Objective:To examine the relationship between perceived stress and clinical practice maladjust-ment,as well as the mediating roles of executive function and depressive symptoms in the relationship among intern nurses. Methods:A total of 624 nursing interns were recruited and followed up during this eight-month longitudinal study.Baseline data(Tl)were collectedon the day of internship orientation(July 2022)with the Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Geurten Executive Function Questionnaire(G-QEF)and Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Module(PHQ-9).Follow-up data(T2)were collected shortly before the end of the internship(March 2023)with the PSS,G-QEF,PHQ-9,and Nursing Students Clinical Internship Maladjustment Scale(NSCPMS).The chain me-diation effect of executive function and depressive symptoms in the relationship between perceived stress and clini-cal practice maladjustment was analyzed. Results:The PSS scores at T1 significantly predicted the NSCPMS scores at T2(β=-1.00,P<0.001).Executive function and depressive symptosm jointly mediated the relationship be-tween perceived stress and clinical practice maladjustment, with a mediation effect value of-0.01(95%CI=-0.026--0.004).Additionally,depressive symptoms alone significantly mediated the relationship between per-ceived stress at T1 and clinical practice maladjustment at T2,with a mediation effect value of-0.06(95%CI=-0.101--0.017).Conclusion:Perceived stress at the beginning of the internships may negatively impact long-term clinical adjustment among nursing interns, potentially through impaired executive function and depressive symptoms. This finding suggests that early prevention measures and interventions to reduce stress at the start of in-ternships are needed to help interns better adapt to clinical practice.

Objective:To observe the effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model on core emergency competence and empathy of ICU nurses in infectious disease emergencies. Methods:From February to April 2020, a total of 136 ICU nurses from 3 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Beijing were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given professional knowledge training, while the experimental group was given professional knowledge training combined with PERMA positive psychological intervention. The core emergency competence and compassion load of ICU nurses in the two groups before and after intervention were compared by using the Core Emergency Competence Questionnaire for Infectious Disease Emergencies and Nurses' Compassion Load Scale. Results:After intervention, scores of emergency competence of nurses in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the score of emergency competence in the experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the scores of the satisfaction subscale of helping and caring for others in Nurses' Compassion Load Scale in the experimental group were higher than those before the intervention, and the subscale scores of burnout and compassion fatigue were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Positive psychological intervention based on the PERMA model can effectively increase the core emergency competence of ICU nurses in infectious disease emergencies and reduce their psychological load.

Objective To observe the effects of enhanced exercise and combined vitamin D and calcium supplementation on muscular strength and fracture occurrence in postmenopausal women with a high risk of osteoporosis. Methods Totally 614 postmenopausal women at high risk factors of osteoporosis were enrolled in Dongcheng district of Beijing and randomized into four groups:group A(control group,n=173),group B(regular Tai Chi exercise,n=171),group C(calcium 600 mg/d+VitD800 U/d,n=139),and group D[calcium 600 mg/d+25 hydroxyl vitamin D(25OHD) 0.25 μg/d,n=131].Muscular strength was measured at baseline and one and two years after intervention.Bone turnover markers were measured at baseline and during the two-year follow-up.Falls and fractures were recorded. Results The incidence of 25OHD<50 nmol/L was approximately 92.6%.During the follow-up,the left grip strength decreased significantly two years after intervention(t=-3.252,P=0.001)in group A.Right grip strength decreased significantly in group B(t=2.460,P=0.015)while left grip strength improved significantly in group C(t=-2.051,P=0.043)one year after intervention. In group D,muscular strength in both 12-month and 24-month did not change compared with baseline(both P>0.05).Furthermore,serum procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide elevated significantly in group A(t=-2.962,P=0.004),group B(t=-2.888,P=0.005),and group C(t=-2.441,P=0.016),whereas β-C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen decreased significantly in group B(t=2.285,P=0.024)and group D(t=2.596,P=0.011)two years after intervention. Conclusion Enhanced exercise and combined calcium vitamin D supplementation may help sustain muscle strength in postmenopausal women, while calcium and vitamin D supplementation may improve muscular strength within a short period of time.

Background and objective hTe N-terminal truncated carboxypeptidase E (CPEΔN) protein is a novel biomarker of tumor metastasis. hTis study screened the H1299 cell line with a highly expressed CPEΔN gene forin vivo imag-ing experiment. Methods Human CPEΔN gene was cloned into the luciferase lentiviral vector. H1299 cells transduced with CPEΔN or control lentiviral vectors were selected with 2 μg/mL puromycin. hTe expression of CPEΔN was identiifed through Western blot analysis, and luciferase activity was measured using luciferase reporters. Results hTe human CPEΔN lentiviral expression vector was successfully constructed. hTe transfection rate of H1299 cells by the lentivirus achieved 80%, with an infection multiplicity of 20. hTe H1299 cell line with high CPEΔN (H1299-CPEΔN) expression was established, with an in-crease in CPEΔN expression by four times compared with the control lentivirus-transfected H1299 cell line (H1299-control). As H1299-CPEΔN and H1299-control can effectively decompose luciferase substrates, they can be applied in in vivo imaging. Conclusion H1299-CPEΔN and H1299-control can be used inin vivo imaging experiment for further research on molecular mechanisms and signal transduction to elucidate the role of CPEΔN in lung cancer metastasis.

Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of CNZ,an optimized prescrition of Liushen Wan based on our previous studies,so as to provide some pharmacological evidence for its further clinical use. Methods Both acetic-acid-induced increased mouse vascular permeability and carrageenan-induced mouse footpad edema were used to study the anti-inflammatory activity of CNZ.Meanwhile, its analgesic activity was evaluated in mice model of pain induced by thermal stimulus and acetic acid. The above activities were compared with those of Liushen Wan.Results CNZ significantly reduced acetic-acid-induced dye leakage at the doses of 16,32 and 64mg/kg after single oral administration.Meanwhile,CNZ at the two higher doses also markedly inhibited carrageenan-induced foot- pad edema, which exerted the strongest effect at 3 hours after carrageenan injection, and lasted over 5 hours. On the other hand,CNZ remarkably suppressed acetic-acid-induced writhing response at low,moderate-and high-doses, and significantly prolonged pain threshold in hot plate assay at moderate-and high-doses 0.5 hour after oral adminis- tration, lasting over 3 hours.Overall, its potency was similar to that of Liushen Wan.Conclusion CNZ has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.
