Objective Performing physical tasks in the low-pressure environment of space poses a significant physiological challenge for astronauts.This study investigates the localized thermophysiological effects of typical physical tasks on different body segments and analyzes the mechanisms by which low-pressure environments influence human task performance.The findings aim to provide a theoretical basis for the thermal control design of spacesuits,focusing on both localized thermoregulation and overall task performance.Methods Two typical physical tasks—15 kg weighted walking and 25 kg load-carrying—were conducted in a simulated low-pressure composite environment chamber.The chamber was set to an altitude-equivalent pressure of 57 kPa(4500 m),with a temperature of 26℃and humidity of 40％.Six non-acclimatized adult male participants were recruited.After environmental stabilization,12-point skin temperatures were recorded throughout the tasks,and localized temperature data were statistically analyzed.Results Under low-pressure conditions,different body regions exhibited distinct thermal responses over time depending on the task type,while the same body region showed varied responses under different task conditions.During walking,temperatures in the primary active regions(thighs and calves)decreased,with most other body regions(except the pelvis and feet)gradually cooling as the task progressed.In contrast,during load-carrying,temperatures in the primary active regions(back and upper arm muscles)increased significantly.Conclusion Astronauts performing different tasks in low-pressure environments experience distinct localized thermophysiological effects.Therefore,spacesuit thermal control systems should not only account for task intensity and metabolic differences but also adapt localized heating/cooling based on task-specific thermal profiles.This approach enables targeted intelligent thermal regulation,enhancing operational support in specific mission scenarios.

Compared with acute pancreatitis caused by other factors， hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis often has a higher rate of severe conditions， greater difficulties in predicting prognosis， and a more complex and unclear pathogenesis. At present， the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis may be associated with the elevation of serum free fatty acids， but the lipid-lowering treatment regimens do not reduce the incidence rate of this disease. Recent studies have further confirmed that pancreatic duct hypertension is an important pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis. The latest research advances have shown that hyperlipidemia can lead to pancreatic duct obstruction by causing pancreatic duct hyperplasia， forming protein embolism at the biliary-pancreatic junction， and damaging the secretory function of the pancreatic duct， while pancreatic duct obstruction can in turn cause pancreatic duct obstruction. This article reviews the latest research advances in hyperlipidemia in causing pancreatic duct obstruction and emphasizes that pancreatic duct hypertension is one of the important pathogeneses of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis， which will provide new ideas for exploring the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate qualitative research related to the psychological experiences and perceptions of body image in bum patients.The goal is to provide a reference basis for developing targeted intervention measures in clinical practice.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Medline,Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,and Scopus were applied in our study.Relevant qualitative studies on the body image experience of burn patients from the establishment of the databases until December 2022 were collected.The quality of the included literature was assessed using the 2016 edition of the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Centre for Evidence-based Health Care in Australia,and the results of the literature were integrated using aggregative integration.Results A total of 12 pieces of literature were included,from which 40 research findings were extracted.These findings were ultimately summarized into 4 integrated results:diverse traumatic perceptions of body image changes faced by burn patients,active exploration and negative coping strategies towards body image changes faced by burn patients,emotional information needs and post-traumatic growth.Conclusion Burn patients experience various body image issues that hinder their return to normal life.It is crucial for healthcare professionals to timely attend to the physical and mental well-being of the patients,identify body image disorders,assist families in meeting emotional needs,support patients in self-adjustment,and promote positive outcomes.

Objective:To explore the distribution of different biomarkers for Behcet′s syndrome (BS) and their correlation with distinct clinical phenotypes of BS patients in real-world studies.Methods:This study was a retrospective cross-sectional study. A total of 483 patients diagnosed with BS in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Peking University People′s Hospital from 2019 to 2022 were enrolled. The baseline information and clinical features of the patients were recorded at their first diagnosis and tested the level of HLA-B51, several auto-antibodies, antistreptolysin-O(ASO), immune globulin, complement in blood serum and interleukin-6 (IL-6). Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation of biomarkers and phenotypes.Results:Among BS patients, the number of positive cases for HLA-B51, anti-endothelial cell antibody (AECA), antinuclear antibodies (ANA) and ASO was 129, 115, 79 and 54, respectively. The positive rate of other biomarkers was less than 5.0%. About 12.6% of patients with BS had an increased level of IgA ( n=61), and 10.8% of patients had an increased level of IgG ( n=52). About 41.0% of patients had increased levels of IL-6 ( n=198), and 6.4% of patients had decreased levels of IgM ( n=31). About 11.2% of patients had decreased levels of C3 ( n=54), and 6.0% of patients had decreased levels of C4 ( n=29). Elevated IgA was a risk factor for the articular phenotype of BS ( OR=2.652, P=0.011). Decreased complement C4 was a risk factor for the neurological phenotype of BS ( OR=3.594, P=0.039). Positive ASO was a risk factor for the gastrointestinal phenotype of BS ( OR=2.578, P=0.041). Elevated IL-6 was a risk factor for the ocular phenotype of BS ( OR=7.560, P=0.016). Conclusion:HLA-B51 and AECA are common biomarkers in BS. Elevated IgA, decreased complement C4, positive ASO, and elevated IL-6 are risk factors for different phenotypes of BS.

