The nursing care of a case of Sheehan syndrome with infection and combined with diabetic ketoacidosis was summarized.To improve prognosis of the disease and guarantee patient's safety,key points of nursing care are as following:sufficient early liquid resuscitation and target-oriented management of blood glucose to correct internal environment disorder;dynamic monitoring of condition,implementing hormone replacement therapy by stages to prevent pituitary crises;to measure the mental state and implement cluster intervention measures to prevent infection worsening;regular follow-up and disease education to improve patients'disease self-management ability.After positive treatment and careful nursing care,no serious complications occurred,blood glucose was controlled well,and the case was in stable conditions and was discharged.

Objective This study systematically evaluated the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu tablet in the treatment of fracture,and explored the mechanism of action of Shangke Jiegu tablet and the compatibility of each efficacy group from the"Disease-Symptom-Formula"perspective.Methods Clinical research literatures on the use of Shangke Jiegu tablet for fracture intervention were retrieved from Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database)and English databases(PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase),covering the period from the inception of the databases to January 2024.Risk assessment tools were used to evaluate the literature's quality,and the data were extracted and analyzed using Stata 16.0 software.Gene sets associated with fracture symptoms were identified through the TCMIP platform(version 2.0).Differential gene expression related to fractures was obtained from the GEO database.Chemical composition and candidate target profiles of the 12 herbs in Shangke Jiegu tablets were collected from TCMIP v 2.0.An interaction network between fracture-related genes and drug candidate targets was established,and core network targets were screened based on topological features,with functional enrichment analysis performed.Results A total of 14 articles were incorporated into the Meta-analysis,encompassing a total sample size of 1 293 cases,indicating an overall response rate of Shangke Jiegu tablets in fracture therapy(RR=1.24,95%CI:1.18-1.31,P<0.001).The"Disease-Symptom-Formula"association network analysis indicated that the pathways related to the putative targets of Shangke Jiegu tablet were primarily involved in bone healing,nerve and blood system regulation,and immune-inflammation regulation.Different efficacy groups within the prescriptions showed varying emphases on these roles.Conclusions Shangke Jiegu tablet may facilitate fracture healing by regulating blood and nervous systems,correcting immune-inflammatory imbalances,and maintaining bone and energy metabolism.The comprehensive effects include the dissipation of blood stasis,the promotion of blood circulation,the alleviation of swelling and pain,the regeneration of muscles and bones,and the clearance of heat and detoxification.These findings support the clinical advantages and positioning of Shangke Jiegu tablet.

The observation and nursing care of a case of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus related to immune checkpoint inhibitor were summarized.To improve prognosis of the disease and guarantee patients'safety,key points of nursing are as following:sufficient early liquid resuscitation to improve renal perfusion;dynamic monitoring and summary of blood glucose changes,implementing a target-oriented blood glucose management program;providing nutritional support;regularly follow-up and health education.After positive rescue and careful nursing,no serious complications occurred;blood glucose was controlled well;nutritional status was improved;the patient was in stable conditions and was discharged.Telephone follow-up of the patient for 3 months showed stable blood glucose and good condition.

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is one of the most common infectious diseases. It has the characteristics of high recurrence rate and prolonged course. At present, the problem of antibiotic resistance is becoming more and more serious, the incidence of adverse reactions is high, and the disadvantages of long-term administration appear, which brings severe challenges to the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection. The prevention and treatment of UTI recurrence has become the focus of research. Recurrent urinary tract infection is related to the immune regulation mechanism of the body. Administration of immune regulation can provide new ideas for prevention and treatment. The vaccine based on immune regulation to prevent rUTI has made some progress. It can not only reduce the frequency of recurrences, but also decrease related symptoms. At the same time, the vaccine has good tolerance, high safety and good application prospect. This paper aims to summarize the progress of immune regulation and immune vaccines in vivo and clinical research.

Panic disorder (PD) is an acute paroxysmal anxiety disorder with poorly understood pathophysiology. The dorsal periaqueductal gray (dPAG) is involved in the genesis of PD. However, the downstream neurofunctional changes of the dPAG during panic attacks have yet to be evaluated in vivo. In this study, optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG was performed to induce panic-like behaviors, and in vivo positron emission tomography (PET) imaging with F-flurodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) was conducted to evaluate neurofunctional changes before and after the optogenetic stimulation. Compared with the baseline, post-optogenetic stimulation PET imaging demonstrated that the glucose metabolism significantly increased (P < 0.001) in dPAG, the cuneiform nucleus, the cerebellar lobule, the cingulate cortex, the alveus of the hippocampus, the primary visual cortex, the septohypothalamic nucleus, and the retrosplenial granular cortex but significantly decreased (P < 0.001) in the basal ganglia, the frontal cortex, the forceps minor corpus callosum, the primary somatosensory cortex, the primary motor cortex, the secondary visual cortex, and the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus. Taken together, these data indicated that in vivo PET imaging can successfully detect downstream neurofunctional changes involved in the panic attacks after optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG.

