1.Expert consensus on service capability and quality control of student vision health management institutions

Objective To provide scientific and normative guidance for capacity building and quality control standards for vision health management service institutions, thereby promoting the standardization and professional development of the industry, enhancing service quality, and improving the effectiveness of myopia prevention and control. Methods A multidisciplinary expert panel organized by Society of Vision Health Management, Chinese Health Association, based on standards such as the "Technical Specifications for Vision Health Management Services for Primary and Secondary School Students" (T/CHAA 008-2019) and combined with field research data, revised and formed this consensus through multiple rounds of meetings and discussions. Results This consensus clarifies the positioning of service institutions, core service capability requirements (covering basic configuration, personnel and equipment, service processes, scope, and competency levels), and quality control points throughout the service process. It establishes an evaluation framework centered on "foundational support - service implementation - management effectiveness - outcome output." Conclusion This consensus provides systematic guidance for the standardized construction, capacity evaluation, and quality control of vision health management service institutions, which is of great significance for safeguarding the vision health of children and adolescents.
2.Expert consensus on closed-loop management of externally purchased medications for inpatients in Shenzhen medical institutions

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the closed-loop management of externally purchased medications for inpatients in medical institutions in Shenzhen, thus improve the overall level of pharmaceutical affairs management in medical institutions in Shenzhen. METHODS The relevant guidelines, expert consensus, thematic reviews and policy documents were conducted using keywords such as “ externally purchased drugs”“externally distributed drugs”“externally purchased prescriptions” “externally distributed prescriptions”“closed-loop management” and their corresponding English terms. The initial draft of the Consensus on Closed-loop Management of Externally Purchased Medications for Inpatients in Shenzhen Medical Institutions (shortened for Consensus) was drafted based on the practical experience of the management of externally purchased drugs in medical institutions in Shenzhen. After two questionnaire surveys and four expert symposiums, the Consensus recommendation opinions were formed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION The Consensus covers 10 aspects, including the definition and usage conditions of externally purchased drugs, management organization and informatization construction, principles for catalogue adjustment, catalogue formulation process, prescription issuance and dispensing, return-to-hospital acceptance process, hospital use process and safety management, home pharmaceutical services, supervision and management, as well as principles for prescription dispensing in retail pharmacies and selection of retail pharmacies. It contributes to the improvement of the management of externally purchased medications in medical institution in Shenzhen.