Objective:To disclose phylogenetic and antigenic characteristics of hemagglutinin (HA) gene of influenza B virus (Victoria) (BV) in the 2023-2024 influenza surveillance season in Beijing, and understand the matching with influenza vaccine component strain.Methods:Pharyngeal swab specimens from influenza like-illness (ILI) in the 2023-2024 influenza surveillance season were collected from surveillance network labs in Beijing and BV strains were isolated through MDCK or chicken embryo culture. After extracting nucleic acid, HA gene was amplified and sequenced. The nucleotide and amino acid sequence identity were conducted and the maximum likelihood method in Mega 5.0 software was used to construct the phylogenetic tree of HA gene. N-glycosylation sites of HA were performed online. Furthermore, three-dimensional structure of HA was available from SWISS-MODEL homologous modeling. Hemagglutination inhibition (HI) tests were performed to analyze antigenic characteristics of HA of BV strains.Results:Fifty-four BV strains were randomly selected to be analyzed further. Compared with the HA gene of this influenza season vaccine strain (B/Austria/1359417/2021), there are three amino acid mutations among all BV strains, two of which are located in two different antigenic determinants. Furthermore, the phylogenetic tree analysis revealed that only one subgroup of 1A.3a.2 was circulating simultaneously. All BV strains are located in Clade 1A.3a.2 subgroup, and in the same subgroup with that of the vaccine component BV strain in 2023-2024. All BV strains have the same glycosylation sites as that of the vaccine component BV strain in 2023-2024. Antigenic analysis showed that all BV strains were antigenically similar with its vaccine strain.Conclusions:In the 2023-2024 influenza surveillance season, the prevalent BV strains in the population in Beijing city are located in Clade 1A. 3a. 2 subgroup. The antigen matching between BV epidemic strains and vaccine BV components is relatively high during this surveillance season.

Objective To analyze the timeliness of the start time of the first elective operation in a hospital and observe its impact on the operating room cost.Methods Make statistics and analysis on the opening of the first operation in a hospital,record the on-time opening rate of the first operation,analyze the reasons for the delay in the opening time of the first operation,formulate corresponding intervention measures and set up a"management team to improve the efficiency of operating room use".The on-time rate of the first operation,operation,cost control and the satisfaction of surgeons and patients were compared before and after the operation.Results The overall punctuality rate of the first operation was 53.74％,among which the colorectal sur-gery department had the highest punctuality rate of 63.16％,while the minimally invasive surgery department had the lowest punctuality rate of 45.45％.The main reasons for the delay of first operation(35.29％),failed anesthesia(30.88％),and the termination of the operation(17.65％);compared with before implementation,higher overtime time of nurses,shorter opening time and expected time,decreased interval between operation(P＜0.05),lower frequency of centralized delivery and unnecessa-ry consumables cost within 1 month after implementation(P＜0.05),and higher satisfaction of patients and physicians after im-plementation(P＜0.05).Conclusion By improving the first elective operation on time,can effectively reduce the cost of the operating room,shorten the nurse overtime time,at the same time improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients,and improve the management efficiency of the operating room,the first operation on time improved,interval time and unnecessary consumables costs are significantly reduced,optimize the use efficiency of the operating room resources.

