Gliomas, especially high-grade gliomas such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), are primary malignant tumors of the central nervous system, characterized by high proliferative capacity, invasiveness, and therapeutic resistance. The development of GBM relies heavily on continuous metabolic reprogramming to adapt to the unique intracranial microenvironment, with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺) metabolic remodeling playing a pivotal role. Dysregulation of NAD⁺ and its associated metabolic pathways sustains increased intracellular NAD⁺ levels, which drive the malignant proliferation and invasive potential of GBM, correlating with worsened patient prognosis. This review systematically summarizes the current research landscape of NAD⁺ metabolic remodeling in GBM, elucidates the mechanisms by which NAD⁺ contributes to GBM pathogenesis and progression, and explores the clinical potential of NAD⁺-targeted diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to provide novel insights and directions for the clinical management of GBM.

ObjectiveTo develop a scientifically rigorous and contextually appropriate instrument for evaluating the health service experience of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in China, to enable systematic assessment of core medical care dimensions, and to provide quantitative evidence for service improvement. MethodsGrounded in the theoretical framework of healthcare accessibility and the clinical care pathway for tuberculosis patients, the tool was developed through a systematic literature review and the Delphi expert consultation method. A multi-stage cluster sampling strategy was employed to survey pulmonary tuberculosis patients who had been receiving treatment for more than two months, aimed to explore the scale’s applicability in real-world settings. Reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s α and split-half reliability coefficients. Validity was evaluated through content validity, structural validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. ResultsThe tool was composed of 21 items across four dimensions: awareness, accessibility, affordability, and acceptability of tuberculosis medical care. It demonstrated a Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.838 and a split-half reliability coefficient of 0.859. Exploratory factor analyses extracted six factors: satisfaction with healthcare services, supportive role of nurses, affordability of treatment costs, doctor-patient communication, waiting time for medical appointments, and transportation cost. The goodness-of-fit index (GFI) and other indices met the recommended standards, with the loading matrix indicating robust structural validity of the tool. The constructed factor model exhibited satisfactory content validity and discriminant validity. ConclusionThe scale for assessing patients’ experiences with tuberculosis-related medical care developed in this study demonstrates good reliability and validity and serves as a practical tool for evaluating patient experiences of tuberculosis medical care in China.

Objective:To construct a core muscle strength training plan for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases based on the concept of pre-rehabilitation, and provide a theoretical basis for core muscle strength training for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023 based on literature search and group discussion, develop a primary item pool for core muscle strength training plan for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases under the concept of pre-rehabilitation. Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, revise and establish the core muscle strength training plan for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases under the concept of pre-rehabilitation.Results:A total of 15 experts were consulted by letter, including 3 males and 12 females, aged 35-58 (41.38 ± 5.44) years old. The positive coefficients of two rounds of correspondence with experts were 1.00 and 0.93, the expert judgment coefficients were 0.78 and 0.90, the familiarity coefficients were 0.84 and 0.92, and the authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.91. The Kendall coordination coefficients of two rounds of inquiry had statistical significance in terms of indicator rationality (0.378, 0.384), indicator importance (0.283, 0.291), and indicator operability (0.263, 0.375) (all P<0.05). The constructed perioperative nursing quality sensitive indicator system for minimally invasive spinal surgery patients included 3 primary indicators, 9 secondary indicators, and 17 tertiary indicators. Conclusions:The core muscle strength training plan for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases based on the concept of pre- rehabilitation is scientific, reliable, practical, and feasible, and can provide a theoretical basis for core muscle strength training for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases.

Objective To establish a scientifically rigorous,standardized,and comprehensive evaluation index system for the emergency response competency of'Internet+'nurses,and to provide references for the access,training and assessment of'Internet+'nurses.Methods Between November 2022 and July 2023,a draft of the evaluation index system was developed based on theoretical analysis,literature reviews and semi-structured interviews.Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the evaluation index system for emergency response competence of'Internet+'nurses.Results The response rates of 2 rounds were 90.48％and 100％;the opinion rates were 63.16％and 10.53％;the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.855 and 0.850;the Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.175 and 0.182.Finally,the evaluation index system for emergency response competency of'Internet+'nurses was formed,which consists of 4 first-level indexes(including prevention capacity,preparedness capacity,response capacity and recovery capacity),13 second-level indexes and 40 third-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system for the emergency response competency of'Internet+'nurses is highly scientific and practical,which has guiding significance for the access,training and assessment of'Internet+'nurses.
