With the in-depth implementation of the national strategy of"Healthy China 2030",people's understanding and de-mand for health have been constantly evolving,promoting the transformation of the health model from"disease-centered"to"people-centered".This paper discusses the characteristics and limitations of the"disease-centered"health model,proposes the connotation of the"people-centered"health model and the method of maintaining health in traditional Chinese medicine,emphasizes overall health with prevention as the main focus and individual as the center,and specifically discusses the implementation measures of the"people-centered"health model:emphasize the transformation of ideas and concepts,give full play to the advantages of modern traditional Chi-nese medicine,and establish a system network of health models.It is also related to the transformation of the active health paradigm,in order to break through the limitations of the existing health model and achieve the goal of health for all.

Objective Through reviewing the herbs,medical books and classic prescriptions of the past dynasties,the herbal examination of Gypsum fibrosum and its analogs was carried out to clarify the relationship between them.The qualitative analysis was carried out by single-point Raman,infrared,near infrared and XRD techniques,the quantitative analysis of the main components was carried out by EDTA titration and Raman surface scanning technique,the elemental analysis was carried out by ICP-OES,and the differences between gypsum and argillite were observed by scanning electron microscope.Results Gypsum fibrosum is mixed with marble,feldspar,north cold-water stone,south cold-water stone and xuanjing stone and so on.Before the Ming Dynasty,there was no differentiation between soft and anhydrite,and after the Ming Dynasty,it was clear that gypsum was soft gypsum and feldspar was anhydrite;in modern times,marble is also made to be gypsum for medicinal use;Feldspar is anhydrite and is no longer made to be used for medicinal use,north cold-water stone is red gypsum,and south cold-water stone is calcite.Gypsum,south coldwater stone is calcite.The peaks of argillite appeared to be buried in the Raman spectrum compared with Gypsum fibrosum,and the original profiles of both infrared and near-infrared were basically the same,and the near-infrared model established by the preprocessing method of the first-order derivatives plus vector normalization(5-point smoothing)could effectively differentiate between Gypsum fibrosum and its analogues,but it could not differentiate between argillite and Gypsum fibrosum with high content.XRD showed that there are differences in the relative intensities of the peaks of argillite and Gypsum fibrosum,and some XRD shows that there are differences in the relative intensities of the peaks of basalt and Gypsum fibrosum,and some of the peaks of basalt are characterized by impurities such as quartz,and the contents of trace elements such as Fe,Mn,Cr,Pb,Hg and As are higher in basalt.The peak shapes of XRD,Raman spectra,infrared spectra and near-infrared spectra of Gypsum fibrosum and calcined gypsum are closer but can still be distinguished,and the Ca content of calcined gypsum is higher than that of gypsum.Commercially available south chrysocolla and stalactite source are carbonate minerals calcite calcite.Spectral detection can not be distinguished,the trace element content is basically the same,but the traits are different.North chrysocolla(red gypsum)is higher than the Fe content of commercially available white gypsum.Raman surface scanning not only can be a qualitative and quantitative determination of minerals such as gypsum and other minerals,and the results of the content of the titration is basically similar,but also to determine the state of Gypsum fibrosum and calcined gypsum calcined water loss status and the degree of calcined gypsum.The results of Raman surface scanning are similar to the titration results.Conclusion This study can provide a scientific basis for the traceability of Gypsum fibrosum,and can better guide the clinical use of medicine and the rational use of resources.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids and its effects on patients' bowel function.Methods:A total of 111 patients who received endoscopic sclerotherapy at Xi'an No. 3 Hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively included in this study. Clinical efficacy, postoperative complications, perianal discomfort, and abnormal defecation were compared among patients with grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids at 1, 4, 8, 12 weeks, and 6 months after surgery.Results:After 6 months of follow-up, the overall response rate was 77.48% (86/111), and the cure rate was 77.17% (79/111). The response rate and cure rate for rectal bleeding were 83.75% (67/80) and 80.00% (64/80), respectively. The response rate and cure rate for prolapse were 82.46% (47/57) and 75.44% (43/57), respectively. There were no statistically significant differences in the response rates and cure rates for rectal bleeding and prolapse symptoms among patients with grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids at each follow-up time point (all P>0.05). Among the 111 patients, 27.93% (31/111) experienced perianal discomfort, and 40.54% (45/111) reported abnormal defecation. The incidences of perianal discomfort and abnormal defecation were not statistically significant among patients with grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids (both P>0.05). In patients with gradeⅠ and Ⅱ internal hemorrhoids, perianal discomfort symptoms began to improve 4 weeks after surgery, while symptoms of abnormal defecation started to improve 1 week after surgery. Conclusions:Endoscopic sclerotherapy has a good clinical efficacy for rectal bleeding and prolapse symptoms in patients with grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids. Additionally, it improves perianal discomfort and abnormal defecation by identifying the anal canal transition zone in patients with internal hemorrhoids.

