Objective To investigate psychological resilience levels and influencing factors of civilian nurses stationed in islands and reefs. Methods From January to August 2022,an online questionnaire survey was conducted on 39 civilian nurses from 3 affiliated hospitals of Naval Medical University who participated in the island mission. The questionnaire included baseline data of the civilian nurses, tasks, and psychological resilience level.Logistic multivariate linear regression analysis was used to assess the survey. Results The average psychological resilience score of the civilian nurses was 99.42±10.01.The highest score was working competence(3.88±0.45),and the lowest score was self-control(3.15±0.71).In terms of family support, married status scored the highest and unmarried status scored the lowest. In the future expectations, the nurses with bachelor degree or above had higher scores than those with junior college degree. In the dimension of tolerance, urban nurses had higher scores than those from rural areas. In the working competence, deputy chief nurse and above had the highest score, followed by nurse-in-charge,senior nurse, and nurse below. There was no significant difference in the scores of self-control,social support,or total psychological resilience among civilian nurses(P>0.05).Logistic analysis showed that professional title(nurse-in-charge and above)and married status were positively related to psychological resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion In this survey, the nurses have a high level of psychological resilience, especially those with higher professional title, higher nursing age and married status. When selecting rescue and nursing staff, civilian nurses with high professional titles and long clinical working years should be recommended as the first choice.Well-trained civilian nurses with high level of psychological resilience and comprehensive quality can more efficiently complete island tasks.

Objective:To develop a questionnaire for voluntary care of the disabled elderly based on the theory of planned behavior, and test its reliability and validity. Methods:With the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical framework, a questionnaire entry pool was formed on the basis of extensive reading of domestic and foreign literatures and semi-structured interviews, and the questionnaire items were screened by Delphi method. From July to August 2020, 350 nursing staff from 10 hospitals in Suzhou were selected by convenience sampling method, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested, and the formal questionnaire was finally formed. Results:Totally 350 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 330 copies of effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 94.29%. This questionnaire included a total of 26 items in 4 dimensions, including attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention. Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.977, split-half reliability was 0.906, test-retest reliability was 0.84, the content validity index (CVI) of total questionnaire was 0.97, item-level CVI value was 0.88 to 1.00. Four exploratory factors were extracted, and cumulative contribution rate was 80.03%.Conclusions:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can well explain and predict the willingness of nursing staff to volunteer for the disabled elderly, and can also provide incentive basis for policy makers and managers.

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on blood lipid and body mass index(BMI) in patients with chronic schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods A total of 60 chronic schizophrenia cases combined with MS in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was additional given high-quality nursing.Blood lipid and BMI were investigated at enrollment and 6 months after intervention. Results At 6 months after intervention,BMI,triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels in the study group were improved significantly than that at enrollment and the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the indexes in the control group and at enrollment (P > 0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the blood lipid and body mass index in patients with chronic schizophrenia with MS,and reduce the risk factors of MS.

Objective To explore the effect of continuing care on mastery degree of health knowledge and improving degree of self-care ability in elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the control group only received routine care while patients in the experimental group received continuing care for 6 months besides routine care. After 6 months of care, the mastery degree of health knowledge and improving degree of self-care ability in two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of care, the mastery degree of health knowledge and improving degree of self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, and there was statistical significance between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Continuing care can improve the mastery degree of health knowledge and self-care ability in elderly patients with chronic diseases, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.

Objective To explore the application effects and evaluation of scenario pedagogy on hierarchical first aid training for nurses. Methods A total of 160 nursing staffs, who took part in the first aid training from July 2013 to June 2014, were selected and averagely divided into observation group ( scenario pedagogy) and control group ( traditional pedagogy) by random number table. We compared basic theory of first aid, operant skill of first aid and comprehensive ability. Results After the training, the theory, operant skill and comprehensive ability were (96. 25 ± 8. 31), (93. 64 ± 7. 48), (95. 24 ± 7. 65), that were all higher than those of the control group (t=3. 265, 2. 985, 2. 988;P<0. 01);in the observation group after the training, the N0, N1, N2 level of nursing staffs′comprehensive ability were (94. 41 ± 8. 22), (96. 24 ± 7. 43), (98. 21 ± 7. 46) higher than those of the control group (t=2. 982, 3. 041, 3. 215;P<0. 01). Conclusions Scenario pedagogy method can significantly mobilize the study enthusiasm of nurses at all levels, and increase all level nurses′basic emergency theory, emergency operation skills and comprehensive abilities.
