2.Comparative study of medical common data models for FAIR data sharing.

The common data model (CDM) is an important tool to facilitate the standardized integration of multi-source heterogeneous healthcare big data, enhance the consistency of data semantic understanding, and promote multi-party collaborative analysis. The data collections standardized by CDM can provide powerful support for observational studies, such as large-scale population cohort study. This paper provides an in-depth comparative analysis of the data storage structure, term mapping pattern, and auxiliary tools development of the three international typical CDMs, then analyzes the advantages and limitations of each CDM and summarizes the challenges and opportunities faced in the CDM application in China. It is expected that exploring the advanced technical concepts and practical patterns of foreign countries in data management and sharing will provide references for promoting FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) construction of healthcare big data in China and solving the current practical problems, such as the poor quality of data resources, the low degree of semantization, and the inabilities of data sharing and reuse.

3.Status of personal information sharing on HIV between sexual partners among men who have sex with men who met casual sexual partners on the internet in Zhejiang province.

Objective: To identify the status and determinants of sharing personal HIV information with sexual partners among men who have sex with men (MSM) meeting their casual sexual partners on the internet. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in five cities (Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Shaoxing) in Zhejiang province. The recruitment was enrolled by MSM social organization and in voluntary counseling and testing clinics, with a sample size of 793. A self-designed network questionnaire collected essential characteristics, HIV knowledge, sexual behavior, and sharing personal HIV status. SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: Among 767 MSM enrolled 302 MSM who reported finding casual sexual partners on the internet were enrolled in the analysis. MSM reported finding casual partners on the internet only, finding sexual partners online and in places were 62.6% (189/302) and 37.4% (113/302), respectively. Among those reporting web-based sexual behavior in the last six months, 54.6% (165/302) informed their partners of their HIV status, 49.2% (146/297) inquired about HIV status, and 42.9% (82/191) knew HIV status before sex intercourse, 75.8% (113/149) reported consistent condom use with HIV negative partners. The multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that related factors of inconsistent inquired HIV status of partners included 25-34 years old (aOR=2.17, 95%CI: 1.20-3.91), >2 partners on the internet in the last six months (aOR=2.13, 95%CI: 1.27-3.57), low-risk perception of HIV infection with online partners (aOR=1.96, 95%CI:1.14-3.35), numbers of HIV testing >1 times (aOR=0.38, 95%CI: 0.22-0.66). Conclusions: The willingness to know the HIV status of partners among MSM who met sexual partners on the internet was high but with a low rate of knowing their sex partner's HIV status in Zhejiang province. However, the successful implementation proportion was low. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to people who are elderly, with less conscience about the risk of the sex partners on the internet, have more sex partners, and have received few HIV tests. In addition, peer education was needed to promote related intervention programs.

4.Research on the Construction of Hospital Equipment Management Information Platform.

With the deepening of China's medical reform, the scale of hospital equipment assets at all levels is also expanding. In the face of large-scale and various equipment assets, the traditional single machine statistical management method not only has a single interface, poor data accuracy and is not compatible with other systems, but also is difficult to achieve "full life cycle" management. In order to solve above problems, the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University of Medicine aims to use the Internet of Things to build a medical equipment management information platform, realize the whole hospital area, whole subject and whole process management of medical materials, and achieve the objectives of business linkage, information connectivity and data sharing between management departments and clinical departments.

5.A comparative analysis on risk communication between international and Chinese literature from the perspective of knowledge domain visualization.

BACKGROUND:
The outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) severely damaged and endangered people's lives at the end of 2019. Risk communication plays an important role in the response to it successfully, which has been appreciated by the World Health Organization. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of risk communication research is necessary, which can understand current research hotspots and reveal new trends.
METHODS:
In this study, we collected 1134 international articles from the Web of Science database and 3983 Chinese articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database. Bibliometric and mapping knowledge domain analysis methods were used for temporal distribution analysis, cooperation network analysis, co-word network analysis, and burst detection analysis.
RESULTS:
The first article in this field was published by western scholars earlier, while the first Chinese article in 2002. Research institutions mainly come from universities. The USA plays a key role in this field. Chinese scholars had a closer cooperation network, but there was less cooperation among domestic institutions. Risk perception, trust, risk management, and risk information had always been the research hotspots in this academic. Trust, sentiment research, and public risk events were essential directions for the future. There are 25 burst words for international articles, while 11 burst words for Chinese articles from 2000 to 2020.
CONCLUSIONS
In summary, both domestic and international researchers are concerned about risk communication, risk perception, trust, and risk information. International research on risk communication is systematic and comprehensive relatively. However, Chinese scholars take severe acute respiratory syndrome as the research background and reviewing foreign knowledge as the research starting point. With the purpose of practical and applied research based on a public emergency, the risk communication research lacks continuity in Chinese academy in the past years.

7.Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine from patent information sharing platform of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is a newly emerged and highly contagious respiratory disease. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has both systematism theory knowledge and clinical practical value in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Therefore, it was particularly important to examine the effect of TCM in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. The patents of TCM might reflect the latest progression of scientific research. We aimed to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by extracting and analyzing the TCM patents from the Patent Information Sharing Platform of COVID-19. The antiviral TCM patents were screened and exported from the Patent Information Sharing Platform. VOSviewer 1.6.14 was used to visualize and analyze the network of TCM in these patents. There were total 292 TCM patents, including 52 patents for etiological treatment and 240 patents for symptomatic treatment. Thirty-two provinces and 1 076 inventors were involved, mainly from Beijing, Guangdong and Jiangsu. Overall, there were 356 TCMs, 71 single prescriptions, and 221 compound prescriptions. The patents for treatment of coronavirus mainly focused on the treatment of coronavirus, while the patents for symptomatic treatment mainly focuses on the improvement of respiratory symptoms, such as fever and cough. There were 14 highly frequently used TCMs, including Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Forsythiae Fructus, Isatidis Radix, Astragali Radix, Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, Gypsum Fibrosum, Houttuyniae Herba, Isatidis Folium, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Gardeniae Fructus, Platycodonis Radix, Armeniacae Semen Amarum. The analyzed results of the TCM patents from the patent information sharing platform of COVID-19 were consistent with the Guideline of Diagnosis and Treatment of COVID-19(7th edition), and the combination of TCM in each cluster may also provide future directions for drug compatibility.

Human genetic resources are valuable for life science research and pharmaceutical industry.Competitions for human genetic resources and the relevant techniques and industries have increasingly become intense among countries with the the implementation of precision medicine strategy and the maturity of gene editing technology.In the context of scientific progress and efficiency,the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development,the most important international economic organization,has proposed solutions to technological development and research paradigm changes from the perspective of national and global public interests.The United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,and some other developed countries have also released their policies and guidelines on the sharing of genetic resource data.In this article we analyzed these policies and guidelines,with an attempt to further improve the administration of human genetic resource sharing in China and promote the legal sharing and effective use of these resources.

10.Management System of Implantable Medical Device in Accordance with JCI Standard Based on HRP System.

JCI standard is the most professional and authoritative certification standard of medical quality and safety system in the world. HRP information system is a systematic hospital resource management platform which integrates the existing hospital information resources and establishes a set of unified, efficient, interconnected and information sharing operation and management of the hospital. In order to meet the requirements of closed-loop management of implantable medical devices in the JCI standard, our hospital has established a set of standards which based on the HRP system platform, including access permission, purchase application, entering and leaving the warehouse, bookkeeping charge, cost accounting and postoperative traceability of implanted medical device management system. HRP system improves the management level of implantable medical devices, and realizes the closed-loop management of the whole process of implantable medical devices.
