission.About 42.1％ PLA2R-associated IMN patients had received immunosuppressive therapy,with induced remission rate being 70.7％.High serum albumin before treatment was an independent protective factor for induced remission (OR=1.268,95％ CI 1.014-1.585,P=0.038).Conclusions PLA2R-associated IMN accounts for most of the IMN patients,with a spontaneous remission rate of 35.5％,during the follow-up period,which is even higher in patients with higher baseline serum albumin and lower PLA2R antibody titer.Induced remission rate is 70.7％ in patients in need of immunosuppresants.The serum albumin level may be helpful in predicting spontaneous remission and response to immunosuppressive therapy.

Cancer is the most cause death of among adolescents and young adults (AYAs).Psychological distress caused by cancer affects AYAs' effective coping abilities of disease,physical symptoms and treatment.This paper mainly introduces the related concepts,screening tools and intervention progress of psychological distress of AYAs cancer patients to deepen the understanding of these among clinical professionals and provide reference for implement effective interventions to patients.
