Objective Studies on the expression and location of zinc finger protein A20 (A20) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in liver tissues of patients with chronic hepatitis B were conducted, and the relationship between them and liver fibrosis was determined by FibroScan. Methods Studies on A20 and CTGF in liver tissues of 160 patients with chronic hepatitis B were conducted in accordance with the stage of pathological fibrosis and inflammation of the liver, and quantitative immunohistochemistry test was conducted, and statistical analysis was conducted by FibroScan. Results The expressions of A20 and CTGF in liver tissues increased with the aggravation of liver pathological fibrosis and inflammation, and there were significant differences between each stage and the control group (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between adjacent groups (P<0.05). Studies have shown that FibroScan increases along with pathological fibrosis and inflammation in the liver. There are significant differences between the stage and the control group (P<0.05), and no significant differences between the adjacent groups (P>0.05). There was positive correlation between liver A20 and CTGF, r=0.796 (P<0.05). Conclusions In patients with chronic hepatitis B, A20, CTGF and FibroScan are positively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis, and A20 and CTGF are also positively correlated with the degree of liver inflammation, which can be used as indicators to evaluate the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis, and further guide the anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis treatment of patients.

Neural tube defects are a common neurodevelopmental disease,which can be divided into open and closed types.The main symptoms are anencephaly,encephalocele and cranial spina bifida.The relationship between Wnt signaling and neurogenesis has been a popular area in recent years.The Wnt signaling pathway includes Wnt/β-catenin,planar polar cell pathway and Wnt/Ca2+pathway,which plays an important role in neural tube development.This article reviews the current state of research on the Wnt signaling pathway and elucidates the role it plays in the process of neural tube closure,providing insights for the development of drugs related to the prevention and treatment of neural tube defects.

Objective To investigate the expressions of the β-catenin/transcription factor 4(TCF4)signaling pathway-related proteins in colon cancer tissues and their relationship with postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with colon cancer admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent surgical resection of the colon.Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression levels of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 mRNA in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of patients,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression levels of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4.The Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer.Results The relative mRNA expression levels and protein expression positive rates of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues of colon cancer patients(P＜0.05).The expression positive rates of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 protein were correlated with the degree of tumor invasion,tumor stage and lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05),but not correlated with age,sex,tumor size and differentiation degree(P＞0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,and positive protein expressions of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 were risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer(P＜0.05).Conclusion The mRNA expression levels and protein expression positive rates of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 are higher in colon cancer tissues.The protein expression positive rates of Wnt-1,β-catenin and TCF4 are significantly correlated with the degree of tumor invasion,tumor stage and lymph node metastasis,and are risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer.

Objective:To construct the whole-process intelligent management system for preventing PICC-related bloodstream infections and explore its effect in preventing PICC-related bloodstream infections.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022, patients with PICC admitted to Wenzhou People' s Hospital were selected as the research subject, the patients from January to December 2021 were divided into the control groups, the patients from January to December 2022 were divided into the observation group. The whole-process intelligent management system for preventing PICC-related bloodstream infections was constructed and applied with artificial intelligence, this study compared the incidence of PICC-related bloodstream infections and the implementation rate of PICC whole-process bundled management projects before and after system application.Results:The incidence of PICC-related bloodstream infections in the control group was 0.55‰ (14/25 674), while the incidence in the observation group was 0.20‰ (5/25 226), with a statistically significant difference (χ 2=4.110, P<0.05). The implementation rates of PICC whole-process bundled management projects in the control group and observation group were 74.04% (2 319/3 132) and 92.11% (2 885/3 132), respectively, with a statistically significant difference (χ 2=363.782, P<0.01) . Conclusions:The whole-process intelligent management system for preventing PICC-related bloodstream infections constructed optimizes the prevention and treatment process of PICC-related bloodstream infections, effectively ensures the implementation of nursing interventions and monitoring measures, and reduces the incidence of PICC-related bloodstream infections.

