Objective To explore the scheme for the deployment and withdrawal of the surgical module of the new-type tent hospital system. Methods A set of standardized scheme for deploying and withdrawing the surgical module of the new-type tent hosital system was proposed and implemented in terms of labor division, operation precedure, operation technique and precaution. The operating time, number of operational errors and number of equipment damages were recorded for each of the five deployment and withdrawal operations before and after the program was executed, and the team members'immediate heart rate, percentage of maximum heart rate(MHR)and rating of perceived exercise(RPE)at the end of the operation were recorded after the program was implemented.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The standardized scheme had the deployment time shortened from(85.15±11.430)min to(58.23±8.513)min,withdrawal time decreased from(65.36±9.369)min to(48.92±7.129)min,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05);the numbers of operatio-nal errors and equipment damages were both reduced when compared with those before the implementation of the schemce;the immediate heart rate of the team members at the end of the operation ranged from 43 to 157 beats/min,with an average value of 151.1 beats/min,the individual MHR percentages were from 75%to 87%,with an average value of 81.1%,and the RPE scores were from 14 to 17,with an average value of 15.3,which all could be categorized as moderate-operation intensity.Condusion The standardized deployment and withdrawal scheme for the surgical module meets the needs of actual combat and training assessment, and thus is worthy promoting in medical institutions equipped with the surgical module of the new-type tent hosital system.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2025,46(2):74-79]

Aim To investigate the im-munomodulatory effects of Ononin on Th17/Treg bal-ance and inflammatory responses, and to evaluate its neuroinmune regulatory role in ischemic stroke. Methods A Foxp3 promoter-driven luciferase reporter assay was used to assess the effect of Ononin on Foxp3 transcriptional activity. The effect of Ononin on the dif-ferentiation of na?ve CD4+T cells into Th 17 and Treg subsets was evaluated by flow cytometry.A transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(tMCAO)model was established in mice to evaluate the effects of Ononin on infarct size, neurological recovery, body weight resto-ration,and survival rate.Flow cytometry and RT-PCR were conducted to elucidate the immunological mechanisms underlying Ononin's effects. Results On-onin significantly enhanced Foxp3 promoter activity, promoted the differentiation of na?ve CD4+T cells into Treg cells, and suppressed Th17 polarization. In the tMCAO model,Ononin significantly reduced acute in-farct size, improved survival, ameliorated long-term neurological deficits, and increased Treg cell propor-tions in ischemic brain tissue. Conclusions Ononin modulates peripheral and central inflammation by resto-ring the Th17/Treg immune balance, thereby exerting significant immunomodulatory effects. Its therapeutic benefit in ischemic stroke is closely linked to immune balance restoration.

Objective To explore the effects of dodecanoylcarnitine(DA)and myristoleic acid(MA)on the function of mouse alveolar epithelial cell line MLE-12 and their underlying mechanisms. Methods An inflammatory model was established by stimulating MLE-12 cells with IL-4.The expression levels of DA,MA,and sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P)in the cell supernatant were detected by ELISA.MLE-12 cells were separately intervened with DA and MA.RT-PCR and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression changes of inflammatory factors IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the level of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS).Additionally,Western blot was performed to detect the expression of key proteins such as p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p-38 MAPK)and src homology 2 domain-containing phosphatase 1(SHP-1).To explore the role of S1PR2 in the effects of DA and MA,MLE-12 cells were pretreated with the S1PR2 inhibitor JTE-013,and the above experiments were repeated. Results IL-4 stimulation significantly upregulated the levels of DA,MA,and S1P in MLE-12 cells(P<0.05).DA/MA treatment groups exhibited significantly increased expression of IL-6 and TNF-α compared with the control group(P<0.05),along with elevated ROS levels(P<0.05).Western blot analysis revealed that DA/MA promoted SHP-1 dephosphorylation and phosphorylated p38 MAPK activation in MLE-12 cells.Notably,JTE-013 pre-treatment completely reversed these effects(P<0.05).Conclusion Asthma-related metabolites DA and MA exacerbate the inflammatory and oxidative stress responses of MLE-12 cells by activating the S1PR2 receptor, promoting the dephosphorylation of SHP-1 and the activation of the p-p38 MAPK pathway. This study reveals the core regulatory role of S1PR2 in this pathway as well.

Objective:Invasive pulmonary mucormycosis(PM)is a rare but highly lethal opportunistic infection.COVID-19 associated mucormycosis(CAM)is difficult to diagnose, often leading to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis, and has poor treatment outcomes. This study reports a case of successfully treated CAM and explores optimized diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment process in a 50-year-old female patient with COVID-19 associated with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)and invasive pulmonary mucormycosis was conducted.Combined with a literature review, the therapeutic efficacy of local bronchoscopic instillation in conjunction with systemic treatment using liposomal Amphotericin B(L-AmB)was specifically evaluated. Results:The patient was rapidly diagnosed with Rhizopus microsporus infection through metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS).She subsequently received antifungal treatment with intravenous L-AmB combined with local bronchoscopic instillation. After treatment, the patient was significantly improved, with imaging studies showing gradual absorption of the lesions.Follow-up at six months revealed no recurrence.A literature review suggests that early diagnosis and multimodal therapy are key to improving survival rates in patients with CAM.Conclusion:mNGS can significantly improve the early diagnosis rate of CAM.The combination of local and systemic treatment with L-AmB is valuable in improving prognosis.Early diagnosis, multimodal antifungal therapy, and individualized management are key to increasing the survival rate of patients with CAM.
