Nine novel compounds, comprising seven tetrahydroanthraquinones (auxarthrolones A-G, 1-7), a γ-butenolide glycoside (malfilamentoside E, 26), and a γ-butenolide (auxarthrolide A, 27), together with eighteen known compounds (8-25) were isolated from rice-based solid culture of Auxarthron umbrinum (A. umbrinum) DSM3193 using the one strain many compounds (OSMAC) approach. The structural elucidation of these compounds was accomplished through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), and NMR calculation combined with DP4+ analysis or MAEΔΔδ parameter, while the absolute configurations of new compounds were established through single-crystal X-ray diffraction, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectroscopic data analysis and/or chemical derivatization. Austrocortilutein (10) and auxarthrol H (14) demonstrated moderate cytotoxicity against U87 and U251 [half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) 3.5-12.1 μmol·L-1]. Additionally, auxarthrolone A (1), auxarthrol H (14), eupolyphagin B (15), and 7-hydroxy-2-(2-hydroxypropyl)-5-methylchromone (17) exhibited torsional effects on fibroblast proliferation challenges induced by oleic acid, thus demonstrating fibroblast proliferation-promoting activity.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum chitosinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1)and Syndecan-1(SDC1)levels and bone metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their predictive efficacy on osteoporosis. Methods A total of 412 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to this hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were included in this study, and were divided into normal bone mass group(n=151),reduced bone mass group(n=138)and osteoporosis group(n=123)according to the iffer-ences in bone mineral density.Serum CHI3L1 and SDC1 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay, and serum levels of type 1 collagen cross-linked carboxyl terminal peptide(CTX),25-hydroxyvita-min D[25-(OH)D],osteocalcin(OC),and type 1 procollagen N-terminal propeptide(P1NP)were deter-mined by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between serum CHI3L1,SDC1 and bone metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Re-ceiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of serum CHI3L1 and SDC1 on osteoporosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of osteoporosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Results There were significant differences in diabetes course, fasting blood glucose,HbA1c and HDL-C a-mong normal bone mass group, decreased bone mass group and osteoporosis group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CHI3L1,25-(OH)D,P1NP and osteocalcin in osteoporosis group were lower than those in osteopenia group, and those in osteopenia group were lower than those in normal bone mass group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum SDC1 and CTX levels in osteoporosis group were higher than those in osteopenia group, and those in osteopenia group were higher than those in normal bone mass group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum CHI3L1 was positively correlated with 25-(OH)D,P1NP and OC(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with CTX(P<0.05).Serum SDC1 was negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D,P1NP,OC(P<0.05),and positively correlated with CTX(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum CHI3L1,SDC1 and their combination predicted osteoporosis in elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes were 0.851,0.772 and 0.904,respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that long duration of diabetes, increased HbA1c,high expression of OC,CHI3L1>4.16 ng/mL,SDC1≥50.94 ng/mL were all influential factors for osteoporosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion Low expression of CHI3L1 and high expression of SDC1 in serum are associated with ab-normal bone metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. These two indexes are expected to be used as biological markers to predict osteoporosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.

Stroke is characterized by a high disability rate. After stroke, patients will have different degrees of limb dysfunction, which seriously affects their quality of life. In recent years, fully immersive virtual technology has been gradually applied at home and abroad to promote limb function rehabilitation of stroke patients. This paper reviews the technical components, application forms, application effects, prospects and challenges of fully immersive virtual reality technology in limb function rehabilitation of stroke patients, in order to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent application of fully immersive virtual reality technology to improve the level of limb function rehabilitation of stroke patients.

Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is known for its role in regulating blood pressure and electrolyte balance, but it has also been identified as the functional receptor for coronaviruses. With the global spread of corona virus disease 2019, the role of ACE2 across different age groups, particularly in children, has garnered increasing attention.Studies indicate that the distribution of ACE2 in the respiratory systems of children and adults differs significantly, which implies a distinct functional role in pediatric respiratory diseases. This paper reviews the latest research progress on ACE2 in children′s diseases such as corona virus disease 2019, acute respiratory distress syndrome, community-acquired pneumonia, and asthma.

Objective To explore the characteristic categories of presenteeism among ICU nurses and analyse the influencing factor. Methods A convenience sampling method was adopted to select 391 ICU nurses as the study subjects from four Grade IIIA hospitals in Zhejiang Province in May 2023.A general information questionnaire, the Stanford presenteeism scale-6,and Maslach burnout inventor were used in the survey.R language was used for latent profile analysis, and univariate analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis were employed to explore the influencing factors of the latent profiles. Results A total of 391 ICU nurses completed the survey, with the score of presenteeism at 16.10±4.64,which was at medium level. The score of presenteeism was further divided into four latent classes:low work limitation-low work energy type accounted for 13.04%,high work limitation-moderate work energy type accounted for 24.55%,low work limitation-high work energy type accounted for 4.86%,moderate work limitation-moderate work energy type accounted for 57.55%.The influencing factors include average monthly income, the score of emotional exhaustion and personal fulfillment dimensions in job burnout(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of presenteeism among the ICU nurses has distinctive classification characteristics.Based on the identified influencing factors, nursing managers should provide individualised interventions to the ICU nurses with different latent profiles of characteristic categories to reduce the presenteeism among the nurses and thereby to improve the quality of nursing services.

T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3(Tim-3)is a member of the Tim family, which is widely expressed on the surface of various cells and can be involved in the occurrence and development of diseases such as autoimmune, infection and cancer.Clinical trials have found that a combination of blocking Tim-3 and programmed cell death 1(PD-1)can improve the anti-cancer immune response and regression of tumors in patients with advanced cancer. This arti-cle reviewed the basic biological structure of Tim-3,corresponding ligand and its role in tumor micro-environment,and summarized the ongoing clinical trials of TIM-3.These data suggested that Tim-3 could be used as a potentially significant checkpoint receptor for future anti-tumor therapy, and sum-marized the ongoing clinical trials of drugs, indicating that Tim-3 can be used as a potential check-point receptor for future anti-tumor therapy.
