Robotic telesurgery is a technology that doctors use advanced surgical robots and network communication technology to carry out surgery on patients in different places. Robotic telesurgery can sink high-quality medical resources to serve patients in remote areas， and can also be used for emergency rescue， disaster relief， battlefield and other special occasions to provide patients with timely， effective and high-quality surgical treatment， as well as reducing medical costs and patient transport risks. With the rapid development of the fifth generation wireless network， low latency and high broadband communication are provided for robotic telesurgery， and faster and more accurate real-time data transmission makes it possible to carry out complex surgery remotely. In this review， the current situation of robotic telesurgery at home and abroad is described， and the future of robotic telesurgery is prospected.

According to the theory of the relationship of phlegm and blood stasis in TCM,analyse the pathogenesis of tumor,and emphasis on dispersing stagnated liver-qi,qi-xue adjustment and the therapeutical method of antidote,the most important methods for the treatment.The combination of blood-activating and getting rid of phelegm stagnation drugs benefits the treatment of tumor,the drug’s application can get rid of phelegm stagnation and blood-stasis.

In contemporary studies of pulse and of the relationship between sphygmo-diagram and syndrome types or diseases, pulse instrument is usually applied to trace the sphygmo-diagram. A comparatively systemic theory about pulse diagnosis has been formed, and it promotes the pulse researching process. But the mechanism of pulse is complicated and the expressive information of pulse is diversity. So it is difficult to record the complicated information of pulse by applying the instrument. In addition, the simplicity in methods of tracing and analyzing sphygmo-diagram and the lack of criterion for syndrome differentiation make it difficult to study the relationship between the sphygmo-diagram and the syndrome types. It's important to lay stress on clinical applying, to promote communication among researchers, to unify the standards of pulse instrument and syndrome differentiation, and to reinforce the research on the relationship between sphygmo-diagram and the syndrome types. The government's support is also needed to promote multi-science cooperation at the same time.

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuye Shigao Decoction (ZSD) for the treatment of deep candidiasis in mice. [Methods] One hundred and sixty mice were randomized into immunosuppressive (IS) group and non-immunosuppressive (NIS) group, 80 in each group. The IS mice were given with intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 200mg/kg and the NIS mice were given with normal saline 0.2mL. Five days later, both groups were vaccinated with Candida albicans solution 0.2 mL through the caudal veins (8 ? 109/L for the NIS mice and 3 ? 109/L for the IS mice). Three hours after vaccination, 20 of the two groups were treated with ZSD 30g/kg, 20 with fluconazole (Img/kg for IS mice and 0.5mg/kg for NIS mice), 20 with ZSD and fluconazole (the medication interval being one hour) and other 20 with same volume of distilled water. 【Objective】To observe the pulse characteristics of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and to investigate the changes of their pulse during the disease development.【Methods】The sphygmogram series of Cunkou pulse in 174 PHC patients,102 hepatic cirrhosis(HC) and 106 healthy volunteers were recorded by ZM-Ⅲ type-c electro-pulsograph under the 6 pressure ranges of 50～250 g.The average values of sphygmogram parameters were enrolled into the analysis.Sphygmogram characteristics as well as its formation mechanism were investigated through the analysis of sphygmogram waveform and parameters.【Results】The three groups of PHC patietns,HC patients and healthy volunteers shared the similar sphygmogram waveforms,abc waveform being the dominant.The sphygmogram parameters of h4,h4/h1 and area under graph in diastolic phase were in the decreasing sequence in the normal group,HC group and PHC group.【Conclusion】There exist some sphygmogram characteristics during the disease development of PHC,and this will be beneficial to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PHC as well as its prognosis.
