Objective To observe the value of T2 mapping for quantitatively evaluating the changes of junctional zone and outer myometrium caused by endometrial fibrosis.Methods A total of 73 infertility patients with endometrial fibrosis confirmed by hysteroscopy(disease group)and 33 healthy women of childbearing age(control group)were prospectively enrolled,and MR examinations were performed at the late proliferative phase of endometrium.The thickness and T2 value of junctional zone,T2 value of outer myometrium on anterior,posterior and fundus wall of midsagittal corpus uteri were measured,and the mean value of the above measurements on the three walls were calculated.Receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed,the areas under the curves(AUC)were calculated to explore the efficacy of those with significant difference among the mean thickness and the mean T2 value of junctional zone,the mean T2 value of outer myometrium and their combination for evaluating endometrial fibrosis.Results The thickness and T2 value of anterior wall,posterior wall,fundus wall and the mean junctional zone in disease group were all significantly higher than those in control group(all P＜0.001).No significant difference of T2 value of anterior wall,posterior wall,fundus wall nor the mean outer myometrium was found between groups(all P＞0.05).The mean thickness and the mean T2 value of junctional zone and their combination could be used to effectively evaluate endometrial fibrosis,with AUC of 0.839,0.822 and 0.922,respectively,and their combination had the best performance(both P＜0.01).Conclusion T2 mapping could be used to quantitatively evaluate the injury of junctional zone caused by endometrial fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of hemodynamic instability after carotid artery stenting by meta-analysis.Methods Ten databases were searched:PubMed,ProQuest,ScienceDirect,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data,VIP Information Database,and China Biomedical Database.The search date was from inception until 2 February 2024,and meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 statistical software.Results A total of 27 studies with 4199 subjects and 22 influencing factors were included.The studies showed a 37.4％(95％CI 30.3％-44.8％)incidence of haemodynamic instability after carotid stenting,Meta-analysis determined that age＞60 years(P＜0.001),hypertension(P＜0.001),calcified plaque(P＜0.001),stenosis＞70％(P=0.008),eccentric plaque(P=0.002),distance from the largest stenosis to the carotid bifurcation≤ 10 mm(P＜0.001),stenosis involvement of the balloon or bifurcation(P＜0.001),balloon post-dilation(P=0.003),open-loop stenting(P＜0.001),dilated balloon diameter≥5 mm(P=0.002),repeat balloon dilation(P=0.011)and balloon dilation pressure≥8 atm(P＜0.001)are risk factors for intraoperative and postoperative haemodynamic instability in patients undergoing carotid artery stenting surgery.Statin use was a protective factor(P＜0.001).Conclusions Medical staff working in the clinic should assess the patient's condition preoperatively,identify risk factors that may lead to haemodynamic instability,and avoid unnecessary intraoperative stimulation of patients who are already in a high-risk state.Reduce postoperative clinical complications in patients with carotid artery stenosis and improve patient recovery.

Cancer is the main cause of death,and drug therapy has greatly improved the effectiveness of anti-tumor treatment.However,there are problems such as high adverse reactions and the risk of developing drug resistance after long-term use.There is an urgent need to seek new drug targets.Human antigen R(HuR),as an RNA binding protein,promotes the whole process of tumor occurrence,development and metastasis through post transcriptional regulation of mRNA stability,and HuR is general-ly highly expressed in tumor tissue,making it a new target for an-ti-tumor therapy and a standard for prognosis evaluation.Tradi-tional Chinese medicine formulas and their various chemical components can inhibit tumor proliferation,induce tumor cell ap-optosis,inhibit angiogenesis,suppress immune escape,and re-verse tumor drug resistance by regulating HuR activity.This re-view summarizes the importance of HuR in regulation of tumor progression,as well as analyzes the mechanisms of the antitumor effects through active ingredients of Chinese medicine with the regulation of HuR.It is expected to provide new ideas for tumor therapy and guidance for the development of HuR-targeted anti-tumor drugs.

