Objective To develop a postoperative precision nursing program for children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),so as to provide references for the improvement of nursing quality for children with OSAHS.Methods Literature in precision nursing for children with OSAHS was systematically reviewed and summarised based on precision nursing theory and a postoperative precision nursing program was drafted.Using the Delphi's Method,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted and the postoperative precision nursing program for children with OSAHS was revised and finalised.Results The response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100.00%with the expert authority coefficient of 0.875.The Kendall coefficient of concordance(W)of levels 1,2 and 3 indices in the second round of expert consultation were 0.289,0.203,0.187,respectively(all P<0.01).The importance score of each inclicator ranged from 4.50～4.94.The coefficient of variations for the three-level indices ranged from 0.05 to 0.21.The finalised program composed 8 level-1 indices(postoperative position assessment,intervention,prevention and care of bleeding,maintaining postoperative airway patency,postoperative nausea and vomiting care,postoperative pain assessment and care,dietary care,complication prevention and care,discharge guidance),16 level-2 indices,and 22 level-3 indices.Conclusion The postoperative precision nursing program for the children with OSAHS is scientific,innovative and applicable.It provides clinical references for nursing of the children with OSAHS.

Objective:To explore the correlation between serum hepcidin antimicrobial peptide (HAMP), secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1), and regulator of G protein signaling 2 (RGS2) levels and the clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients, and their predictive value for postoperative recurrence or metastasis.Methods:A total of 92 gastric cancer patients treated at Handan First Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the gastric cancer group, and 92 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of HAMP, SPP1 and RGS2 were compared between the two groups. According to the mean levels of HAMP, SPP1, and RGS2 in the serum of gastric cancer patients, they were divided into HAMP high level group and HAMP low level group, SPP1 high level group and SPP1 low level group, RGS2 high level group and RGS2 low level group. The clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients with different levels of HAMP, SPP1 and RGS2 were compared respectively. After a median follow-up of 18 months, gastric cancer patients were divided into a non-recurrence or metastasis group ( n=59) and a recurrence and metastasis group ( n=33) based on whether the tumor recurred or metastasized. The serum levels of HAMP, SPP1, and RGS2 were compared between the two groups of patients. The predictive value of HAMP, SPP1 and RGS2 for postoperative recurrence or metastasis in patients with gastric cancer was analyzed by using the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. Results:Compared with the control group, the gastric cancer group had higher levels of serum HAMP [ (52.28±5.44) ng/ml vs. (31.22±4.18) ng/ml] and SPP1 [ (55.96±6.43) ng/ml vs. (36.99±5.25) ng/ml] ( t=29.44, P<0.001; t=21.92, P<0.001), and lower level of RGS2 [ (3.72±0.66) mg/L vs. (5.11±0.87) mg/L) ] ( t=12.21, P<0.001). There were statistically significant differences in maximum tumor diameter ( χ2=13.07, P<0.001; χ2=6.71, P=0.010; χ2=10.56, P=0.001), TNM staging ( χ2=7.42, P=0.006; χ2=6.36, P=0.012; χ2=5.39, P=0.020), lymph node metastasis ( χ2=23.41, P<0.001; χ2=6.52, P=0.011; χ2=13.11, P<0.001), and differentiation degree ( χ2=9.01, P=0.003; χ2=7.97, P=0.005; χ2=15.29, P<0.001) between the gastric cancer patients in the HAMP high level group ( n=44) and the HAMP low level group ( n=48), the SPP1 high level group ( n=43) and the SPP1 low level group ( n=49), and the RGS2 high level group ( n=50) and the RGS2 low level group ( n=42). Compared with the non-recurrence or metastatic group, the recurrence and metastatic group had higher levels of serum HAMP [ (59.26±5.66) ng/ml vs. (48.37±4.28) ng/ml] and SPP1 [ (62.85±6.36) ng/ml vs. (52.11±5.38) ng/ml] level ( t=10.40, P<0.001; t=8.60, P<0.001), and lower level of RGS2 [ (3.01±0.48) mg/L vs. (4.12±0.69) mg/L] ( t=8.19, P<0.001). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) values of serum HAMP, SPP1, and RGS2 levels alone for predicting postoperative recurrence or metastasis in gastric cancer patients were 0.777, 0.813, and 0.778, respectively. The AUC value of the combination of the three indicators for predicting postoperative recurrence or metastasis in gastric cancer patients was 0.871. The predictive efficacy of the combination of the three indicators for predicting postoperative recurrence or metastasis in gastric cancer patients was better than that alone ( Z=2.51, P=0.035; Z=2.61, P=0.032; Z=2.71, P=0.029) . Conclusions:The levels of HAMP and SPP1 in the serum of gastric cancer patients increase, while the level of RGS2 decreases, and the levels of the three are related to the maximum tumor diameter, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree, and their combined detection has higher predictive value for postoperative recurrence or metastasis in gastric cancer patients.

