In the past decade, breast pathology in China has made significant progress in diagnostic standards, technological applications, scientific research, and discipline development. The histopathological diagnostic system has been continuously refined, with the implementation of relevant guidelines and expert consensus enhancing standardization and reproducibility of diagnostic results. Immunohistochemistry and molecular testing technologies have become increasingly sophisticated, with emerging biomarkers such as low HER2 expression and PIK3CA mutations gradually integrated into clinical decision-making, promoting the advancement of precision therapy. The application of digital pathology and image-assisted analysis has steadily expanded, providing new tools to improve diagnostic efficiency and consistency. The national breast pathology group has actively advanced the development of tiered diagnostic systems, workforce training, and public education, effectively strengthening diagnostic capabilities at the grassroots level. Looking ahead, the integration of multidimensional data, optimization of auxiliary diagnostic systems, and interdisciplinary collaboration are expected to drive the continued development of breast pathology in China.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of simple resection in the treatment of pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumor(SPT).Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical and follow-up data of pancreatic SPT patients who underwent simple pancreatectomy and conventional pancreatectomy from January 2015 to December 2022 in the pancreatic cystic tumor database of Huashan Hospital,Fudan University.A total of 87 patients with pancreatic SPT,including 14 cases underwent simple resection and 73 cases underwent conventional resection, were included. The average age was(36.2±11.7)years old,and females accounting for 87.4%.Results The accuracy of preoperative imaging diagnosis reached 88.5%.Simple resection had a significant advantage over conventional resection in terms of surgical time[(138.3± 56.4)min vs.(241.2±89.2)min,P<0.05].Simple resection was not inferior to conventional resection in terms of common postoperative complications.Out of 87 cases, only 3 patients in conventional resection group experienced postoperative recurrence and metastasis, and all recurrent patients were still alive. There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative pancreatic endocrine and exocrine dysfunction, and quality of life between simple resection group and conventional resection group. Conclusions Simple resection of pancreatic SPT is reasonable and feasible, but the risks in actual clinical work cannot be ignored. Therefore, selective simple resection of SPT has certain clinical application value.

Drug literacy is one of the important components of health literacy, and in recent years, the research on drug literacy has gradually deepened. The polypharmacy treatment and irrational drug use in the patients with HIV/AIDS has increased the burden of drug use, therefore improving the level of drug literacy is the key to maintain the medication efficacy, drug self-administered and safe medication. This paper summa-rized the definition, current status of assessment tools, influencing factors and interventional measures of drug literacy of HIV/AIDS patients in domestic and foreign research in order to provide reference for the develop-ment of assessment tools for drug literacy of HIV/AIDS patients, improve the level of drug literacy of pa-tients,and promote safe and rational use of drugs.

Objective To investigate the molecular characteristics of immune response signaling molecules induced by transfection of coxsackievirus B2 ( CVB2 ) structural proteins into epithelial cells. Methods Recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmids containing the coding regions of CVB2 structural proteins VP1-VP4 were constructed and then transfected into 16HBE cells. Culture supernatants and cell ly-sates of the transfected 16HBE cells were collected. Expression of signaling molecules involved in innate im-mune responses in transfected 16HBE cells at mRNA level was detected by RT-Q-PCR. The proliferation of T cells co-cultured with culture supernatants and cell lysates of the transfected 16HBE cells was analyzed by ELISPOT. Results Expression of innate immunity-related signaling molecules such as TGF-β-activated ki-nase ( TAK) , NF-κB-inducing kinase ( NIK) , IκB kinase α ( IKKα) and IFN-β at mRNA level was up-regulated in 16HBE cells transfected with CVB2 structural proteins VP1-VP4. Both culture supernatants and cell lysates of the transfected 16HBE cells enhanced the proliferation of T cells. Conclusions CVB2 struc-tural proteins VP1-VP4 could enhance the expression of innate immunity-related signaling molecules to var-ying degrees and promote the activation of adaptive immunity.