Objective:To explore the moderating and mediating roles of psychological resilience in the relationship between job satisfaction and depressive symptoms among petrochemical workers.Methods:In April 2022, a cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1087 in-service employees of a petrochemical enterprise in Henan Province. A total of 861 questionnaires were recovered, including 857 valid ones, with an effective rate of 99.54%. Data on job satisfaction, psychological resilience, and depressive symptoms were collected using the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10), Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). Spearman rank correlation analysis was applied to analyze the relationships among the scores of job satisfaction, psychological resilience, and depressive symptoms. Hierarchical linear regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect of psychological resilience, and the Bootstrap method was employed to verify the mediating effect of psychological resilience.Results:The scores of job satisfaction, psychological resilience, and depressive symptoms among petrochemical workers were 36.00 (31.00, 36.00) points, 36.00 (30.00, 41.00) points, and 7.00 (3.00, 9.00) points. The detection rate of depressive symptoms was 65.7% (563/857). Results of Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that job satisfaction of petrochemical workers was positively correlated with psychological resilience ( rs=0.270, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with depressive symptoms ( rs=-0.386, P<0.01), psychological resilience was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms ( rs=-0.515, P<0.01). Results of hierarchical linear regression analysis indicated that psychological resilience had no moderating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and depressive symptoms of petrochemical workers ( b=0.001, P>0.05). Results of the mediating effect test showed that psychological resilience played a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and depressive symptoms ( P<0.01), with a mediating effect value of -0.071 (95% CI: -0.125, -0.045), accounting for 20.16% of the total effect. Conclusion:Psychological resilience exerts a partial mediating effect rather than a moderating effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and depressive symptoms among petrochemical workers.

The electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction(NO3RR)presents a sustainable pathway for large-scale ammonia production,yet it faces significant challenges due to proton supply limitations caused by the high energy barrier for water dissociation,which slows ammonia(NH3)generation.Herein,a palladium(Pd)-modified copper-cobalt(CuCo)hollow fiber penetration electrode that enabled H2 injection through its hollow structures,thereby enhancing proton availability for NO3RR was developed.The active Pd component efficiently dissociated H2,facilitating active hydrogen(*H)spillover and speeding up the cascade NO3RR process on Cu and Co sites.As a result,a half-cell energy efficiency of 39.53%and an NH3 Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 97.11%±1.17%at-0.1 V(vs RHE)were achieved,comparable to state-of-the-art systems.Importantly,the H2-assisted approach prevented the oxidation of active Cu and Co phases,demonstrating exceptional stability with less than 5.6%decay in current density(267 mA/cm2)and retention of NH3 FE at 94.8%after over 70 h of electrolysis.These findings offered valuable insights into proton supply pathways and design of NO3RR electrodes.

Abnormal expression of CMTM4 protein is closely related to tumour occurrence,development and prognosis.Although the important role of CMTM4 in tumours has been gradually manifested,its spe-cific mechanism of action in cervical cancer remains unclear.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between CMTM4 expression and clinicopathological features in cervical cancer and study its mechanism.Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression level of CMTM4 in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues,and it was found that CMTM4 was significantly under-ex-pressed in cervical cancer tissues(P＜0.001).The chi-square test analysed the relationship between high and low CMTM4 expression and the clinical and pathological characteristics of cervical cancer pa-tients and results found that CMTM4 expression was correlated with the number of births,HPV infection status,pathological type,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis.Data from Western blot and RT-qPCR found that CMTM4 protein and mRNA levels in HaCaT cells were significantly higher than that of C-33A cells,HeLa cells,U14 cells,and HT-3 cells.Among them,the most significant change in CMTM4 ex-pression was observed in C-33A cells,so the C-33A cell line was selected for subsequent overexpression experiments.CCK-8 analysis found that the proliferation ability of C-33A cervical cancer cells in the pcDNA-CMTM4 group was significantly lower than that in the pcDNA-NC group(P＜0.001).Flow cy-tometry and Western blot results indicated that CMTM4 overexpression promoted apoptosis(P＜0.001),significantly increased Bax(P＜0.001)and cleaved caspase 3(P＜0.05)protein levels,and significant-ly decreased Bcl-2 protein level(P＜0.01).Western blot results further found that CMTM4 overexpres-sion significantly reduced the protein levels of p-PI3K(P＜0.001)and p-AKT(P＜0.01),but did not affect the protein levels of PI3K and AKT(P＞0.05).The above findings indicated that CMTM4 gene expression was down-regulated in cervical cancer,and CMTM4 overexpression inhibited cervical cancer cell proliferation and induced apoptosis by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT pathway.Therefore,CMTM4 may be used as a biological marker for screening cervical cancer.