Objective:To construct a multi-sequence MRI radiomics combined with KRAS mutation nomogram model to predict the efficacy of pathological complete response (pCR) in patients with rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.Methods:This study was a case-control study. A total of 126 patients with rectal cancer who were treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively collected. The pathological response of the postoperative specimens was graded, with 64 cases of pCR and 62 cases of non-pCR. KRAS gene detection was performed on the pathological tissues before neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. Among the patients, 34 cases had KRAS mutants and 92 cases had KRAS wild-types. The 126 patients were randomly divided into a training set and a validation set at a ratio of 8∶2 by the random number method, with 101 and 25 cases, respectively. The difference in KRAS mutation status between the pCR group and the non-pCR group was compared by the χ2 test. The radiomic features were extracted from the baseline T 2WI, diffusion-weighted imaging, and apparent diffusion coefficient images of the patients. The optimal radiomic features were screened out to establish the radiomics model. The radiomics-KRAS joint model was constructed by logistic regression, and a nomogram was drawn. The application efficiency of the model was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve and calibration curve. Results:There was a statistically significant difference in KRAS mutation between the pCR group and the non-pCR group in the training set ( χ2=4.69, P=0.032). Ten radiomics features were screened out in MRI images to establish the radiomics model. In the training set and validation set, the areas under the curve (AUC) of KRAS mutation, radiomics model and radiomics-KRAS nomogram model for evaluating pCR after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy were 0.665 (95% CI 0.592-0.757), 0.746 (95% CI 0.651-0.895) and 0.818 (95% CI 0.742-0.934), respectively, and the AUCs of the validation set were 0.613 (95% CI 0.582-0.755), 0.738 (95% CI 0.627-0.839) and 0.833 (95% CI 0.768-0.961), respectively. The results of DeLong test showed that the AUC of radiomics-KRAS nomogram model was higher than that of KRAS mutation and radiomics model, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z=0.58, 0.63, P=0.024, 0.022 in the training set; Z=0.54, 0.61, P=0.018, 0.035 in the validation set). The calibration curve showed that the predicted probability of the radiomics-KRAS nomogram model was consistent with the actual probability. Conclusions:The multi-sequence MRI radiomics combined with the KRAS mutation nomogram model has the best efficacy in predicting pCR in patients with rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, and has good practical application value.

Objective:Exploring the effect of recovery-oriented family psychoeducation on the level of social support and family resilience of patients with schizophrenia in remission stage, providing theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Using a randomized controlled trial method and convenience sampling method, 60 patients with schizophrenia in remission who visited the outpatient department of the Affiliated Mental Health Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group according to their residence places. The control group was given routine health education; the experimental group was given the rehabilitation oriented family psychoeducation, before intervention and 3 months after intervention, Social Support Rating Scale and Family Resilience Questionnaire were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in the control group, including 13 males and 17 females, aged (27.0 ± 6.5)years.In the experimental group, there were 14 males and 16 females, aged (28.0 ± 5.6) years. After intervention, the scores of subjective support, objective support and social support utilization in Social Support Rating Scale of the experimental group were 14.33 ± 3.36, 8.43 ± 1.63 and 9.60 ± 2.49, respectively, the control group were 16.20 ± 3.83, 10.00 ± 2.59 and 8.33 ± 2.28, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.00, 2.80, -2.05, all P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of Family Resilience Questionnaire and the scores of perseverance, support and harmony were 78.77 ± 9.61, 24.90 ± 3.07, 15.10 ± 2.23 and 23.63 ± 3.04, respectively. Higher than the control group 72.67 ± 15.96, 23.43 ± 4.92, 14.03 ± 3.60, 21.13 ± 5.13, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were -2.29--1.37, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Recovery-oriented family psychoeducation can improve the level of social support and family resilience of schizophrenia patients in remission.

