OBJE CTIVE To provide reference for the adjustment and optimization of the policies related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injection in China. METHODS The policies related to TCM injections issued at the national level were collected from Jan. 1,1990 to May 31,2021. Based on the perspective of policy tool ,the content analysis and quantitative analysis were used to classify ,code and analyze the policy terms according to “policy serial number-chapter number-specific terms ”. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS Totally 30 policy documents related to TCM injection were included , with a total of 389 codes. Environment-based policy tools were the most widely used (79.95%),followed by supply-oriented policy tools ,accounting for 15.42%. Demand-based policy tools accounted for the least proportion (4.63%). Among environment-based policy tools ,the regulatory and control policy tools (38.05%) received more attention, and the policy publicity (2.06%) received fewer applications. Among supply-oriented policy tools ,there were more applications of science and technology support (10.80%), and fewer applications of capital investment (0.26%). Among demand- based policy tools ,organizational coordination was the most widely used (3.34%),followed by experience demonstration (1.29%),which had not yet involved the relevant policies of international exchange. In order to promote the development of TCM injection ,it is necessary to appropriately reduce the application of environment-based policy tools ,increase the application of policies such as policy publicity ,and improve the external environment for TCM injection ;optimize the internal combination of supply-oriented policy tools ,increase the use of capital investment tools ,and effectively play the role of policy boosting;emphasize the application of demand-based policy XJY21013) tools to form an effective policy pulling force for the healthy development of TCM injection.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of alendronate combined with hyperbaric oxygen on elderly patients with osteoporosis (OP) and its effect on serum bone metabolism. Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with OP admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenyang from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group ( n=40) and observation group ( n=40) by the random number table method. The control group received alendronate, while the observation group received alendronate combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Both groups received six months of treatment. Fasting venous blood was collected before and after treatment, and serum levels of N-terminal osteocalcin (N-MID), bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BAP), N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen (PINP), and carboxy-terminal peptide of type I collagen (CTX) in the two groups were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLI). The scores of numeric rating scale (NRS) for pain assessment were collected before and after treatment; and the clinical efficacies of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (85.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.00%); after treatment, the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; the levels of serum N-MID, BAP, PINP, and CTX in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; all the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Alendronate combined with hyperbaric oxygen can reduce the levels of serum N-MID, BAP, PINP, and CTX in elderly patients with OP and relieve their pain significantly with good clinical efficacy, which can be widely used in clinical practice.

With the increasing number of Chinese medical aid and the overseas development of Chinese medicine, acupuncture has spreaded to and the Republic of Guinea and saw develoment. At present, only China Guinea Friendship Hospital and Astatin Hospital have set up Acupuncture Department, which have equipped with basic acupuncture instruments and acupuncture is used as the main treatment method, and acupuncture is a self funded project. There is no acupuncture major in the local education system, neither laws and regulations on acupuncture and moxibustion. Language barrier also makes it difficult for doctors in the two countries to communicate. Thus, it is recommended to consider geographic, diet, and medical factors when formulating acupuncture treatment plans which are suitable for local conditions, and launching new projects such as laser acupuncture treatment and ear concha electroacupuncture treatment, while improving the language level of foreign aid physicians, designing suitable teaching materials, and using multimedia technology for teaching. Besides, we should promote legislation, conduct academic and cultural exchanges, so as to better promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in Guinea.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2018;38(10):1047-1052
OBJECTIVE:
To compare the effect difference between acupuncture combined with western medication and simple western medication for Meniere's disease.
METHODS:
Ninety-six patients with Meniere's disease were randomly assigned into a combination group (48 cases, 12 cases dropping) and a medication group (48 cases, 9 cases dropping). Betastatin mesylate tablets (once 12 mg, 3 times a day) and mecobalamin tablets (once 0.5 mg, 3 times a day) were prescribed orally in the two groups. Acupuncture was used in the combination group, twice a week, 20 min a time, and the acupoints were Baihui (GV 20), Fengchi (GB 20), Tinggong (SI 19), Hegu (LI 4), Quchi (LI 11), Zusanli (ST 36), Fenglong (ST 40), Taichong (LR 3), Taixi (KI 3) and Tianshu (ST 25). All the treatment was given for continuous 12 weeks. The symptoms were observed by dizziness handicap inventory (DHI), tinnitus handicap inventory (THI), pure tone audiometry score and stuffy ear visual analogue scale (VAS). The effects were compared in the aspects of dizziness, hearing and activity.
RESULTS:
The scores of DHI, THI, pure tone audiometry and VAS scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups (all <0.05), with lower scores of the above 4 indexes in the combination group after treatment (all <0.05). The difference values before and after treatment of the 4 indexes in the combination group were higher than those in the medication group (all <0.05). The effective rates of dizziness, hearing and activity in the combination group were 97.2% (35/36), 91.7% (33/36), 88.9% (32/36), which were better than 71.8% (28/39), 74.4% (29/39) and 69.2% (27/39) in the medication group (all <0.05).
CONCLUSION
Acupuncture combined with conventional medication achieve better effect than simple conventional medication.