Jiuwei Xifeng Granules have become a Chinese patent medicine in the market. Because the formula contains Os Draconis, a top-level protected fossil of ancient organisms, the formula was to be improved by replacing Os Draconis with Ostreae Concha. To evaluate whether the improved formula has the same effectiveness and safety as the original formula, a randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled, equivalence clinical trial was conducted. This study enrolled 288 tic disorder(TD) of children and assigned them into two groups in 1∶1. The treatment group and control group took the modified formula and original formula, respectively. The treatment lasted for 6 weeks, and follow-up visits were conducted at weeks 2, 4, and 6. The primary efficacy endpoint was the difference in Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS)-total tic severity(TTS) score from baseline after 6 weeks of treatment. The results showed that after 6 weeks of treatment, the declines in YGTSS-TSS score showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups. The difference in YGTSS-TSS score(treatment group-control group) and the 95%CI of the full analysis set(FAS) were-0.17[-1.42, 1.08] and those of per-protocol set(PPS) were 0.29[-0.97, 1.56], which were within the equivalence boundary [-3, 3]. The equivalence test was therefore concluded. The two groups showed no significant differences in the secondary efficacy endpoints of effective rate for TD, total score and factor scores of YGTSS, clinical global impressions-severity(CGI-S) score, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) response rate, or symptom disappearance rate, and thus a complete evidence chain with the primary outcome was formed. A total of 6 adverse reactions were reported, including 4(2.82%) cases in the treatment group and 2(1.41%) cases in the control group, which showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups. No serious suspected unexpected adverse reactions were reported, and no laboratory test results indicated serious clinically significant abnormalities. The results support the replacement of Os Draconis by Ostreae Concha in the original formula, and the efficacy and safety of the modified formula are consistent with those of the original formula.

Objective To explore the relationship between dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)and clinical pathological features of invasive breast cancer and lymphovascular invasion(LVI).Methods Imaging and clinical pathological data were retrospectively collected from 508 patients with invasive breast cancer who underwent breast DCE-MRI at the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021.Patients were divided into the LVI-positive(LVI+)group(n=79)and LVI-negative(LVI-)group(n=429)based on postoperative pathological results.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify risk factors for LVI.Results Compared with LVI-group,LVI+group had a higher proportion of patients aged<45 years(44.3%vs.27.0%,P=0.002),non-mass-like enhancement(NME)(31.7%vs.17.7%,P=0.004),Ki-67 expression rate(40.0%vs.30.0%,P<0.001),high Ki-67 expression(94.9%vs.78.1%,P=0.001),Luminal B subtype(76.0%vs.60.1%,P=0.008),and positive axillary lymph nodes rate(72.2%vs.31.5%,P<0.001),while the proportion of Luminal A subtype was lower(2.5%vs.21.5%,P<0.001).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that age≥45 years(OR=0.468,95%CI 0.280-0.783,P=0.004)was an independent protective factor for LVI,while NME(OR=1.987,95%CI 1.126-3.444,P=0.016)was an independent risk factor.Compared with Luminal A subtype,patients with Luminal B subtype(OR=10.482,95%CI 3.164-64.923,P=0.001),HER-2 overexpression subtype(OR=11.571,95%CI 2.755-79.341,P=0.003)and triple-negative subtypes(OR=8.433,95%CI 1.985-57.908,P=0.009)had a higher risk of LVI.Conclusions Age≥45 years is an independent protective factor for LVI,while NME is an independent risk factor.Among molecular subtypes,patients with Luminal B,HER-2 overexpression and triple-negative subtypes have a higher risk of LVI compared with the Luminal A subtype.
