Objective To develop a postoperative precision nursing program for children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),so as to provide references for the improvement of nursing quality for children with OSAHS.Methods Literature in precision nursing for children with OSAHS was systematically reviewed and summarised based on precision nursing theory and a postoperative precision nursing program was drafted.Using the Delphi's Method, two rounds of expert consultation were conducted and the postoperative precision nursing program for children with OSAHS was revised and finalised. Results The response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100.00%with the expert authority coefficient of 0.875.The Kendall coefficient of concordance(W)of levels 1,2 and 3 indices in the second round of expert consultation were 0.289,0.203,0.187,respectively(all P<0.01).The importance score of each inclicator ranged from 4.50~4.94.The coefficient of variations for the three-level indices ranged from 0.05 to 0.21.The finalised program composed 8 level-1 indices(postoperative position assessment, intervention, prevention and care of bleeding, maintaining postoperative airway patency, postoperative nausea and vomiting care, postoperative pain assessment and care, dietary care, complication prevention and care, discharge guidance),16 level-2 indices, and 22 level-3 indices. Conclusion The postoperative precision nursing program for the children with OSAHS is scientific, innovative and applicable. It provides clinical references for nursing of the children with OSAHS.

Objective To explore the culture method of mass amplification for tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from malignant pleural/ascites in vitro, and identify the function and molecular phenotype of these amplified cells. Methods The pleural/ascites fluid was extracted under aseptic conditions, and lymphocytes were isolated by density gradient centrifugation. Then TILs were amplified by the program based on combined IFN-γ, OKT3 and IL-2, and the cell morphology and growth rate were recorded. The molecular phenotypes of the amplified lymphocytes were analyzed by Flow cytometry, and the killing ability against tumor cells was detected by CCK-8 assay. Results In this culture program, TILs remained in good condition until the 26th day, and the proliferation rate began to decrease on the 30th day. The proportions of CD4-CD8+ and CD8+CD56+ T cells gradually increased as cell culture time extended while the proportions of CD4+CD25+ T cells decreased gradually. Unlike the proportions prior to amplification, the proportions of SLAMF7, CD45RO, PD-1 and granzyme B positive cells in T lymphocyte subpopulation were significantly increased, meanwhile, the expression of exhausted T-cell marker CD57 was also gradually increased. The cytotoxicity of amplified CD8+ T cells from TILs was significantly stronger than that from PBMC, and the cytotoxicity reached the peak at the effect-target ratio of 10:1 and was significantly different among tumor cell types. Conclusion A culture program for TILs amplification from cancerous thoracic/ascites is established. The method is simple and efficient. The effector cells are mainly CD8+ T lymphocytes with active phenotype.

Objective:To explore the relationship between workplace procrastination and illegitimate tasks in-kindergarten teachersand the role of work disengagement and coworker support in their relationship. Methods:A to-tal of 245 kindergarten teachers were selected from 3 cities in Zhejiang Province. They were assessed with the Workplace Procrastination Scale(WPS),Bern Illegitimate Tasks Scale(BITS),Work Disengagement Scale(WDS),Colleague Support Scale(CSS).The models were tested by using Process macro for SPSS,and non-para-metric percentile bootstrap method was used to analyze the mediating effect and moderating effect. Results:There were significant differences in the total scores of workplace procrastination among kindergarten teachers in different marital status, age, teaching age, education level, teaching gradeand kindergarten level(Ps<0.05).Work disengage-ment played a significant mediating role between workplace procrastination and illegitimate tasks(indirect effect=0.26,95%CI:0.16-0.37).Coworker support played a significant moderating role in the impact of illegitimate tasks on work disengagement(simple slope=0.72,0.39;P<0.001).Conclusion:It suggests that workplace pro-crastination is related to illegitimate tasksin kindergarten teachers.Work disengagement plays a mediating role in their relationship, and coworker support plays a moderating role in the first half of this mediating role.
