Objective To construct and validate a risk predictive model for fatigue in soldiers during long voyage based on sleep,mood and constitution.Methods One thousand soldiers during long voyage were selected as research objects by random cluster sampling.The fatigue scale-14(FS-14),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and TCM constitution scale were used to assess the occurrence of fatigue and its influence factors.Logistic stepwise regression analysis was used to screen variables,and the prediction nomogram model was constructed based on the risk factors of fatigue.The area under the receiver operator characteristic curve(AUC),calibration curve,Hosmer-Lemeshow test and decision curve were used for internal validation and predictive efficacy assessment.Results A total of 935 effective scales were collected,with an effective rate of 93.5%.Excluding 306 soldiers who were already fatigued before voyage,the fatigue incidence rate of 629 soldiers after 15 days and 30 days of voyage were 26.39%and 42.13%,respectively.The total score of FS-14 and the scores of physical fatigue and mental fatigue were significantly proportional to the voyage time(P<0.01).Eight variables including Qi-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,Yin-deficiency,Qi-stagnation,Special-constitution,anxiety,depression,and sleep disorder might be the independent risk factors for the occurrence of fatigue 30 days after voyage.A nomogram model was established according to the selected variables,and the AUC of the model was 0.828(95%CI:0.797-0.858).Calibration curve and Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed that the goodness of fit of the model was good(χ2=15.384,P=0.052).Decision curve showed that the model had a positive net benefit when the threshold probability was 10%-95%.Conclusion The predictive model for fatigue in soldiers during long voyage has good predictive accuracy and efficiency.It is an effective assessment tool for screening high-risk cases of fatigue and implementing preventive interventions in soldiers during long voyage.

Objective To explore the effects of 1 800 MHz electromagnetic radiation(EMR)on cognitive function of 3xTg-AD and 57C mice,providing a theoretical basis for the potential impacts of electromagnetic radiation on the human body.Methods A total of 12 3xTg-AD transgenic mice and 12 wild-type C57 mice were selected as research subjects.The one-month-old mice were divided into four groups:RF WT,Control WT,RF AD,and Control AD,with 6 mice in each group.The 1 800 MHz EMR exposure experiments were conducted from 20:00 to 8:00 the next day for a duration of 5 months.After the exposure,a water maze test was conducted to evaluate the effects of EMR on spatial learning and memory abilities of 3xTg AD mice,along with measurements of body weight,brain weight,and calculation of the brain-to-body ratio.Finally,Western Blot technique was used to measure the levels of APP,NR1,and NR2A in hippocampal tissue to analyze effects of 1 800 MHz EMR on the cognitive function of 3xTg AD mice.Results Under 1 800 MHz EMR exposure,there were no statistically significant differences in Morris water maze spatial learning ability among the four groups(P>0.05).However,longer escape time,greater swimming distances,and more crossings of target quadrant were exhibited in the RF AD group compared to the other groups(P<0.05).Western Blot results showed that the APP protein levels in 3xTg AD mice was higher than those in C57 mice(P<0.05).The expression levels of NR1 protein in the WT group was higher than those in the AD group(P<0.05);in the AD group,the RF AD group had higher levels than the Control WT group(P<0.05),and the NR2A protein levels in the Control WT group were higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Prolonged exposure to 1 800 MHz EMR can affect the learning and cognitive function of both 3xTg AD and C57 mice.

Objective To investigate the effect of electromagnetic wave power density on the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the hippocampus of SD rats under 1800 MHz electromagnetic wave irradiation,and whether it exhibits a"window effect".Methods Ninety-eight 4-week-old SPF-grade SD rats were randomly divided into 14 groups,with 7 rats in each group.Seven groups were exposed groups(frequency:1800 MHz,power densities:0.1 mW/cm2,0.3 mW/cm2,0.5 mW/cm2,0.7 mW/cm2,0.9 mW/cm2,1.0 mW/cm2,1.2 mW/cm2)and corresponding 7 groups were control groups(power density:0 mW/cm2).Exposure was conducted for 12 hours daily for 3 weeks.After exposure,Western Blot was used to detect the expression level of GFAP in the hippocampal tissue,and immunohistochemistry staining was performed to determine the average optical density(MOD)value of GFAP-positive expression products in the DG,CA3,and CA1 regions of the hippocampal tissue,to determine the power density window of GFAP expression in the hippocampus of SD rats under 1800 MHz exposure.Results At power densities of 0.1 mW/cm2 and 0.3 mW/cm2,Western Blot results showed increased expression of GFAP in the rat hippocampus(P<0.05),and immunohistochemistry staining demonstrated increased MOD values of GFAP in the three regions(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to 1800 MHz elect-romagnetic radiation has a"window effect"on the expression of GFAP in the DG,CA3,and CA1 regions of the hippocampus in SD rats,with power density windows of 0.1 mW/cm2 and 0.3 mW/cm2.

