Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of stress+ rest gated myocardial perfusion imaging (G-MPI) in assessing all-cause mortality risk in patients with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH).Methods:From June 2010 to March 2022, 72 patients (39 males, 33 females; age (21.1±12.3) years) who diagnosed with FH clinically and genetically and underwent stress+ rest G-MPI in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University were retrospectively followed up. Image analysis was performed using the 17-segment 5-point method to obtain left ventricular myocardial perfusion and functional parameters. Patients were followed for all-cause mortality events, and predictors associated with the risk of all-cause mortality were analyzed using Cox regression. The efficiencies of predictors were evaluated by ROC curve analysis, and the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used to compare the differences in the incidence of all-cause mortality in different groups of patients with FH. Independent-sample t test or Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the data. Results:The follow-up time of 72 patients was 7(4, 10) years, and all-cause death occurred in 16(22.2%) patients during the follow-up period. There were statistically significant differences in total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC), summed stress score (SSS), summed rest score (SRS), summed difference score (SDS), stress end-systolic volume (SESV), stress ejection fraction (SEF), rest end-diastolic volume (REDV), rest end-systolic volume (RESV) and rest ejection fraction (REF) between the death group and the survival group ( t values: from -2.65 to 4.47, z values: from -3.43 to -1.98, all P<0.05). Cox regression analysis showed that SDS (hazard ratio ( HR)=1.337, 95% CI: 1.114-1.604, P=0.002), SESV ( HR=1.019, 95% CI: 1.008-1.030, P<0.001) and LDLC ( HR=1.355, 95% CI: 1.049-1.749, P=0.020) were independent predictors associated with the risk of all-cause mortality in patients with FH. The optimal cut-off value of SESV for predicting mortality in patients with FH determined by ROC curve analysis was 35.5 ml, with the AUC of 0.701 (95% CI: 0.517-0.885). The incidence of all-cause mortality in the group with SESV≥35.5 ml was significantly higher than that in the group with SESV<35.5 ml (28.6% vs 6.9%; χ2=5.15, P=0.023). Conclusion:Stress+ rest G-MPI is an important imaging method for all-cause mortality risk assessment in patients with FH, and SDS, SESV and LDLC are important factors in predicting mortality in patients with FH.

Objective:To study the effect of smart phone simplified augmented reality(AR) positioning puncture combined with nerve growth factor (NGF) precision drug delivery technology on the outcome of hypertensive supratentorial cerebral hemorrhage (SHICH) patients. Methods:A retrospective study was performed on 86 patients with SHICH admitted to Tangshan Hongci Hospital from February 2020 to January 2023. According to different treatment strategies, they were divided into puncture group and puncture + NGF group, each group with 43 cases. In both groups, the same group of doctors performed minimally invasive hematoma removal by smart phone simplified AR positioning puncture. The puncture +NGF group was additionally treated with NGF 30 μg through the nasal cavity once a day for 2 weeks. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups; the cerebral edema volume, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, hematoma volume, Modified Barthel Index(MBI) score, S100B protein (S100B), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), myelin basic protein (MBP), aquaporin (AQP)-1, AQP-4, high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1), C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups; the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) score and complications were compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the puncture + NGF group was higher than that in the puncture group: 95.35%(41/43) vs. 81.40%(35/43), there was statistical difference ( χ2 = 4.07, P<0.05). After treatment for 3 d and 7 d, the brain edema volume, hematoma volume, NIHSS score in the puncture +NGF group were lower than those in the puncture group, while the MBI score was higher than that in the puncture group, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). After treatment for 3 d and 7 d, the MMP-9, S100B, MBP, NSE, AQP-1, AQP-4, HMGB1 and CRP in the puncture +NGF group were lower than those in the puncture group, there were statistical differences( P<0.05). After treatment, the complication rate between the two groups had no statistical differences ( P>0.05). The GOS scores at 28 d of the two groups had statistical difference ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Smart phone simplified AR positioning puncture combined with NGF precision drug delivery technology can improve the prognosis of SHICH patients, improve the neurological function deficits, and enhance the daily activities.

Objective To investigate the current situation and health effects of indoor microbial pollution in Xi'an, to analyze the purification effect of air purifiers on indoor microbial pollution, and to provide reference for improving the indoor environment. Methods Through stratified random sampling, 20 families from rural areas and 20 families from upwind and downwind urban areas respectively were selected from Xi'an. Data was collected by questionnaire surveys and on-site environmental sampling. Non-parametric analysis and correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results Overall, the standard-exceeding rate of total count of bacteria was 5.00%. The medians of the total count of bacteria and fungi were 312.50 cfu/m3 and 260.00 cfu/m3, respectively. In terms of health effects, the correlation between rhinitis and cold with total bacterial count was statistically significant (P<0.05), with the correlation coefficients of 0.182 and 0.223, respectively. Purification effect of air purifiers on microbial pollution was statistically significant (P<0.05). After opening for 2 hours, the total numbers of bacteria and fungi decreased significantly. Conclusion The occurrence risk of colds and rhinitis is increased by indoor microbial pollution. Air purifiers have a certain effect on decreasing the total number of bacteria and fungi. It is recommended to use air purifiers with high CADR of particulate matter, double-layer filter and sterilization and dehumidification function, and replace the filters regularly to reduce indoor microbiological contamination.