The CAPD patients with dialysis duration >6 months between January and December 2022 were retrospectively enrolled. The baseline clinical data, heart rate variability (HRV) data such as standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals (SDNN), root mean square of successive differences between adjacent normal-to-normal intervals (RMSSD), high frequency (HF), very low frequency (VLF), low frequency (LF), LF/HF, acceleration capacity (AC) and deceleration capacity (DC), and skin sympathetic nerve activity (SKNA) were collected. TAC was defined as TAC score (TACS) >100 AU. The patients were divided into TACS >100 AU group and TACS≤100 AU group based on whether the thoracic aorta was calcified. The differences of those data between the two groups were compared. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of TAC. Spearman correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between peripheral blood neuropeptide Y, ANS parameters, average amplitude SKNA (aSKNA) and TACS.　Cox regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of all-cause mortality in patients with CAPD.Results:The study included 106 CAPD patients with 50 males (47.2%), age of (46.04±11.10) years and dialysis duration of (41.55±30.52) months. TACS>100 AU group exhibited significantly lower heart rate ( t=2.015, P=0.046), DC ( t=2.131, P=0.035), LF/HF ( Z=3.332, P<0.001) and ln(LF/HF) ( t=3.326, P=0.001), and higher AC ( t=-2.392, P=0.019) than TACS≤100 AU group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that after adjusting for age and eosinophil count, lnVLF ( OR=0.66, 95% CI 0.45-0.98, P=0.038), lnLF ( OR=0.69, 95% CI 0.49-0.97, P=0.032), DC ( OR=0.79, 95% CI 0.64-0.99, P=0.039) and AC ( OR=1.32, 95% CI 1.04-1.68, P=0.021) were independently correlated with the risk of TAC. Spearman correlation analysis showed that neuropeptide Y level in peripheral blood was correlated with aSKNA ( r=0.23, P=0.017), lnSDNN ( r=-0.20, P=0.036) and TACS ( r=0.19, P=0.048). During the follow-up period of (25.8±4.2) months, 5 patients (4.72%) died, including 1 patient in the TACS≤100 AU group and 4 patients in the TACS>100 AU group. Compared with the survival group, the death group had higher TACS ( Z=-2.262, P=0.024) and lower LF/HF ( Z=-2.750, P=0.006). Cox regression analysis results showed that increased ln(LF/HF) was an independent influencing factor for all-cause mortality in CAPD patients ( HR=0.22, 95% CI 0.05-0.83, P=0.026). Conclusions:HRV parameters (lnVLF, lnLF, AC and DC) of CAPD patients are independently associated with TAC. The dysfunction of ANS in CAPD patients (especially the decreased vagus nerve activity) may promote TAC.

OBJECTIVE To stimulate the debridement and dressing process under the approximately real clinical scene by fluorescence labeling and understand the contamination status of the operators' bodies and their surround-ings so as to improve the strategies.METHODS A total of 41 trainees were recruited from Enterostomal Therapist Nursing Education Program of Peking University School of Medicine and International School of Wound Thera-pists of Peking University First Hospital in 2023.The examination was designed by stimulating the debridement and dressing operations with fluorescence labeling,the orange was used to simulate the wound of the patients,and the pad towel was placed under the orange to represent the contaminated surroundings of the wound.A round le-sion area with diameter of 2 cm was uniformly marked on the surface of the orange peel by the operators,the trai-nees were asked to remove the lesion tissues and take dressings.The fluorescent powders were smeared evenly on the orange and pad towel before the examination,and no fluorescence labeling for the surroundings was guaranteed.The trainees were required to wear hats,masks,isolation gowns and gloves during the operations,and take off the gloves and trace the scope of fluorescent contamination with ultraviolet radiator after the examina-tion.RESULTS The contamination rate was 92.68％for the trainees' bodies,100.00％for their surroundings.The hands and forearms were the most severe contaminated body sites,and the contamination rates were 85.37％(35/41)and 34.15％(14/41),respectively.The downside of the pad towel was the most frequently contaminated area of the surroundings,with the proportion of 90.24％(37/41);the right side of the pad towel was the area with the contamination disseminated farthest,with the median distance of dissemination 13.50 cm.In addition,the dressing change carts of 75.61％(31/41)of the trainees were contaminated.CONCLUSIONS The operations of de-bridement and dressing change may lead to varying degrees of contamination of their bodies and surroundings.It is necessary to strengthen the hand hygiene and protective isolation during the process of dressing change and pay attention to the disinfection of the dressing change carts so as to minimize the risk of hospital-associated infec-tions.

By measuring how patients with skeletal muscle injuries move and assisting healthcare professionals in instructing patients to perform specific movements in a gamified manner, serious games can effectively increase exercise adherence and positively improve clinical outcomes for patients, ultimately resulting in reduced health education costs and accessible rehabilitation programs. This paper describes the conceptual framework for the creation of serious games and their content characteristics, reviews the training methods and effects of serious games in the motor function rehabilitation among patients with skeletal muscle injuries, and puts forward the future prospects for the application of serious games in motor function rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavioral status of foot care among patients with type 2 diabetes in Xinjiekou Community in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 278 diabetes patients from Xinjiekou Community in Beijing for questionnaire surveys, which included general information, foot care knowledge, and behaviors of the patients. Results The average score of foot care knowledge among the 278 patients was (71.65±14.59), indicating a moderate level overall. The average score of foot care behavior was (48.83±8.83), indicating a poor level overall. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that gender, duration of diabetes, and whether the patients had received foot care education or not were independent influencing factors for both the foot care knowledge score and the foot care behavior score among community diabetes patients (P < 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that a positive correlation between foot care knowledge and foot care behavior among community diabetes patients was observed(r=0.593, P < 0.001). Conclusion The level of foocare knowledge among diabetes patients in this community in Beijing is moderate, while the status of foot care behaviors is not optimistic. Community healthcare professionals should strengthen health education on foot care, improve patients' knowledge of foot care and compliance with foot care behaviors, and pay attention to male patients and those with a shorter duration of diabetes to reduce the occurrence of diabetic foot.
