This paper systematically reviewed the concept of authentication studies on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) classics and the research achievements of scholars across historical and contemporary periods. We categorized the authentication studies on TCM classics into four types, including work-oriented authentication research, metho-dological studies on authentication, extended authentication research, and single-book authentication. Multiple methods were applied comprehensively, including investigating bibliographic documents of successive dynasties, analyzing the academic contents of medical books, studying the textual characteristics of medical books, examining the cited references in medical books, verifying the biographies of authors, and analyzing the interpolations and accretions in medical books, to distinguish the authenticity of TCM classics. The academic value of authenticity identification of TCM classics is concluded in three aspects,i.e. it serves as an important means to distinguish authenticity from falsehood in TCM classics, an important guarantee for inheriting the essence of TCM literature, and a key to unlocking the academic treasure trove of TCM classics and achieving inheritance-based innovation, which will lay a solid documentary foundation for constructing identification methodologies and standardized systems.

BACKGROUND:At present, there are few reports on the postoperative efficacy of arthroscopic coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation and coracoid single tunnel fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation at home and abroad. The specific clinical efficacy of the two procedures and whether there are other risks need to be explored. OBJECTIVE:To compare the short-term postoperative clinical efficacy of arthroscopic TightRope band plate fixation with single tunnel fixation of the coracoid process and tunnel-free suspension fixation of the coracoid process in the treatment of acute type Ⅲ-Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed in 45 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation who met the inclusion criteria admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2019 to September 2022,and were divided into coracoid single tunnel fixation group(20 cases)and coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group(25 cases)according to the surgical treatment plan.Operation time, incision length, blood loss,Constant-Murley score, visual analogue scale score, the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES)score and intraoperative and postoperative complications of the shoulder joint before operation,3 months after surgery and the last follow-up were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:All patients successfully completed the operation, and there was no important nerve or blood vessel damage during the operation. The operation time of the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group was significantly shorter than that of the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and incision length between the two groups(P>0.05).All patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months, with an average of(15.29±2.73)months.In the coracoid single tunnel fixation group,at 3 months after operation and the final follow-up,the visual analogue scale score was significantly lower than the preoperative score(P<0.05);Constant-Murley score and ASES score were significantly increased compared with the preoperative values(P<0.05).In the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group,at 3 months after operation and the final follow-up,the visual analogue scale score was significantly lower than the preoperative score(P<0.05);the Constant-Murley score and the ASES score were both significantly higher than the preoperative scores(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation, the Constant-Murley score of the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group was higher than that of the coracoid single tunnel fixation group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale and ASES scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in the visual analogue scale,Constant-Murley,and ASES scores between the two groups at the corresponding time points before surgery and at the final follow-up(P>0.05).Intraoperative and postoperative complications:In the coracoid single tunnel fixation group, there was one case of coracoid cortical rupture and fracture during the tunnel drilling during the operation, and one case of a loss of reduction at 3 months after operation, which was repositioned and fixed with hook plate transposition of the coracoacromial ligament. All patients had good acromioclavicular joint function recovery and no re-dislocation at the final follow-up.All patients in the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation group did not suffer from coracoid fractures, loss of reduction and other complications during surgery, postoperatively and at the last follow-up.To conclude, these two arthroscopic treatments for acute type Ⅲ-Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation have the advantages of less trauma, reliable reduction and fixation, and good recovery of shoulder joint function after operation. However, compared with the coracoid single tunnel technique, the coracoid tunnel-free suspension fixation requires shorter time, faster recovery of shoulder joint function in the short term, and avoids the establishment of bone tunnels on the coracoid process, which reduces the probability of iatrogenic fracture of the coracoid process during operation and provides a higher degree of safety.

By sorting out the records of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as food and medicine, this article believed that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as the same origin of medicine and food for a long history, the earliest in the Qin and Han Dynasty Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing: "Zhu, bitter and warm, having efficacy for cold, dampness, paralysis of dead muscles, and spasm; antiperspirant, removing heat, digesting food, and be used as decoction bait; taking for a long time, losing weight and prolonging life, and don't be hungry". On the basis of Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, later doctors continue to conduct long-term clinical observation and compatibility of its medicine and food efficacy, which is widely used in internal, external, gynaecology, pediatrics, skin and other departments, to treat spleen and stomach diseases, epidemic diseases, kidney diseases, etc. At the same time of clinical practice, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma is also widely used in the folk for dietary therapy, including decoction bait, ointment, decoction, soup and other edible methods. Therefore, as a medicine and food and health preservation product, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma has great development potential in daily health care and disease diagnosis and treatment with the effects of non-toxic, satiety and longevity.

The uncertainty of prognosis for chronic diseases is a persistent problem in the medical community.Mechanical attribution such as questioning disease (stubbornness), equipment (medical and nursing level), and patients (low compliance), it is believed that there is a bias in analyzing the deep causes of low compliance on prognosis after breakthrough progress in the treatment of this type of diseases.Taking hepatitis B patients from the perspective of hermeneutics as an example, this paper clarified the reasons for the non-identity of doctor-patient cognition on the problem of doctor-patient communication in health education.Meanwhile, it was found that there is a pre-structure of heterogeneous experience in the ontology of understanding between doctors and patients, which presents inherent limitations, openness, generativity, and external micro power penetration in their history of dialogue logic. Finally, epistemologically, this paper clarified the essence such as the history of identity effect was pointed by the reconstruction of heterogeneous “meaning ideals” of doctors and patients, the understanding of certainty and elimination of subjectivity was guided by meaning ideals under the fusion of horizons, as well as good personalized prognostic behavioral literacy was led by cultivations of embodied practice.

