Objective To conduct bibliometric visualization analyses of the literature domestic and overseas on active surveillance of post-marketing safety of drugs,aiming to display the current status and trend of hotspots in this field and to provide references for future research and the improvement of the Chinese management system of active surveillance.Methods The English and Chinese literature on active surveillance of post-marketing safety of drugs were searched in Web of Science and CNKI respectively and imported into CiteSpace 6.3.R2 software for the analysis of the number of publications,authors,institutions,and national cooperative networks,and the analysis of keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence.Results 415 Chinese and 676 English literature were included,with an overall increasing trend in annual publication volume.The author collaboration network of Chinese literature was smaller than that of English literature,and the partnership network was sparse,with no strong centralized institution.Domestic drug regulatory agencies played an important role in the field,while drug companies'monitoring research on their own products was still relatively scarce.The research topic covered active surveillance systems,technical method research,and drug safety active surveillance practice research for specific drugs and diseases.Conclusion Countries worldwide have widely considered active surveillance of post-marketing drug safety.The heat of research activities in China has shown a significant growth trend.However,there is still a significant gap compared with the international frontiers.Further cooperation needs to be strengthened to promote the improvement of the active surveillance management system in China.

Objective: To explore the heterogeneity and correlation of clinical phenotypes and genotypes in children with disorders of sex development (DSD). Methods: A retrospective study of 1 235 patients with clinically proposed DSD in 36 pediatric medical institutions across the country from January 2017 to May 2021. After capturing 277 DSD-related candidate genes, second-generation sequencing was performed to analyzed the heterogeneity and correlation combined with clinical phenotypes. Results: Among 1 235 children with clinically proposed DSD, 980 were males and 255 were females of social gender at the time of initial diagnosis with the age ranged from 1 day of age to 17.92 years. A total of 443 children with pathogenic variants were detected through molecular genetic studies, with a positive detection rate of 35.9%. The most common clinical phenotypes were micropenis (455 cases), hypospadias (321 cases), and cryptorchidism (172 cases) and common mutations detected were in SRD5A2 gene (80 cases), AR gene (53 cases) and CYP21A2 gene (44 cases). Among them, the SRD5A2 mutation is the most common in children with simple micropenis and simple hypospadias, while the AMH mutation is the most common in children with simple cryptorchidism. Conclusions: The SRD5A2 mutation is the most common genetic variant in Chinese children with DSD, and micropenis, cryptorchidism, and hypospadias are the most common clinical phenotypes. Molecular diagnosis can provide clues about the biological basis of DSD, and can also guide clinicians to perform specific clinical examinations. Target sequence capture probes and next-generation sequencing technology can provide effective and economical genetic diagnosis for children with DSD.

Hyaluronic acid is widely used in biomaterials, cosmetics, clinical medicine and other fields due to its good biocompatibility, degradability, hydrophilicity, tumor targeting, viscosity and other characteristics. Pharmacodynamic activities of natural small molecular products which derived from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are significant, but their low solubility and poor targeting limit the clinical application. Based on supramolecular properties of hyaluronic acid, in this review, numerous studies were reviewed on the improvement of solubility, bioavailability, targeting and suitable dosage forms of small molecular compounds in TCM by domestic and foreign scholars using hyaluronic acid as carrier. It provides new ideas and inspirations for exploring the potential application value of small molecule compounds in TCM and even for the research and development of new drugs.

It is a common understanding that turbidity and precipitation of traditional Chinese medicine are easy to occur in the process of decocting. At present, our research group found that the cause of "multi-phase of traditional Chinese medicine decoction" mainly came from the interaction between the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine, especially the interaction of acid and base components. For example, the Liquorice and Rhizoma chinensis was a supramolecular system formed by a large number of active components in the decoction (>30%), and could stably exist in the decoction system. In this study, the supramolecular part was extracted, and the morphology of the supramolecular part was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering. It was observed that the supramolecular particles were uniform in size and regular in shape. The main components of supramolecular sites were identified by liquid mass spectrometry (LC-MSⁿ). The results of UV and IR spectra showed that the chemical components of Liquorice and Rhizoma chinensis in the co-decocting process collided with each other, and weak bonds were formed between the functional groups of the molecules, which then induced the aggregation to form supramolecules. Thereafter, Through the diarrhea model of mice, sensory evaluation and antibacterial activity evaluation found that Liquorice and Rhizoma chinensis decocted together enhanced the antibacterial activity of Rhizoma, and compatibility "reconcile" Rhizoma "big bitter cold" property compared with single decoction group and interval administration group. All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and the relevant regulations of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine on experimental animals were strictly followed. In this study, supramolecular chemistry method was used to preliminarily discuss the scientific connotation of "increasing efficiency and decreasing toxicity" of Liquorice and Rhizoma chinensis combined decoction from three perspectives of "property, efficacy and taste", and provide new ideas for the basic research of "reconcile" compatibility of Liquorice.