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with recombinant erythropoietin and L-carnitine on renal function in patients with end-stage renal disease and the regulation of Janus activated kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcriptions(JAK/STAT)pathway.Methods A total of 144 patients with end-stage renal disease who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into Shenqi Dihuang decoction treatment group and conventional treatment group according to random number table method,72 cases in each group.Maintenance hemodialysis was performed in both groups.The conventional treatment group received recombinant erythropoietin and L-carnitine,while the Shenqi Dihuang decoction treatment group had Shenqi Dihuang decoction(prescription composition:30 g each of raw Astragalus,Parasitic loranthus,Eclipta,Polyporus,Poria bark,Raw coix seed,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Pyrrosia,15 g each of Codonopsis pilosula,Dogwood,Herba lycopi,and Common yam rhizome,10 g each of raw Rehmannia glutinosa,Litchi core,Silkworm sand and Curcuma zedoary,6 g Cassia seed),once a day for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,renal function,microinflammatory status and serum JAK/STAT pathway related protein levels were observed after treatment in two groups of patients with different treatment modalities,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The total effective rate of Shenqi Dihuang decoction was higher than that of conventional treatment group[90.28%(64/72)vs.77.78%(55/72),P<0.05].After treatment,the residual renal function(RRF),24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr)and inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were lower than before treatment,the post-treatment RRF of the Shenqi Dihuang decoction treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(mL/min:4.82±1.18 vs.3.96±1.05),while 24 hours urine protein(mg:62.26±12.16 vs.97.71±16.28),BUN(mmol/L:16.25±3.64 vs.20.65±4.13),SCr(μmol/L:242.25±25.62 vs.280.62±26.63),hs-CRP(mg/L:5.86±1.15 vs.7.78±1.32),IL-6(ng/L:3.26±0.64 vs.4.62±1.13)and TNF-α(μg/L:29.23±5.64 vs.32.66±6.13)were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group(all P<0.05).After treatment,JAK and STAT in Shenqi Dihuang decoction group were increased compared with before treatment,phosphorylated JAK(p-JAK)and phosphorylated STAT(p-STAT)were decreased compared with before treatment(both P<0.05),while the serum JAK/STAT pathway related protein levels in conventional treatment group were not significantly changed(all P>0.05).Therefore,JAK and STAT in the Shenqi Dihuang decoction treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group[JAK(μg/L):1.46±0.28 vs.1.26±0.26,STAT(μg/L):1.37±0.25 vs.0.99±0.24,both P<0.05],p-JAK and p-STAT were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group[p-JAK(μg/L):0.45±0.08 vs.0.65±0.13,p-STAT(μg/L):0.66±0.13 vs.0.82±0.28,both P<0.05].There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups[13.88%(10/72)vs.9.72%(7/72),P>0.05].Conclusion Taking Shenqi Dihuang decoction based on recombinant erythropoietin and L-carnitine treatment can effectively inhibit the JAK/STAT signaling pathway,and improve renal function and micro-inflammatory status in patients with end-stage renal disease,thereby improving the therapeutic effect.