The killing effect of radiation therapy on healthy cells has led to the creation of targeted radionuclide therapy,which effectively reduces the damage to surrounding normal cells.At present,alpha(α)and beta(β)radionuclides are the research hotspots of targeted therapy.Numerous preclinical and clinical studies have shown that radiation therapy not only has local anti-tumor effects,but also exerts systemic anti-tumor effects by triggering the body's immune response.This paper describes in detail the characteristics and clinical applications of commonly used radionuclides,and discusses the mechanism of radiation-triggered body immune response as well as the related research on the combined use of radiation therapy,targeted radionuclide therapy and immunotherapy.

Objective To investigate the influence of limonin on the malignant biological behavior of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells by regulating the protein tyrosine kinase 2 (JAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling pathway. Methods CCK-8 method was applied to detect the survival rate of A549 cells treated with different concentrations of limonin (0, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 μmol/L). A549 cells were separated into normal culture (NC) group, low-dose limonin group (treatment with 10 μmol/L limonin for 24 h), medium-dose limonin group (treatment with 25 μmol/L limonin for 24 h), high-dose limonin group (treatment with 50 μmol/L limonin for 24 h), coumermycin A1 group (treatment with 10 μmol/L JAK2 activator coumermycin A1+50 μmol/L limonin for 24 h), and AG490 group (treatment with 10 μmol/L JAK2 inhibitor AG490+50 μmol/L limonin for 24 h). Clone formation assay was applied to detect the clones of each group of cells. Transwell assay was applied to detect cell migration and invasion, and flow cytometry was applied to detect apoptosis. Western blot analysis was applied to detect the protein expression levels of JAK2, p-JAK2, STAT3, p-STAT3, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin in each group. Results The viability of A549 cells decreased significantly in a limonin concentration-dependent manner (P < 0.05), with IC₅₀ of 45.16±1.66 μmol/L. Concentrations of 10, 25, and 50 μmol/L were selected for subsequent experiments. The numbers of clones, migration, and invasion of A549 cells and the protein expression levels of IL-6, p-JAK2, p-STAT3, N-cadherin, and vimentin in the low-, medium-, and high-dose limonin groups significantly decreased, compared with those in the NC group, and the apoptosis rate and E-cadherin protein expression significantly increased (P < 0.05). The JAK2 activator coumermycin A1 attenuated the ability of limonin to inhibit the proliferation, migration, invasion, and other malignant biological behavior of A549 cells and attenuated the apoptosis ability. The JAK2 inhibitor AG490 enhanced the ability of limonin to inhibit the proliferation, migration, invasion, and other malignant biological behavior of A549 cells and enhanced the apoptosis ability. Conclusion Limonin can inhibit the malignant biological behavior of NSCLC cells, such as proliferation, migration, and invasion, by inhibiting the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

【Objective】 To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of primary nocturnal enuresis (PNE) in adolescents, and to explore its psychological effects. 【Methods】 During Sep.2020 and Dec.2020, an epidemiological survey was conducted among 6 408 junior and senior high school students in a region of Henan Province by stratified and cluster random sampling. The survey included general information questionnaire, urinary frequency, urgency, incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infection (RUTI), Enuresis Questionnaire, Self-esteem Scale (SES) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). 【Results】 A total of 7, 000 questionnaires were distributed and 6 408 (91.54%) were valid. The survey showed that the total prevalence of PNE among adolescents was 2.98%. The prevalence was 4.67% in those aged 12 years and 1.37% in those aged 18 years. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that male (OR=1.677, P<0.05), overweight (OR=1.842, P<0.05), urgency (OR=1.676, P<0.05), frequency (OR=1.919, P<0.05), incontinence (OR=3.493, P<0.001), RUTI (OR=2.535, P<0.001) and family history (OR=3.005, P<0.001) were related to the risk of PNE. The SES score of PNE patients was lower than that of non-PNE group (z=-3.097, P<0.05), and the PSQI was higher (z=-5.456, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The prevalence of PNE is high in adolescents and decreases gradually with age. Male, overweight, frequency, urgency, incontinence, RUTI and family history are risk factors. PNE has a negative impact on self-esteem and sleep quality in adolescents.
