Lymphoma is a highly heterogeneous malignancy characterized by complex molecular regulatory mechanisms that result in significant differences in aggressiveness and prognosis across its subtypes.Gene copy number alteration(CNA)analysis,an emerging technology, has become a pivotal tool in the precision re-search and management of lymphoma.By detecting DNA deletions, amplifications, and chromosomal copy number changes,CNA analysis addresses the limitations of traditional cytogenetic techniques, enhances the ac-curacy of subtype classification, and aids in evaluating tumor heterogeneity and disease progression. This re-view provides a comprehensive summary of CNA detection methods and their applications in lymphoma, with a focus on recent advancements in the field. It offers a comparative analysis of CNA detection techniques and discusses their role in precision diagnosis, subtype classification, monitoring disease progression, predicting therapeutic resistance, and assessing prognosis.Additionally, the review explores the potential applications of CNA analysis in uncovering molecular regulatory mechanisms, optimizing therapeutic strategies, and impro-ving patient survival outcomes.

OBJECTIVETo explore the feasibility and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil for lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
METHODS50 patients undergoing lower eyelid blepharoplasty ASA I - II were randomly divided into 2 groups (25 in each group) as observation group and control group. Dexmedetomidine (0.3 microg x kg(-1) x h(-1)) and remifentanil (0.05 microg x kg(-1) x min(-1)) were used in observation group. Local anesthesia by lidocaine (1%) combined with midazolam (0.04 mg/kg) intravenous sedation were used in control group. HR, mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), breathing rate (RR), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) change were monitored and recorded before and after the administration of the drug, as well as at the beginning of operation, during the operation, at the end of the operation, and 5 minutes after the operation. Patients sedation degree was evaluated by Ramsay. Operation time, recovery time, the incidence of adverse reactions, the satisfaction of patients and doctors were also recorded.
RESULTSPatients had no obvious difference of intraoperative MAP, RR, SpO2, operation time and postoperative recovery time between the two groups (P > 0.05). Compared with control group, HR during the operation were decreased significantly [(64.2 +/- 8.2) bpm, P < 0.05] in observation group. In control group, there were 18 cases of patients with agitation, but they endured the operation anyway. In observation group, 24 cases of patients underwent operation without agitation. The satisfaction of patients and the operation doctors (96%) in observation group were markedly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONDexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil is practical and safe. The effect of reducing HR should be noticed.

ObjectiveTo assess the effectiveness and safety of target-controlled infusion (TCI) of remifentanil during remedial endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in the elderly patients.Methods390 patients (aged 65 years and over) undergoing ERCP were divided into two groups: remifentanil group (n =175) and lidocaine group (n =215). Remifentanil group were anaesthetized by TCI with remifentanil as method of sensible analgesia, while lidocaine group were anaesthetized by lidocaine as conventional local anesthesia.Arterial blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation (SpO2) were monitored during ERCP.The memory and feeling of pain during operation and side effects after operation were followed up. ResultsThe statistical differences in changes of blood pressure, heart rate and SpO2 were not found between the two groups. There were 165 cases(94.3 %) with satisfactory anaesthetization,10 cases (5.7 % ) with mild and endurable pain and 7 cases(6.7%) with side effects of circulation and respiration during operation, while these symptoms improved after symptomatic treatment in remifentanil group. In lidocaine group, there were 25 cases(8.6 % ) with side effects of circulation and respiration during operation, most of patients were obviously uncomfortable,2 cases (1.8%) were intolerant of operation. Conclusions Targetcontrolled infusion of remifentanil during ERCP in the elderly is safe, effective and worthy of clinical popularization.

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of psychological intervention on visual acuity, quality of life and satisfaction degree of nurse-patient relationship in patients with cataract during perioperative period. Methods120 cases of cataract patients from September 2009 to March 2010 during perioperative period in our hospital were enrolled, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group was given psychological intervention based upon routine nursing. The postoperative visual acuity, the quality of life and the satisfaction degree with nurse-patient relationship were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe postoperative visual acuity, quality of life and satisfaction degree with nurse-patient relationship were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group. ConclusionsThe psychological intervention for cataract patients can improve their visual acuity, quality of life and satisfaction degree with nurse-patient relationship, and it is worthy of wide application.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of midazolam combined with remifentanil for lower eyelid blephamoplasty. Methods In a double-blind study,200 patients undergoing lower eyelid blephamoplasty were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups (100 cases each):test group (midazolam 0.05 mg/kg and remifentanil 0.5 μg/kg followed by remifentanil 0.05 μg/(kg·min) and control group (midazolam 0.05 mg/kg).Heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP),and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2),respiratory rate (RR),SpO2 change, operation time, recovery time, the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfactory rate of both patients and surgeons were monitored and recorded before the medication,3 min after the medication,at beginning of the surgery, during and immediately after the surgery, and 30 min after surgery. Results Two groups of patients had no obvious difference in intraoperative MAP,HR,RR,SpO2 and postoperative recovery time (P>0.05);the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); Patients and surgeons satisfaction in the test group was higher than that in control group (91.3±11.6)vs (52.7±10.4) (P<0.05).Conclusions Midazolam combined with remifentanil for lower eyelid blephamoplasty has less inhibitory effect on circulatory and respiratory functions and the patients come round fast after surgery. But there are risks of respiratory inhibition in the induce phase and nausea and vomiting in the recovery stage.

Objective To study the effects of dexamethasone (DEX), recombinant bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP2), and combined application of rhBMP2 and DEX on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of human dental pulp cells (HDPCs) in vitro. Methods HDPCs were cultured by tissue block method and identified. Effects of DEX, rhBMP2, and combined application of both on ALP activity of HDPCs were determined by a modified enzyme dynamical method. Results DEX could enhance ALP activity, reaching the peak value at the concentration of 0.01 nmol/ml. rhBMP2 could enhance ALP activity in a dose-dependent manner. ALP activity was significantly higher under the condition of combined application of DEX and rhBMP2 than single application of DEX or rhBMP2 only. Conclusion Both DEX and rhBMP2 can enhance ALP activity of HDPCs. However, combined application of DEX and rhBMP2 can greatly enhance ALP activity of HDPCs.