Objective To study the effects of different pellet feed hardness on the growth and reproduction,feed utilization rate,and environmental dust in laboratory mice.Methods One hundred of fifty 50 3-week-old SPF-grade C57BL/6JGpt and 150 ICR laboratory mice were randomly divided into three groups,with an equal number of males and females.They were fed diets with different hardness of 18.62 kg,23.15 kg,and 27.89 kg.Body weight,feed utilization rate,and dust levels in cages were recorded and calculated for mice aged 3-10 weeks.Forty-five 6-week-old male mice and ninety 4-week-old female mice from each strain were randomly divided into three groups and fed pellet feeds with three different hardness levels.After 2 weeks of adaptation to the same hardness feed,the mice were paired at a 1:2 male-to-female ratio and monitored for reproductive data for 3 months.Results At the age of 4 weeks,the body weight of male C57BL/6JGpt mice in 23.15 kg group was significantly higher than that in the 18.62 kg and 27.89 kg groups(P＜0.01),and the body weight of females in the 18.62 kg group was significantly higher than that in the 27.89 kg group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight among ICR mice aged 3-10 weeks across different feed hardness groups(P＞0.05).For both strains,feed utilization rate for males was higher than that for females across different feed hardness groups at all weeks of age(P＜0.01).Compared to the 27.89 kg group,both the 18.62 kg and 23.15 kg groups showed a significant increase in the 50-mesh dust levels in cages for both strains aged 4-8 weeks(except for 7-week-old C57BL/6JGpt mice)(P＜0.05).For both C57BL/6JGpt and ICR mice,there was no significant difference in basic reproductive performance such as interval between the first litter and the monthly production index among the three feed hardness groups during the experimental period(P＞0.05).However,the monthly production index of C57BL/6JGpt mice first increased and then decreased with the increase of feed hardness,while that of ICR mice increased with increasing feed hardness,though these differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Different strains and genders had different tolerance to feed hardness.C57BL/6JGpt mice are more adapted to lower hardness feeds,while ICR mice are better suited to slightly higher hardness feeds.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of filter membranes made from different materials in monitoring the health status of rodents in barrier environment facilities by investigating their microbial capture performance.Methods Pasteurella pneumotropica(Pp)and Staphylococcus aureus(Sa)were used as representative strains to simulate the process of microbial capture by filter membranes under laboratory conditions.The microbial capture effectiveness of five self-selected filter membranes(M1,M2,M3,M4,and M5)with adsorption and breathability properties and a commercial filter membrane(T1)were comprehensively evaluated based on captured dust mass,minimum detection limit,and differences in Ct values obtained through fluorescence quantitative PCR detection.The best-performing self-selected filter membrane was placed in the ventilation ducts of cage racks within the barrier facility,with sentinel mice in corresponding cage racks as the control group.Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli were used as indicator bacteria to calculate the positive detection rate and coincidence rate,thereby exploring the feasibility of using microbial capture filter membranes to monitor the health status of experimental animals in barrier facilities.Results In terms of the captured dust mass,the self-selected filter membrane M3(non-woven filter membrane with a diameter of 0.1 μm);showed a capture effectiveness second only to T1,with a capture mass of 0.126 g.For Sa,all filter membranes except M4 had a minimum detection limit of 102 CFU/g.For Pp,the minimum detection limit for all filter membranes was 102 CFU/g.However,the Ct value of the quantitative fluorescence PCR amplification results for M3 was significantly lower than that of other materials,indicating that M3 had the best capture performance among the five self-selected materials.In the filter detection verification experiment,the positive detection rate of Staphylococcus epidermidis in sentinel mouse feces and M3 was 50.00％(6/12)and 58.33％(7/12),respectively,with a coincidence rate of 92％.The positive detection rate of Escherichia coli in both sentinel mouse feces and M3 was 50.00％(6/12),with a coincidence rate of 100％.Conclusion Among the 5 self-selected filter membranes,M3 exhibits the best capturing performance.Within the barrier environment facilities,M3 outperforms sentinel mice in monitoring Staphylococcus epidermidis.Therefore,non-woven filter membrane with a diameter of 0.1 μm;can be used as the material for microbial capture filter membranes,providing valuable insights for the selection and application of microbial capture filter membranes used in PCR monitoring of cage exhaust air dust.

Objective To explore the rules of acupoint selection and manipulation application of Tuina in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with data mining technology.Methods The clinical research literature of Tuina for DPN from October 2022 was selected by searching four Chinese databases that CNKI,WanFang,VIP and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software,analyze and summarize the rules of selecting acupoints and applying manipulations in the treatment of DPN with Tuina.Results A total of 110 articles were included,including 65 acupoints and 33 manipulations.The acupoints with the highest frequency are Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Taixi(KI 3),Yongquan(KI 1),Taichong(LR 3),Yanglingquan(GB 34),etc.The meridians mainly include Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot,Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot,Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot and Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot.Five-shu Points,Lower He-sea Points and Yuan-primary Points are commonly used specific points.The acupoints are mostly distributed in the lower limbs.The categories of Tuina manipulations mainly include squeezing-pressing manipulations,pushing rolling manipulations and composite manipulations.The Tuina manipulations mainly include kneading manipulation,pressing manipulation,point-pressing manipulation,pressing-kneading manipulation and twisting manipulation with both palms.Conclusion The acupoint selection and manipulation application of Tuina in treating DPN have certain rules,and the main treatment principles are to regulate the organs and dredge collaterals,and to replenish qi and promote blood circulation,which can provide objective basis for clinical treatment.