To understand the genetic origin and variation of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) prevailing in Henan province,a total of 22 PEDV positive samples from suckling piglets with severe diarrhea were collected from 16 pig farms and amplified by RT-PCR.ORF3 genes were then cloned into pMD18-T vector and sequenced.The result of sequencing showed that the length of ORF3 genes all were 675 bp which encoded 224 amino acids.The strains in this study had eight amino acid substitutions when compared with CV777 strain.The nucleotide homologies of the 22 strains were 95.9％-100％ and amino acid homologies were 96.4％-100％.By comparing with those of European strain CV777 and vaccine strain truncated CV777,the nucleotide homologies were 97.1％-97.9％ and 94.8％-95.4％,respectively.Based on the phylogenetic relationship of ORF3 genes,the PEDV field strains and PEDV reference strains could be divided into two groups,and all the field strains identified in this study belong to group 2.It suggested that prevalent PEDV strains in this study seem to be closely related to Henan isolates in previous years,domestic strains,Janpanese strains,American strains as well as Korean strains but differ genetically from European strains or vaccine strains used in China.This experiment analyzed the ORF3 gene sequence features in prevailing of Henan region in recent years,which provides a new support of epidemiology study and protein function research of PEDV ORF3 gene.

Objective To systematically analyze the current situation of case‐control studies published on Chinese nursing ac‐ademic journals and provide references for future researches .Methods All literatures related to case‐control studies published on Chinese nursing academic journals were retrieved from CNKI ,CBM ,Wangfang databases ,and VIP by computer .The literatures were analyzed by bibliometrics method .Results Totally 77 literatures published in 17 journals were retrieved .The number of liter‐atures revealed an increasing tendency .T he content of these literatures involved 11 nursing fields ,such as medicine nursing ,surgery nursing ,and fundamental nursing .29 .9% of studies were supported by research grants .On the other side ,authors were located in 18 provinces ,autonomous regions and municipalities .Meanwhile ,most of them were from developed regions and worked in medical institutions .Conclusion The method of case‐control studies have gradually gained recognition of Chinese nursing researchers . However ,the number of case‐control studies were still small .Nursing researchers should be encouraged to conduct case‐control studies actively and apply this kind of method in more extensive fields of nursing .

Objective To evaluate the reporting and methodological quality of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related traditional Chinese medical nursing which published in key Chinese journals.Methods Electronic databases were searched for collecting RCTs related traditional Chinese medical nursing which published in key Chinese journals.The impact factors of all these journals ranked the first three in the Chinese S & T journal citation reports,2013.The CONSORT statement and Cochrane collaboration risk of bias tool were applied to evaluate the reporting and methodological quality respectively.Results A total of 135 articles were identified to meet the criteria.To the best of our knowledge,however,none of these articles have reported the 14 items in the CONSORT statement,either without the CONSORT flow diagram.According to the Cochrane Collaboration Risk of Bias Tool,17.0％(23/135) of these articles was confirmed to be high risk of bias,with the rest uncertain in the degree of bias.Conclusions The reporting and methodological quality of RCTs on traditional Chinese medical nursing were poor.It is urgent to improve the methodological and reporting quality of RCTs on traditional Chinese medical nursing researches.

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate reporting quality of researches about interviews and focus groups in Chinese nursing field.Methods All nursing specialization journals in China mainland were searched from the inception till December 2013.The search was performed on four Chinese databases:China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang database and VIP database.The reporting quality was assessed according to COREQ standard.Results A total of 2 758 qualitative researches were identified,among which 789 articles accorded with the inclusion and exclusion criterion.These articles were published on 19 journals such as the Chinese Journal of Nursing and the Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing.Non of the articles accorded with the COREQ standard.The flaws of reporting quality were reflected in the inadequate description of personal characteristics,incomplete reporting of data collection and the deficiency of the coding tree.Conclusions From 2004 to 2013,qualitative literature in nursing field increased year-by-year.Till now,most of the qualitative studies on nursing showed flaw of different degrees,which need continuous improvement.

Objective To compare the methodological and reporting quality of case-control studies published in higher impacted nursing periodicals,other nursing journals and compositive medical journals.Methods All nursing specialization and integrative journals in China mainland were searched from the inception till December 2013.The methodological and reporting quality was assessed according to NewcastleOttawa Quality Assessment Scale (NOS) and strengthening the reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology Statement (STROBE) respectively.Results The systematic literature search yielded 3 579 publications potentially relevant studies.Then,a total of 94 hteratures met the inclusion criteria were identified.The average score of methodological quality and reporting quality were(4.86±1.33) and (16.11±2.41) respectively.Additionally,there was no significant difference in methodological quality and reporting quality among higher impacted nursing periodical,other nursing journals and compositive medical joumal.Condusions The number of case-control studies in Chinese nursing field revealed an increasing tendency,and these literatures addressed a wide range of research fields.However,most quality of the case-control studies published in China were rela-tively poor,and both methodological and reporting quality should be further improved.