BACKGROUND:Peripheral nerves play an important role in bone metabolism. In clinical practice, the specific impact of nerve injury on bone transport technology needs further study. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of tibial nerve injury on the treatment of tibial slip by single-plane osteotomy. METHODS:Thirty-two patients with tibial bone defects admitted to Tangshan Second Hospital from May 2011 to June 2022 were selected.According to the presence or absence of tibial nerve injury, patients were divided into the tibial nerve injury group(n=16)and the non-tibial nerve injury group(n=16).Both groups were treated with single-plane osteotomy and bone slip. After treatment, the patients were followed up to collect the mineralization zone healing index, external fixation index, docking point healing and needle infection. After the removal of external fixation, the bone healing and functional evaluation were evaluated by a classification of the Association for the Study and Application of the Method of Ilizarov(ASAMI). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)All 32 patients were followed up for(25.28±4.79)months.There were no significant differences in bone healing time, external fixation time, healing index and external fixation index between the two groups(P>0.05).Needle infection occurred in two cases of the tibial nerve injury group and one case of the non-tibial nerve injury group, all of which were PALEY I,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The non-union rate of the occlusal end of the tibial nerve injury group was 31%,and that of the non-tibial nerve injury group was 13%;there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of ASAMI bone healing score in the two groups was 100%;the excellent and good rate of limb score was 81%in the tibial nerve injury group and 94%in the non-tibial nerve injury group;there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Our research shows that tibial nerve injury has no significant effect on the mineralization speed, external fixation time, union of the occlusal end, infection of the needle tract, and the quality of bone formation in the mineralized area of the single-plane osteotomy.

Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a chronic progressive end-stage lung disease. However, the mechanisms un-derlying the progression of this disease remain elusive.Presently, clinically employed drugs are scarce for the treatment of PF.Hence, there is an urgent need for developing novel drugs to address such diseases. Our study found for the first time that a natural source of Prismatomeris connata Y.Z.Ruan(Huang Gen,HG)ethyl acetate extract(HG-2)had a significant anti-PF effect by inhibiting the expression of the transforming growth factor beta 1/suppressor of mothers against decapentaplegic(TGF-β1/Smad)pathway.Network pharmacological analysis suggested that HG-2 had effects on tyrosine kinase phosphorylation, cellular response to reactive oxygen species, and extracellular matrix(ECM)disassembly. Moreover, mass spec-trometry imaging(MSI)was used to visualize the heterogeneous distribution of endogenous metabolites in lung tissue and reveal the anti-PF metabolic mechanism of HG-2,which was related to arginine biosyn-thesis and alanine, asparate and glutamate metabolism, the downregulation of arachidonic acid meta-bolism,and the upregulation of glycerophospholipid metabolism. In conclusion,we elaborated on the relationship between metabolite distribution and the progression of PF,constructed the regulatory metabolic network of HG-2,and discovered the multi-target therapeutic effect of HG-2,which might be conducive to the development of new drugs for PF.

Objective:To define the definition and connotation of nursing shame by using Walker-Avant classical conceptual analysis. Methods:Literature was systematically searched from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, Wiley Online Library, ScienceDirect and CINAHL, and articles were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on Walker-Avant classical conceptual analysis, the concept of nursing shame was analyzed from the aspects of defining attribute, antecedent factors and post factors. Results:The three defining attributes of nursing shame included negative self-evaluation, avoidance and withdrawal and self-breakthrough. Antecedent factors included non-compliance with self-expectations and clinical bullying. Post-effects included physical and mental impairment and departure of nurses, increased patient burden and hindered expression. However, nursing shame could also be positive by cultivating shame resilience and become a psychological motivation for nurses to reflect and adjust themselves. Conclusions:The conceptual attribute of nursing shame is clarified through conceptual analysis, which lays a theoretical foundation for the future development or localization of targeted measurement tools to effectively identify and deal with nursing shame.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasal non-invasive high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (NHFOV) combined with minimally invasive administration of pulmonary surfactant in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in extremely low birth weight premature infants. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 106 premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome and extremely low birth weight who were admitted to the Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 and had indications for non-invasive respiratory support therapy. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) combined with minimally invasive administration of pulmonary surfactant, while the observation group was treated with NHFOV combined with minimally invasive administration of pulmonary surfactant. After 24 hours of treatment, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO 2) was compared between two groups of children, and serum levels of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) were measured. The non-invasive ventilation time, total oxygen inhalation time, mechanical ventilation rate, >1 use of pulmonary surfactant, complications, and mortality rate of the patient were recorded. Results:Before treatment and at 1 and 24 hours after treatment, the PaCO 2 levels of the two groups of children gradually decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05); After 1 and 24 hours of treatment, the PaCO 2 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The mechanical ventilation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05) in the non-invasive ventilation time, total oxygen inhalation time, and usage rate of pulmonary surfactant >1 time between the two groups of children. After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1 and HMGB1 in both groups of children decreased compared with those before treatment (all P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (all P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy, necrotizing enterocolitis, intraventricular hemorrhage, lung gas leakage, nasal injury, and mortality between the two groups of children (all P>0.05). Conclusions:Minimally invasive administration of NHFOV combined with pulmonary surfactant in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in very low birth weight premature infants is helpful to improve CO 2 retention, reduce the proportion of mechanical ventilation, and does not increase the complications and mortality related to respiratory support treatment.