In 2016, a national one million general population cohort project was set up in China for the first time in "Precision Medicine Research" Key Project, National Key Research and Development Program of China, which consists of general population cohorts in seven areas in China. As one of the seven major areas in China, northeastern China has unique climate and specific dietary patterns, and population aging is serious in this area. And the burden of chronic and non-communicable diseases ranks tops in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a large general population cohort in northeastern China to explore the area specific exposure factors related to pathogenesis and prognosis of chronic and non-communicable diseases, develop new prevention strategies to reduce the burden of the diseases and improve the population health in northeastern China. In July 2018, the general population cohort study in northeastern China was launched, the study includes questionnaire survey, health examination and blood, urine and stool sample collection and detection in recruited participants. By now, the cohort has covered all age groups, and the baseline data of 115 414 persons have been collected. This paper summarizes the design and practice of the general population cohort study in northeastern China to provide reference for related research in China.

【Objective】 To investigate the diagnostic value of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2) specific antibodies IgM and IgG on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). 【Methods】 1) The test results of SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies and nucleic acid(NAT), which were tested by colloidal gold test and fluorescent quantitative PCR respectively, were collected from 145 febrile outpatients during early March, 2020, named Fever group, in which retrospective analysis and paired chi-square test were performed. 2) 612 cases of SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies test results, which were done on March 5, 2020, were collected. They were named COVID-19 group (Our hospital was provisionally assigned as a specialized hospital for COVID-19, and 1500 COVID-19 patients admitted to our hospital from February 12, 2020 to March 18, 2020). The SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies and NAT were respectively tested on the 30th and the 60th day after the date of discharge. The clinical application values of the antibodies was clarified by statistical analysis. 【Results】 1) In the fever group, the positive rate of SARS-CoV-2 IgM, IgG and IgM+ IgG antibodies were 26.21% (38/145), 54.48% (79/145) and 26.21% (38/145), respectively(P<0.01), and the positive rate of NAT was 4.14% (6/145), which was lower than that of antibody (P<0.01). One (1/145, 0.69%) positive NAT was implicated in initially negative IgM and IgG antibodies samples. 2) In the COVID-19 group, the positive rate of IgM antibody was low (5%) and IgG antibody was high (65%) during 2~14 days after infection, and stably increased during the 15~56 days [IgM 47.68%(277/581) vs IgG 94.15% (547/581) ], then both decreased after 57 days. The positive rates of IgM antibody and IgG antibody were 45.8% (280/612) and 93.1% (570/612) in 612 patients during hospitalization. 15 patients′ data after dischange were not collected as they were later transferred to Huoshenshan Hospital for treatment. The coronavirus NAT results of the rest 597 COVID-19 patients, tested on the 30th and 60th days after the date of discharge, were negative, and the positive rates of IgG antibody and IgM antibody were still ≥80% and ≥40% respectively at the second month after discharge. 【Conclusion】 IgM, IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 can be well detected by Colloidal gold method(Innovita), whose positive rate is higher than that of NAT. IgG antibody is produced earlier than IgM, and it keeps high positive rate and persists for a long time. The combination of colloidal gold antibody test and NAT can improve the diagnose rate of COVID-19 and the exclusion of suspected cases.

Objective:Totranslate and revise the User Version of Mobile Application Rating Scale (uMARS) , and to explore its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the Brislin translation model, uMARS was translated and translated back along with two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation to form the initial scale. We selected the blood management application (APP) launchedfromJanuary 2015 to May 2019 by convenience sampling as the research object. The research team downloaded 1 086 APPs using the search terms "blood pressure" and "blood pressure management" on the mobile application download end of the Android system and the Apple Store of the Apple system. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 80 blood pressure management APPs were finally included for investigation, and two researchers with unified training graded, and the average score was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:A total of three exploratory factors of the Chinese version of uMARS were extracted throughexploratory factor analysis, namely three dimensions of the information, function and user participation, 14 items, and the cumulative explanatory variability was 61.695%. The average content validity index of the scale was 0.969, and the content validity index of each item ranged from 0.78 to 1.00. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.890, and Cronbach's α coefficients of the three dimensions were 0.895, 0.871 and 0.853, respectively. The retest reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.967.Conclusions:The Chinese version of uMARS has good reliability and validity which is suitable for the evaluation of the quality of mobile medical APP in the context of Chinese culture.
