Abstract
To explore the benefits and risks of active video games (AVGs) for health promotion among children and adolescents, the study reviews relevant domestic and international literature and details the benefits of AVGs, including increased physical activity and energy expenditure, improved physical fitness, better mental health, enhanced social interaction, improved cognitive function and attention, and heightened body awareness. At the same time, it also addresses potential risks, such as gaming addiction and excessive use, sports related injuries and other risks, thereby providing a theoretical reference for children and adolescents to engage in AVGs in a healthy manner.

BACKGROUND:Protein is one of the essential nutrients for the human body and is a key component of human cell tissue.Protein supplementation can promote the synthesis of myofibrillar protein and play a key role in strength training. However, the interaction mechanism and signaling pathway between protein and exercise are still unclear.OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of interaction between exercise and protein, and to optimize the benefits of protein supplementation on exercise performance.METHODS:Using"sports, proteins, amino acids, polypeptide, interaction mechanisms, signaling pathway"as Chinese and English search terms,we searched WanFang Data,CNKI,VIP,and PubMed databases respectively.Articles were screened according to the inclusion criteria, and finally 73 articles were included in the review.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Current research on protein supplementation promoting exercise performance mainly focuses on promoting muscle growth, endurance improvement, and body recovery through protein supplementation, but there are differences in the existing experimental results. The interaction mechanism between protein molecules and proteins in the body is not yet clear. The research on the interaction mechanism between exercise and peptides is still in its infancy.Exercise can stimulate the full absorption of external protein intake, which can affect the mechanism of protein molecules in the body.Supplementing peptide nutrition can more accurately affect the body's state, thus better eliminating the phenomena of"sub-health"and"modern diseases."Therefore, studying the interaction mechanism between exercise and proteins is particularly important, delving into the specific mechanisms by which amino acids act on the body, and further exploring the interaction mechanism between exercise and peptides.

Objective To observe the effect of in situ needle fenestration thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)for treating aortic dissection(AD)involving aortic arch. Methods Data of 16 patients with AD involving aortic arch who underwent in situ needle fenestration TEVAR for reconstruction of aortic arch branches were retrospectively analyzed, and the number of fenestration, technical success rate and TEVAR related complications were recorded.Regular follow-up was conducted after TEVAR,the repair of dissection and the patency of fenestrated branch blood vessels were evaluated, the endoleak was assessed, and the survival of patients were recorded. Results The main aortic stent was successfully implanted in all 16 cases.Among them,4 received triple fenestration stent implantation in zones Z0,Z1 and Z2,6 received double fenestration stent implantation in zones Z1 and Z2,2 received double fenestration stent implantation in zones Z0 and Z1 and 4 received single fenestration stent implantation in zone Z2.The success rate of brachiocephalic trunk(BCT)fenestration was 83.33%(5/6).Left common carotid artery(LCCA)-right common carotid artery bypass was performed in 1 case without successful fenestration. The success rate of LCCA fenestration was 100%(12/12).The success rate of left subclavian artery(LSA)fenestration was 87.50%(14/16),2 cases with not successful fenestration were treated with axillar-axillary artery artificial vascular bypass. The technical success rate of intervention was 100%(16/16).Type Ⅰa endoleak occurred in 1 case during TEVAR process and improved after embolization with spring coil. One patient died of pericardial tamponade at the end of TEVAR.Fifteen patients were followed up for a median follow-up time of 20 months.During this period, transient ischemic attack and local small dissection at the proximal beginning of the main stent occurred each in 1 case, which improved after no special treatment.Type Ⅰ endoleak occurred in 1 case, type Ⅲ endoleak occurred in 2 cases, all improved after proximal fenestrated membrane stent implantation or spring coil embolization treatment. One case died of coronary heart disease. Conclusion In situ needle fenestration TEVAR was effective and safe for treating AD involving aortic arch.

Objective:To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the construction of urban unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) blood distribution system, and to provide a novel way for the distribution of emergency blood. Methods:The study was completed in Hangzhou from April 2019 to January 2021, and the main participants were from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Zhejiang Province Blood Center and Hangzhou Fast Ant Network Technology Co., Ltd. Firstly, an unmanned aircraft delivery system was built for urban emergency blood and a special blood storage box for drones were developed. The drone was used to deliver blood products from Zhejiang Province Blood Center to Binjiang Campus, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and the following indicators were obtained: (1) flight time of the drone blood delivery; (2) real-time temperature of blood products during transportation; (3) Baidu map software was used to measure the blood delivery time of road traffic, which was compared with the flight time of the drone. Results:The urban drone blood delivery system consists of intelligent logistics drones, cryogenic blood storage tanks, unmanned logistics hub stations, and cloud-based operation control platforms. The drone route distance from Zhejiang Provincial Blood Center to Binjiang Campus, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine was 2.36±0.06 km, and the ground distance was 5.8 km, with 27 flights from April 12, 2019 to January 29, 2021, and the drone flight time was, shorter than the road travel time for a round trip [(6.37±0.35) min vs. (17.00±1.94) min]. At different time points of the day, UAV blood delivery could save 15.98-4.28 min, with an average saving of 10.62±1.87 min. Conclusions:Urban UAV blood delivery systems have the advantages of being fast, unaffected by ground traffic conditions, and can ensure the safety of blood products during transportation, and are worthy of further exploration.
