OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of innovative perioperative pain management on prostate cancer patients with hematuria undergoing prostatic artery embolization (PAE).
METHODS:
A total of 60 patients undergoing PAE in the Interventional Therapy Department of General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from May 2024 to January 2025 were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional pain management of nursing. An innovative perioperative pain management was performed in intervention group including preoperative "body-mind-pain" holistic assessment and preparation, intraoperative humanistic care and real-time support, postoperative multimodal analgesia and rehabilitation, dynamic monitoring and closed-loop feedback. The pain degree after 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days and 1 week of the operation, and the quality of life after 1 week of operation, as well as nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared between the two groups.
RESULTS:
The VAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days and 1 week of operation (P<0.05). One week after the operation, the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group significantly (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at discharge(P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
The application of innovative perioperative pain management can alleviate pain of patients with PAE, which improves the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.

Objective To establish and test the reliability and validity of the disease related psychological pressure scale of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection,so as to provide mental stress assessment tool for the pregnant women. Methods Item pool was developed after the interview and comprehensively retrieved literatures, then after expert review and rebuilt, the scale items were fixed.Totals of 368 pregnant women with chronic HBV infection disease were investigated and the reliability and validity of scale were test. Results The scale had 5 factors and 24 items, and the correlation coefficient between each factor score and total score was 0.712 - 0.894.The correlation coefficient among each factor was 0.409 - 0.631 which was significantly lower than that between each factor score and total score ( P < 0.01 ).The cumulative contribution rate of 5 factors was 64.055%,and tes-retest reliability of 5 factors was 0.856,0.887,0.828,0.813.The Cronbach' s α of internal consistency of 5 factors was 0.788 - 0.865,and the Cronbach' s α of scale was 0.932.Conclusions The scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used for measuring the disease related pregnancy psychological pressure for chronic HBV infection pregnant women.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the early changes of some immunological function of T-cell in chromate workers.
METHODSA total of 115 workers exposed to different levels of soluble chromate were enrolled in exposed group; while 90 non-exposure workers who lived far away from the chromate plant were enrolled as control. The air concentration of soluble chromate was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. CD3(+), CD3(+)CD4(+), CD3(+)CD8(+) and CD4(+)/CD8(+) of T-cell were determined by flow cytometry analysis.
RESULTSThe individual air chromate concentration in the exposed group was (27.51 +/- 33.25) microg/m(3), and the control group was (0.16 +/- 0.15) microg/m(3). The significant difference between the two groups was observed (z = 8.045, P < 0.01). The levels of the lymphocyte subsets (CD3(+), CD3(+)CD4(+), CD3(+)CD8(+) and CD4(+)/CD8(+)) in exposed group were (30.08 +/- 17.75)%, (1.04 +/- 1.73)%, (11.94 +/- 9.78)%, 0.10 +/- 0.14. While, those of control group were (63.00 +/- 13.57)%, (30.51 +/- 5.16)%, (14.82 +/- 4.59)%, 2.17 +/- 0.53, higher than that of the exposed group (z values were 4.484, 5.227, 1.976, -5.218, respectively, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONOn the basis of individual air monitoring, the cellular immune function affected by soluble chromate is mainly based on T lymphocyte inhibition. The indicators CD3(+)CD4(+) mentioned above may be considered as efficient biomarkers in further research.
