This paper summarized the current status of infection and quality control of medical flexible endoscope (abbreviation:endoscope),which can identify that defect of the quality control of endoscopic forceps channels was a major cause of nosocomial infections of endoscopy. Based on this,a multifunctional quality control workstation with forceps channel of detecting flexible endoscope,and precision components included top ends for medical endoscopes has been developed,which can clearly display residual contaminants and damages in the forceps channels and precision components after the endoscope was reprocessed. It is contribute to enhance the quality control of reprocessing endoscope,and reduce cross-infection of endoscope.

Objective To establish transgenic mice model with over expression of neuritin in bone mar-row,for the further study on the function of neuritin protein in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy. Methods Two pairs of transgenic mice(loxp-stop-loxp-neuritin and lyz-Cre/+)were fed and propagated,the DNA from the mice tails extracted and the genotype of transgenic mice identified by PCR. The wild type mice with B6 were as-signed as the controls,and the immunofluorescence was used to detect the accuracy of the neuritinloxp/+ _lyz -Cre/+. Results The two trensgenetic homozygous mice had the ability to reproduce,and the hybrid offsprings were neuritinloxp/+_lyz-Cre/+,neuritinloxp/-_lyz-Cre/+,neuritinloxp/+_lyz-Cre/-,neuritinloxp/-_lyz-Cre/-. The re-sults were met with the Mendel′s law. The results of immunofluorescence showed that the expression of neuritin of neuritinloxp/+_lyz-Cre/+ mice in bone marrow was significantly higher than the wild type mice(P < 0.05). Con-clusion The PCR method is of high reliability for identification of sub pus genotype and the female neuritinloxp/+mice mating with the male lyz-Cre/+ ones is an effective way for obtaining the neuritinloxp/+_lyz-Cre/+ mice.

Horizontal gene transfer(HGT)has long been considered as a principal force for an organism to gain novel genes in genome evolution. Homology search, phylogenetic analysis and nucleotide composition analysis are three major objective approaches to arguably determine the occurrence and directionality of HGT. Here, 21 genes that possess the potential to horizontal transfer were acquired from the whole genome of Magnaporthe grisea according to annotation, among which three can-didate genes(corresponding protein accession numbers are EAA55123, EAA47200 and EAA52136)were selected for further analysis. According to BLAST homology results, we subsequently conducted phylogenetic analysis of the three candidate HGT genes. Moreover, nucleotide composition analysis was conducted to further validate these HGTs. In addition, the functions of the three candidate genes were searched in COG database. Consequently, we conclude that the gene encoding protein EAA55123 is transferred from Clostridium perfringens. Another HGT event is between EAA52136 and a certain metazoan's corresponding gene, but the direction remains uncertain. Yet, EAA47200 is not a transferred gene.
