Cardiac toxicity of anthracycline greatly limit its clinical use,to explore the rule of anthracycline cardiotoxicity and prevention and control strategies of Chinese and western medicine, this paper through the literature search mechanism and drugs is summarized, the mechanism can be divided into oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction, myocardial cell autophagy and DNA damage four categories, the prevention and treatment of western medicine to dc prosamine,ACEI,ARB is given priority to,Chinese medicine can be divided into single medicine,by prescription and proprietary Chinese medicine. On this basis, the combination drug is discussed to prevent cardiotoxicity, and the theoretical basis and research status of the combined application of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese and western medicine are introduced. The results show that it has good feasibility and safety, and can provide reference for the clinical treatment strategy of anthracycline chemotherapy drugs.

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of Keshan disease current cases in Qingyang City, Gansu Province. Methods:Full coverage monitoring data of all Keshan disease affected villages in Qingyang City from January to December 2022 were collected from the database of the Qingyang City Center for Disease Prevention and Control. A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the epidemiological distribution and clinical manifestations (including electrocardiography, classification of cardiac function, chest X-ray, B-mode ultrasound of the heart, etc) of 132 current cases of Keshan disease. Results:Among the 132 current cases of Keshan disease, there were 5 cases of latent type and 127 cases of chronic type, and 25 new cases were identified in 2022; with a male-to-female ratio of 1.03 ∶ 1.00 (67 ∶ 65), a median age of 62 years (interquartile range of 12). The area with the highest number of current cases was Heshui County, with a Keshan disease incidence rate of 3.37/10 000; the lower areas were Xifeng District and Zhenyuan County, with a Keshan disease incidence rate of 0.08/10 000 and 0.03/10 000, respectively. The abnormal electrocardiogram of the current cases was mainly characterized by T-wave and/or ST-segment changes, with a total of 78 cases, accounting for 59.09% of the total cases. Heart function impairment (grade Ⅱ and above) was found in 124 cases, accounting for 93.94%. The results of B-mode ultrasound and chest X-ray examination showed that there were 107 cases of heart enlargement, accounting for 81.06% of the total cases. Conclusions:The Keshan disease current cases in Qingyang City are predominantly chronic in elderly, with a balanced gender distribution but regional distribution differences. Abnormal electrocardiogram is common in patients, and their cardiac function is often impaired. Given the persistent presence of pathogenic factors, continued monitoring is necessary to achieve early intervention and improve prognosis.

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and s afety of parecoxib sodium for gynecological surgery postoperative analgesia ,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical drug use. METHODS Retrieved from PubMed , Embase, the Cochrane Library ,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data and SinoMed during the inception to Feb. 16th,2021,randomized controlled trials (RCT) about parecoxib sodium (trial group ) versus 0.9% sodium chloride injection (control group ) for gynecological surgery and postoperative analgesia were collected. After screening literatures ,extracting data and evaluating the quality of literatures with modified Jadad scale ,Meta-analysis,sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis were performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS A total of 14 RCT were included ,involving 1 120 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that visual analogue scale (VAS)score at 4 h after operation [MD =-1.65,95%CI(-2.48,-0.82),P=0.000 1],VAS score at 6 h after operation [MD =-1.03,95%CI(-1.60,-0.45),P=0.000 5],VAS score at 12 h after operation [MD =-0.98, 95%CI(-1.38, -0.59),P<0.000 01],the proportion of postoperative analgesia requirements [OR =0.14,95%CI(0.04, 0.50),P=0.003] and the dosage of morphine [MD = -17.75, com 95%CI(-20.93,-14.56),P<0.000 01] in trial group were significantly lower than control group. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of nausea between 2 groups [OR= 0.68,95%CI(0.43,1.08),P=0.10]. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the above results were basically stable. The results of publication bias analysis showed that there was little possibility of publication bias in this study. CONCLUSIONS Parecoxib sodium is effective and safe for gynecological surgery and posto perative analgesia.

Objective To search for lymph node metastasis-associated proteins in human lung squamous carcinoma (hLSC).Methods Laser capture microdissection (LCM) was used to purify the target cells from lung primary tumor and matched lymph node metastatic tumor in hLSC. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) was performed to separate the total proteins of microdissected tumor cells from lung primary tumor and matched lymph node metastatic tumor. PDQuest software was applied to analyze 2-DE images. Differential protein spots between the two types of tissues were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The expression of Rho-GDIα, one of the differential proteins, in the microdissected lung primary tumor cells (LPTC) and matched lymph node metastatic tumor cells (LNMTC) was detected by Western blot. Results In the present study, 2-DE patterns of microdissected LPTC and LNMTC were established, and 22 differential proteins in the above two tissues were identified, of which 14 were down-regulated in LNMTC and 8 were up-regulated in LNMTC.Conclusion The 22 differential proteins may play some roles in the process of lymph node metastasis in hLSC, and the data provide new clues for metastasis-associated biomarker screen and mechanism of hLSC.