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of nursing decision support information system in the continuing nursing of stroke patients in convalescent period, and to provide guidance for the information-based whole process nursing of stroke patients in convalescent period.Methods:A total of 107 stroke patients in convalescent period admitted to 4 Grade Ⅲ Level A hospitals of Beijing city from March to November 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into control group (53 cases) and test group (54 cases) by coin tossing method. The control group followed uniformly formulated discharge health education manual for post-discharge management and follow-up, while the test group received health guidance and follow-up through the nursing decision support information system. Barthel Index and MOS SF-36 were used to evaluate the activities of daily living and quality of life of the two groups of patients before intervention and 3 and 6 months after the intervention, and the results were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in Barthel Index before the intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the Barthel Index ≤ 49, 50-70 and ≥ 71 in the test group were 7, 17 and 27 cases respectively, and 16, 21 and 13 cases in the control group respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z=-2.95, P<0.01). After 6 months of intervention, the Barthel Index ≤ 49, 50-70 and ≥ 71 in the test group were 7, 12 and 32 cases respectively, and 10, 15 and 25 cases in the control group respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z=-2.21, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in MOS SF-36 before the intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After 3 and 6 months of intervention, the total score of MOS SF-36 in the test group was (50.51 ± 14.57), (57.06 ± 14.85) respectively, and that in the control group was (42.02 ± 15.48), (45.58 ± 14.97) respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( t=2.84, 3.23, both P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of nursing decision support information system can effectively improve the daily life ability of patients, enhance the quality of life of patients.

OBJECTIVE: The patient monitors were used to explore the alarm fatigue in a cardiac care unit and to investigate the awareness and reaction of nurse to alarms. METHODS: A semi-structured survey was taken to acquire nurses' feeling and knowledge about monitoring alarm. Three full-time researchers were scheduled to track the alarms with annotations, and analyze the alarm data of 12 patient monitors using central monitoring system. RESULTS: A total of 72 310 unique alarms occurred in the 67-day study period. About 75.7% of them were physiological alarms and less than 10% of medium-low alarms were false positives. The average alarm rate was 128 alarms/patient-day. CONCLUSIONS There remains alarm fatigue in CCU, the alarm accuracy has improved than the past by applying new technologies. In some cases, clinicians will pay more attention to trend alarm and combination alarm.

Objective To investigate the status of psychological quality of college students ' innovation and entrepreneurship, identify the elements of the psychological quality and problems and countermeasures against the psychological quality training in medical schools. Methods A questionair was made and administered to Kunming Medical University students and Chi-square analysis was used to analyze the gender, major, grade, and entrepreneurial intention differences between different groups of students so as to analyze the psychological factors affecting College students ' undertaking intention. Results A total of 1150 questionnaires,1099 was recovered,the effective recovery rate was 95.6％. Psychological quality score was (76.9 ±9.0), good mental qualities only was 8.2％, entrepreneurial environment, factors of psychological quality of good-willed persons were only 0.5％and 15.5％. Female entrepreneurial intentions were better than those of men (<0.001) . Science students' undertaking intention was superior to liberal arts students ( =0.025), knowledge of entrepreneurship difference between knowledge of business groups and <0.005,there was a statistically significant difference, about the environment worse group entrepreneurial intention superior knowledge of business groups. Conclusions As students' psychological qualities are poor,have poor psychological quality,in teaching we should strengthen the cultivation of medical students' entrepreneurial ability and correct understanding of entrepreneurship, create a good business environment, increase the entrepreneurship policy advocacy efforts, and create a good business environment and atmosphere so as to strengthen the entrepreneurship education, improve entrepreneurship courses so that students fully understand the cognitive and psychological qualities, stimulate the entrepreneurial motivation, lay the Foundation for entrepreneurship.

Objective: To investigate the effects of the related factors on the aesthetic implant restoration of anterior maxilla with a typical case report. Methods : A patient, who was failed with metal-ceramic bridge half year, required an implant restoration. Before treatment, a thorough clinical and radiological examination and a SAC classification were done. The teeth were extracted in mininal truama without flap reflection, and implants were inserted with delayed restoration. A provisional restoration supported by temporary abutment was placed to guide the development of the soft tissues. Then the final impression with the custom-made transcopings was made. And a screwretention metal-resin bridge was made with CAD/CAM titanium framework. Results: During follow-up the dental implants and provisional restoration provided the patient with good esthetics, pronunciation and chewing function. Conclusion Many factors may affect the success rates and asethetic effect of anterior implant restorations. Indications, pre-surgical assessments, treatments are keys to aesthetic implant restoration.