Objective To observe the feasibility of inducible costimulatory(ICOS)target in mice adjuvant-induced arthritis(AIA)models.Methods Twenty BALB/c mice were injected with equal dose of complete Freund's adjuvant(AIA group,n=10)or phosphate buffered saline(control group,n=10)into the right back paws.The second day after injection,ICOS-IRD680 mAb probes were injected in AIA group,while IgG-IRD680 mAb probes were injected in control group through tail vein,respectively.The fluorescent intensity ratio of the right and left paw based on near-infrared fluorescence imaging 24 and 48 h later were compared between groups.The total RNA of mice were extracted for transcriptome sequencing,and differentially expressed genes(DEG)were screened and analyzed.Primary T cells were extracted from the spleen of mice in control group,then magnetic negative T cells were sorted.Activated T cells were stimulated and induced using phoboxylate/ionomycin,the expression level of ICOS protein on the surface of activated T cells were detected,and the safety of probe was also evaluated.Results The expression of ICOS gene in AIA group was significantly up-regulated,and the proportion of T cells was higher than that in control group.ICOS tented to distribute in FoxP3+ regulatory T cells,CD8+T cells and CD4+T cells.The purity of CD3+T cells before and after magnetic negative T cells was 65.31％ and 90.14％,respectively.The proportion of CD4+T cells before and after activated was 7.14％ and 31.20％,respectively,and the mean fluorescent intensity of ICOS protein in activated CD4+T cells(586±25)was significantly higher than that in non-activated CD4+T cells(161±31)(t=25.390,P＜0.001).Twenty-four and 48 h after probe injection,the fluorescent intensity ratio of the right paw/left paw in AIA group was higher than that in control group(t=34.600,P＜0.001;t=23.380,P＜0.001).Compared with control group,no significant pathological change of heart,liver nor kidney tissues of mice in AIA group was detected,while no significant difference of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase nor creatinine was found between groups(all P＞0.05).Conclusion ICOS target was safe and feasible for mice AIA models.

Objective:To investigate the phylogenetic and antigenic characteristics of hemagglutinin (HA) gene of influenza B/Victoria lineage (BV) viruses in Beijing during the 2021-2022 influenza surveillance season, and to analyze whether the circulating BV viruses match the vaccine strain.Methods:Pharyngeal swab specimens from influenza like-illness (ILI) cases in the 2021-2022 influenza surveillance season were collected from surveillance network labs in Beijing and cultured in MDCK cells and chicken embryo to isolate BV viruses. Nucleic acids of the viruses were extracted, and the HA gene was amplified and sequenced. The nucleotide and amino acid sequence identity of the HA gene was analyzed using MEGA5.0 software. A phylogenetic tree of HA gene was constructed using the maximum likelihood method. The N-glycosylation sites in HA were predicted online. Three-dimensional structure of HA was constructed using SWISS-MODEL homologous modeling. Hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test was performed to analyze the antigenicity of BV viruses.Results:A total of 402 BV viruses were collected and 58 strains with full-length HA gene sequences were chosen for further analysis. Compared with the HA gene of this year′s vaccine strain (B/Washington/02/2019), there were 27 amino acid mutations, 11 of which were located in four different antigenic determinants. The phylogenetic analysis revealed that three subgroups of 1A.3, 1A.3a1, and 1A.3a2 co-circulated in Beijing with 54 strains (54/58, 93.10%) clustered to the Clade 1A.3a2, two strains (2/58, 3.45%) clustered to the Clade 1A.3a1, and two strains (2/58, 3.45%) in the same subgroup (Clade 1A.3) as the vaccine component BV strain in 2021-2022. Compared with the vaccine strain (B/Washington/02/2019), two BV strains had an additional N-glycosylation site at residue 197, while the other 56 strains showed no change in N-glycosylation sites. Antigenic analysis showed that 35 BV strains (35/58, 60.34%) were antigenically similar to the vaccine strain and 23 strains (23/58, 39.66%) were low-response strains.Conclusions:Three subgroups of BV viruses co-circulated in Beijing during the 2021-2022 influenza surveillance season. The predominant subgroup was Clade 1A.3a2 (93.10%), showing a certain genetic distance with the vaccine strain (B/Washington/02/2019). Nearly 40% (39.66%) of the viruses were low-response strains. This study indicated that continuous monitoring of the variations of influenza epidemic strains and timely providing laboratory basis for screening vaccine component strains were the basic technical guarantee for coping with influenza pandemic.

Inhibitory cells derived from bone marrow are a kind of inhibitory cells derived from bone marrow.These cells are not only related to tumor growth,but also participate in the inflammatory immune process.Therefore,we established a rat model of chronic osteomyelitis,and used gemcitabine to inhibit the cell growth ratio of MDSCs.We detected the ratio of MDSCs in bone marrow and spleen of rats by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence,detected the changes of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood by ELISA,and analyzed the inflammatory factors(TNF-α,PCT,IL-4,IL-10,IL-11)in peripheral blood of normal rats,osteomyelitis rats and rats after gemcitabine inhibition.The results showed that the proportion of MDSCs cells in bone marrow and spleen of osteomyelitis model rats was increased,but it was significantly decreased in gemcitabine group(P<0.05).Levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,PCT,IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,IFN-γ,TGF-β)were positively correlated with the change of MDSCs cell proportion(P<0.05).From the results,it can be inferred that the change of the proportion of MDSCs cells in rat osteomyelitis is positively related to the inflammatory factors,and gemcitabine can reduce inflammatory factors by inhibiting MDSCs.
