Lingguizhugan Decoction (LGZG) demonstrates significant efficacy in treating various cardiovascular diseases clinically, yet its precise mechanism of action remains elusive. This study aimed to elucidate the potential mechanisms and effects of LGZG on isoproterenol (ISO) continuous stimulation-induced chronic heart failure (CHF) in mice, providing direct experimental evidence for further clinical applications. In vivo, continuous ISO infusion was administered to mice, and ventricular myocytes were utilized to explore LGZG?s potential mechanism of action on the ?1-adrenergic receptor (?1-AR)/Gs/G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRKs)/?-arrestin signaling deflection system in the heart. The findings reveal that LGZG significantly reduced the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression of hypertrophy-related biomarkers [atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP)] and improved cardiac remodeling and left ventricular diastolic function in mice with ISO-induced CHF. Furthermore, LGZG inhibited the overactivation of Gs/cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)/protein kinase A (PKA) signaling and downregulated the downstream transcriptional activity of cAMP-response element binding protein (CREB) and the expression of the coactivator CBP/P300. Notably, LGZG downregulated the expression of ?-arrestin1 and GRK 2/3/5 while upregulating the expression of ?1-AR and ?-arrestin2. These results suggest that LGZG inhibits Gs/cAMP/PKA signaling and ?-arrestin/GRK-mediated desensitization and internalization of ?1-AR, potentially exerting cardioprotective effects through the synergistic regulation of the ?1-AR/Gs/GRKs/?-arrestin signaling deflection system via multiple pathways.

Objective:To explore the effect of midwife-led specialist outpatient weight management on the delivery outcomes of pregnant women with scarred uterus. Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 120 pregnant women with singleton scarred uterus in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University as the research object. Pregnant women were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine antenatal outpatient examination and guidance, while the observation group received midwife-led specialist outpatient weight management on the basis of the control group. The vaginal delivery rate, cesarean section rate, 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage, anxiety and newborn birth weight were compared between the two groups. Results:The vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the cesarean section rate, 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage, anxiety and newborn birth weight were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Midwife-led specialist outpatient weight management can effectively control the weight gain of pregnant women with scarred uterus during pregnancy, improve delivery outcomes, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and maternal anxiety, and help control the birth weight of newborns within the ideal range, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To investigate the influence of clinical pathway‐controlled fast‐track rehabilitation on the early recovery of knee function after total knee arthroplasty(TKA) .Methods:From Jan 1 ,2014 to Aug 30 ,2014 ,40 patients received clinical pathway‐controlled fast‐track rehabilitation after TKA .From Jan 1 ,2013 to Dec 30 ,2013 ,42 patients received traditional reha‐bilitations after TKA .The Knee Society Score(KSS) and the range of motion(ROM ) were employed to evaluate the knee func‐tion before TKA and at 2 weeks and 3 months after TKA .Results:There was no significant difference in the KSS score and ROM before TKA .At 2 weeks and 3 months after TKA ,KSS score of function and ROM in patients with the fast‐track path‐way were higher than those in patients with the traditional pathway(P<0 .05) .But there was no significant difference in the KSS score of pain .Conclusions:Clinical pathway‐controlled fast‐track rehabilitation after TKA can improve the recovery of the early‐stage knee function .

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of three-dimensional ultrasonic inspection in prenatal diagnosis. Methods 90 cases of fetal formations were Tetrospecthely analysed, which were diagnosed by two-dimensionul associtated with three-dimensional ultrasonic inspection. We compared the ultrasonic inspection with the clinical diagnosis. Results The all coincidence rate was 100%by combining the two measures,three-dimensional ultrasonic inspection can make up the defect of two-dimemional ultrasonic inspection. Conclusion Two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasonic inspection can accurately diagnose fetal formations, and increase the detection rate.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the further study of myrrha.METHODS:The chemical components of myrrha extractives exteracted by super-borderline CO 2 extraction method, soxhlet extraction method, supersound extraction method and water vapor distillation method were analyzed comparatively by GC-MS.RESULTS:The components of extrac?tives extracted by different ways were very different, with more chemical compositions and more varieties in the super-bor?derline CO 2 extractives-there were great amount of resin besides volatile oil;high temperature and organic solvents residual could be avoided in the extracting process by super-borderline CO 2 extraction method.CONCLUSION:Super-borderline CO 2 extraction method was initially assessed to be a suitable extraction method of myrrha.
