Depression is a serious mental illness with a complex pathogenesis and a lack of ideal treatment methods. The crosstalk between neurons and microglia is not only crucial for brain development and maturation, but also for the learning and memory abilities of mature brains. The interaction disorder between neurons and microglia is a key factor leading to depression. In addition, neural stem cells and microglia also have complex interactions, and regulating the interaction between the two can promote the production of new neurons.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of preventing and treating depression. It can regulate the microglial state transition, protect neurons from damage, promote synaptic plasticity and neurogenesis. In this context,it is promising that clarifying the mechanism of neuronal-microglial crosstalk and the regulation of both by traditional Chinese medicine can yield new strategies for targeted therapeutics of depression.

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of asthma is the deficiency of kidney essence. Many drugs with kidney tonic function can regulate immune response and inhibit the occurrence of asthma. The kidney is considered to be congenital origin. The kidney is the place to store essence. It is believed that the kidney governs bone and generates marrow. The filling of kidney essence is related to the sufficiency of vital energy and blood in each viscera. When the kidney is full, the marrow is solid. Its fullness is related to the rise and fall of qi and blood in all organs. There are many similarities between the theory of kidney filling and the potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).The migration of BMSCs into the lung can inhibit the occurrence and development of asthma, and kidney tonic drugs can significantly regulate the proliferation, differentiation and migration of BMSCs.Therefore, the author believeed that kidney tonic drugs may affect the occurrence of asthma through regulating epithelial cells by stimulating the migration of BMSCs.This study will explore the role of BMSCs function in the treatment of asthma and analyze that the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on asthma is related to the function of BMSCs.

Objective:
To explore latent classes of college students aggressive behavior and its correlations with family care and the meaning of life among college students.
Methods:
A cross sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among 5 094 students from three universities in Xinxiang City in December 2021, using Aggression Questionnaire (AQ), Family APGAR Index (APGAR), and the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ).
Results:
Aggressive behavior of college students was classifed into three potential categories:low aggressive behavior group (26.4%), moderate aggressive behavior group (48.5%), and high aggressive behavior group(25.1%). There were significant differences in latent classes of aggressive behavior among college students by gender, physical flexibility, exercise frequency, and sleep status ( χ 2=63.95, 169.86, 125.76, 325.24, P <0.01). There were significant differences in the sense of life meaning and the degree of family care among the 3 potential categories of aggressive behavior ( F=113.47, 231.82, P <0.01). The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the sense of meaning of life ( OR =0.96, 95% CI =0.96-0.97) and family care ( OR =0.83, 95% CI =0.81-0.84) were significantly associated with three classes of aggressive behavior ( P <0.01).
Conclusion
Aggressive behavior among college students is associated with gender, exercise frequency, sleep status, meaning of life, family care, and physical flexibility. School, family and society should actively pay attention to students psychological characteristics and to provide corresponding support for aggressive behavior prevention and intervention.

To explore the influencing factors of perceived stress among frontline nurses during COVID-19, and the role of positive psychological capital in anxiety sensitivity and stress perception, so as to provide evidence for reducing the perceived stress of frontline nurses. From December 2021 to January 2022, 475 frontline nurses from 8 hospitals in X city were investigated by general data questionnaire, positive psychological capital, anxiety sensitivity index and perceived stress scale. The results showed that there were significant differences in nurses’ perceived stress in age, working years, professional title and salary. Perceived stress was positively correlated with anxiety sensitivity, negatively correlated with positive psychological capital, and anxiety sensitivity was negatively correlated with positive psychological capital. Anxiety sensitivity can not only directly predict perceived stress, but also negatively affect perceived stress through positive psychological capital. Therefore, during the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, nurses can obtain effective stress coping strategies by strengthening their positive psychological capital, thus reducing their anxiety and perceived stress, and better providing high-quality nursing services for patients.

We reported the diagnosis and treatment of a male infant with congenital tuberculosis. He was a small for gestational age (SGA) and formula-fed baby born virginally at the gestational age of 36 weeks. He was admitted to hospital at the age of 28 days for fever. His mother experienced untreated low fever and cough at 24-28 gestational weeks and was postnatally diagnosed as having pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculosis encephalitis. Physical examination of the baby found hepatomegaly and splenomegaly on admission and the lab results indicated anaemia, elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) and impaired liver function. Acid-fast Bacillus was detected in gastric fluid smear test using acid-fast staining. The detection of T-cell ELIspots in tuberculosis infection (T-SPOT.TB) test was positive. Chest/abdominal X-rays showed multiple nodular and linear shadows in both lungs. Abdominal MRI revealed abnormal signals of diffuse nodular lesions in the liver and spleen. X-rays of the long bones showed few periosteal reactions in both femurs. Quadruple anti-tuberculosis therapy with isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide and amikacin was initiated on admission and the patient experienced fluctuating body temperature, poor weight gain and CRP level ranging from 15 to 22 mg/L. Though the pulmonary lesion subsided after the treatment, no significant change occured in hepatic or splenic lesions. The baby boy was discharged from the hospital at the request of his parents on 39 d and lost to follow-up.

As a receptor tyrosine kinase, mesenchymal to epithelial transition factor (MET) is the membrane receptor for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), which is related with a series of biological functions, such as cell proliferation, progression, apoptosis, metastasis and morphological changes. As research continues, MET is amplified or overexpressed in a wide range of human cancers and closely related with worse prognosis. Therefore, various MET inhibitors are currently being developed as potential treatments for a variety of cancers. Based on our current study we summarize the existing knowledge on structure, biological function and its inhibitors of MET and provide a data phase for future researchers.