By reviewing the historical materia medica， medical books and modern literature， this paper has systematically sorted out and verified the name， origin， quality and other aspects of Ophicalcitum. After herbal textual research， it is shown that before the Qing dynasty， the mineral medicine was mostly recorded in the name of Huarushi， but now it is called Huaruishi， and there is another mixed name Baiyunshi. The light white spots described in the historical materia medica are consistent with the characteristics of marble with sparkling star-like luster， combined with the color like sulfur， color are green， black spots and other serpentine features， it is deduced that it is serpentine marble， consistent with the present-day Ophicalcitum， and Ophicalcitum in the Song dynasty has a high content of serpentine. The main producing areas are Henan， Shaanxi， Shanxi and Sichuan， Jiangsu， Zhejiang， Hebei and other places are also available. Successive generations of materia medica on the quality evaluation of Ophicalcitum is less， the modern to neat and firm in the texture， sandwiched with yellow-green mottled for the best. Ophicalcitum is acidic， astringent and neutral in nature， belonging to the liver meridian， with the efficacy of treatment of gold sores and blood flow， internal leakage of cataracts， dropping afterbirth， now describing its efficacy as removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding. In ancient times， the earliest processing method was burning， followed by calcination by sulphur， calcination， quenching with vinegar and other methods. In modern times， it has been simplified to open calcination， processing with vinegar and the addition of water quenching. The gravimetric method and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid titration were used to detect the contents of CO₃^2- and CaCO₃ in Ophicalcitum， respectively， and it was found that the gap in CaCO₃ content among commercially available products was wide， and the content of CaCO₃ in sample S13 and sample S18 was the same， but their compositions were different， and according to the contents of CO₃^2- and CaCO₃， the dolomite and calcite contents could be calculated， of which the higher the calcite content the more obvious the sparkling star-like luster. Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction（XRD） were used to detect the physical phase composition of the powder of the samples， and Raman spectroscopy was used for the rapid non-destructive testing of the striped part， which showed that Ophicalcitum was mainly composed of dolomite， calcite， serpentine， olivine and pyroxene， with serpentine dominanting the striped part. In summary， the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the content of CaCO₃ in Ophicalcitum is not less than 40%， which is difficult to control its quality， and it is suggested to increase the detection of CO₃^2- content. This study can provide a scientific basis for the traceability of Ophicalcitum and better guide the clinical medication and rational utilization of resources.

Objective To explore the risk factors for bleeding at the puncture site after femoral artery puncture intervention.Methods A computerized retrieval of observation studies,including cross-sectional studies,case-control studies,and cohort studies,about the risk factors for bleeding at the puncture site after femoral artery puncture intervention from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service(CBM),PubMed,Medline,The Cochrane Library,EMbase and Web of Science was conducted.The retrieval time period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.Newcastle-Ottawa scale(NOS)was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies,and RevMan5.3 software was used to make meta-analysis of the literature data.Results A total of 8 articles with a total sample size of 35 250 patients were included in this analysis.There were 1 410 patients in the postoperative bleeding group and 33 840 patients in the non-bleeding group.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the aged(OR=2.71,95％ CI=2.17-3.38),female(OR=4.26,95％ CI=1.08-16.89),hypertension(OR=2.48,95％CI=1.69-3.63),obesity(OR=2.33,95％ CI=1.59-3.42),use of thrombolytic agents,anticoagulants or platelet antagonists(OR=2.95,95％ CI=2.24-3.89),manual compression(OR=6.78,95％ CI=1.34-34.43)were the risk factors for the bleeding at the puncture site after femoral artery puncture intervention.Conclusion The aged,female,hypertension,obesity,use of thrombolytic agents,anticoagulants or platelet antagonists,and manual compression are the risk factors for the bleeding at the puncture site after femoral artery puncture intervention.(J Intervent Radiol,2024,33:314-320)

Purpose/Significance To analyze the multidimensional interaction between the characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentia-tion.Method/Process Based on the real-world electronic medical record(EMR)data,the traditional association rule algorithm is im-proved,and the important TCM syndromes are screened out as dependent variables by increasing the respect index,and the logistic regres-sion algorithm is used to explore the influence of traditional Chinese and western medicine indexes on TCM syndromes.Result/Conclusion Based on 688 patients,112 association rules are obtained,of which 12 includes TCM syndromes.The respect of association rules between middle-earth stagnation syndrome and overweight/obesity is the highest,moreover,overweight/obesity patients have a higher prevalence rate of middle-earth stagnation syndrome.There is a strong correlation between middle-earth stagnation syndrome,peripheral neuropathy or hypertension and overweight/obesity.Patients with diabetic nephropathy are more likely to have qi and yin deficiency syndrome.

Objective:To investigate the current status of therapeutic relationships, organizational support, and compassion fatigue among psychiatric nurses, and to analyze the mechanism of action between these variables.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study. From August to September 2023, totally 310 psychiatric nurses were selected from three ClassⅢ Grade A psychiatric hospitals in Qingdao, Jinan, and Linyi by convenience sampling. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the Therapeutic Relationship Assessment Scale-Nurse (TRAS-N), the Perceived Organizational Support Scale (POSS), and the Chinese version of Compassion Fatigue short Scale (CCFS). SPSS 22.0 and the Process macro plugin were used for data analysis.Results:A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed, with 282 valid responses, yielding a response rate of 90.97%. The total score for TRAS-N among the 282 psychiatric nurses was (95.59±18.75), the total score for CCFS was 45.50 (24.75, 68.25), and the total score for POSS was (43.66±13.34). Therapeutic relationships were positively correlated with organizational support and negatively correlated with compassion fatigue, while organizational support was negatively correlated with compassion fatigue (all P< 0.01). Organizational support had a direct positive effect on therapeutic relationships (β=0.291, P<0.01) and also had an indirect effect through the mediating effect of compassion fatigue (β=0.212, P<0.01), with the mediation effect accounting for 42.15% of the total effect. Conclusions:Compassion fatigue partially mediates the relationship between organizational support and therapeutic relationships in psychiatric nurses. Nursing managers should enhance organizational support for psychiatric nurses to reduce their levels of compassion fatigue, thereby improving therapeutic relationships.
