Objective To summarize the best evidences for the placement and maintenance of adult infusion ports,and to provide a basis for clinical medical staff to carry out the placement and maintenance of infusion ports.Methods The evidence-based questions were constructed using PIPOST mode.According to the"6S"classification model of evidence,a computerized retrieval of academic papers concerning the best evidence for the placement and maintenance of adult infusion ports from the databases of UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,Cochrane Library,JBI evidence-based healthcare center database,National Guidelines Clearinghouse(NGC),Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Guidelines International Network(GIN),the Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario(RNAO),CINAHL,EMbase,PubMed,Intravenous Nurses Society(INS),Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,SinoMed and Yimaitong was conducted.The retrieval time period was from the establishment of the database to July 6,2023.Two researchers,who had received training in evidence-based nursing,independently evaluated the quality of the literature,screened and summarized the evidences.Results A total of 12 papers,including one paper of clinical decision analysis,5 papers of expert consensus,3 papers of clinical practice guideline,and 3 papers of evidence summary,were finally enrolled in this study.A total of 96 pieces of evidence were extracted from the included literature,and 66 pieces of evidence were ultimately synthesized,which were classified into 5 dimensions,including personnel qualifications,indications and contraindications,perioperative care,PORT maintenance,and health education.Conclusion Clinical healthcare professionals should formulate the nursing strategies based on the evidence so as to improve the safety of infusion port placement and maintenance in adult patients.

Objective:To explore the relationship between personality characteristics, social psychology and satisfactory rate in people undergoing facial cosmetic surgery.Methods:People undergoing facial cosmetic surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022 were seclected. They were asked to fill out the Big Five Inventory (abbreviated version), social psychological factors questionnaire before surgery, and the surgical satisfaction scale 2 weeks after surgery. According to the results of surgical satisfaction, they were divided into satisfied group and dissatisfied group. The distribution of personality characteristics and social psychological factors was analyzed, univariate analysis and logistic multiple regression were used to analyze the personality characteristics and social psychological factors affecting the satisfaction result.Results:There were 217 cases, including 9 males and 208 females, aged 18-45 years old with an average age of 26 years old. According to the operation satisfaction survey, 174 cases were satisfied and 43 cases were dissatisfied. Among the personality characteristics of 217 cases, low agreeableness, high responsibility, high extraversion, low openness, and high neuroticism accounted for the majority; there were statistically significant differences in agreeableness, extraversion, openness, and neuroticism between the satisfied group and the dissatisfied group( P<0.05); but in the comparison of responsibility, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). Among the psychosocial factors of 217 cases, female, aged 18-28 years, with a bachelor’s degree or above, a vocational student or employee, urban registered residence, with a medium income, with a history of plastic surgery, following the doctor’s advice, moderate expectation, surgery suggestion with family members account for the majority; the results of univariate analysis show that the satisfied group and the dissatisfied group were compared in terms of age, education level, monthly income, surgical cost, previous plastic surgery history, and expected effect, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); however, there was no statistically significant difference in gender, marital status, occupation, nature of household registration, choice of surgery, surgery recommended by family members, and consultation in multiple hospitals ( P>0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that low agreeableness, low extraversion, high neuroticism, low age, high education level, and high expectation were independent risk factors affecting the surgical satisfaction( P<0.05). Conclusion:Personality characteristics (low agreeableness, low extraversion, high neuroticism) and social psychological factors (low age, high education level, high expectation) are independent risk factors of surgical satisfaction in people undergoing facial cosmetic surgery.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the evidence on the prevention and management of central line associated blood stream infection (CLABSI) in children in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) .Methods:Relevant literature including clinical decision, recommended practice, best practice, guideline, evidence summary, systematic review, meta-analysis, expert consensus, and government document was systematically searched on British Medical Journal (BMJ) Best Practice, UpToDate, Guidelines International Network, National Guideline Clearinghouse, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Intravenous Nurses Society, National Comprehensive Cancer Network, Oncology Nursing Society, Medlive, Cochrane Library, Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center database, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, AiritiLibrary, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, China Biomedical Medline Disc. The search period was from the establishment of the database to March 11, 2023. After evaluating the quality of the included literature, the evidence was summarized and graded.Results:A total of 15 articles were included, including 1 government document, 5 guidelines, 4 evidence summaries, 3 expert consensus, 1 systematic review, and 1 clinical decision. 36 best pieces of evidence were formed from 5 aspects, including risk identification, infection prevention, infection intervention, catheter removal, and management training.Conclusions:The process of summarizing the best evidence for CLABSI prevention and management in children in PICU is objective, scientific, rigorous, and practical, which can provide decision-making basis for medical and nursing staff in practice.

Objective:To analyze the causes of seasickness in the mission participants of the hospital ship Peace Ark during along oceangoing voyage, so as to provide a reference basis for optimizing mission participants drafting and reducing the incidence of seasickness in future.Methods:We recruited 260 volunteers from the mission participants of the hospital ship Peace Ark, and carried out a survey with a self-made questionnaire. The questionnaire includes two parts: Part 1 collected the demographic information, e. g. sex, age, body mass, and smoking history, and Part 2 was for analyzing the factors that might affect the occurrence of seasickness, e. g. the history of participating oceangoing missions, the current onboard job, the location of living cabin, the history of daily physical exercise before the mission, the history of daily physical exercise during the current mission, etc. A total of 251 responses were collected. All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results:Univariate analysis showed that there were significant correlations between seasickness and sex, weight, smoking, the history of participating oceangoing missions, the location of living cabin, and the current onboard job ( P<0.05). The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that the sex of female and the history of participating any oceangoing missions were the risk factors of seasickness ( P<0.05). The analysis of threshold saturation effect showed that from the second stage of the voyage on, the incidence of seasickness decreased by 0.51% after each stage. Conclusion:When drafting participants for oceangoing missions, the basic conditions of participants should be comprehensively evaluated. Those who were easily suffering from seasickness should be allocated to the living cabins as much at the middle or lower part of the ship as possible. The mission participants should pay attention to physical exercise, well-balanced nutritional intake, and the adaptive training of anti-seasickness.

Objective: To investigate the application effect of Power port in contrast-enhanced CT scans. Methods: Totally 220 cancer patients who needed contrast-enhanced CT scans after chemotherapy were selected in Changhai hospital From September 2017 to September 2018, including 110 cases in the observation group and 110 cases in the control group with convenient sampling method.The observation group was injected contrast medium through Power port for CT scans. Contrast medium was injected into the control group by 22G of Peripheral venous access devices (Introcan®). The incidence of contrast medium exosmosis, nursing time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of extravasation of contrast medium in the observation group was 0, lower than that in the control group 9.1% (10/110), the difference was significant(χ²=10.476,P=0.015); the nursing time in the observation group was (2.60 ±0.15) minutes per time, which was lower than that in the control group (5.60 ± 5.29) minutes per time), the difference was significant (t=5.934, P=0.000); the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=-12.695, P=0.000). Conclusions Contrast medium injection through Power port for CT scans can reduce the incidence of contrast medium exosmosis, reduce nursing hours and improve patient satisfaction.

[Abstract]? Objective? To explore the position and responsibilities of stroke emergency specialist nurses. Methods? The interviewing method in qualitative studies was adopted and in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted on four doctors, four nurses, two technicians and six managers. Claizzi's seven-step phenomenological data analysis method was used to encode, assemble, categorize, analyze and refine the content theme. Results? The position of stroke emergency specialist nurses is compound specialist and team coordinator. Its duties include accurate identification of stroke patients, early warning for CT room and rapid preparation before thrombolysis, assisting family members in clinical decision-making, ensuring seamless connection of all steps, handing over with rescue room and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) room and ward, ensuring adequate material supply, establishing and maintaining database and continuing patient return visit. Conclusions? The post setting of stroke emergency specialist nurses laid a foundation for the rapid treatment of stroke patients. Their role was positioned as senior practical nurses, and their post setting faced a series of challenges. Promoting the mature experience of post setting of stroke emergency specialist nursess can train a group of stroke emergency specialist nursess and lead the development of specialized stroke nursing.

[Abstract]? Objective? To construct a theoretical knowledge system for stroke emergency nurses and to provide reference for the establishment of the theoretical knowledge training course for stroke emergency nurses. Methods? Through literature review and referring to relevant guidelines, the preliminary items of theoretical knowledge of stroke emergency nurses were formed. Through Delphi method, 20 experts were inquired for two rounds, and the main points of theoretical knowledge were established. Results? The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert inquiries were 100%, and the positive coefficients of experts were high. The judgment basis, familiarity and authority coefficients of expert consultation were 0.925, 0.844 and 0.885, respectively, all＞ 0.700, and the reliability of consultation results was high. The Kendall Harmony Coefficient of the secondary indicators was 0.462 and 0.293 respectively (P＜0.01). The theoretical knowledge system of stroke emergency nurses included 8 primary indicators, 24 secondary indicators and 45 key points of knowledge. Conclusions? The consultation experts' opinions are concentrated and the results are credible. The establishment of the theoretical knowledge system of the stroke emergency nurses can provide a reference for setting up the theoretical training courses for stroke emergency nurses.
