Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of different processing motivation on college students' intergroup interaction willingness by technology of eye movement. Methods:Sixty college students conforming to the study conditions were selected from Northwest Normal University and randomly divided into ingroup motivation group ( n=30) and outgroup motivation group ( n=30) according to the random number table method. Subjects of the two groups first participated in the eye movement task, and then participated in the partner selection task.In the eye movement task, the percentage of time that subjects looked at faces of different groups was recorded. And in the partner selection task, the number of selections that subjects selected faces from different groups was recorded.SPSS 20.0 software was used for repeated measurement analysis of variance. Results:(1) In the eye movement task, there was a significant interaction of group and face group type ( F=13.37, P<0.001), but the main effects of group( F=3.23, P=0.077), and face group type ( F=0.09, P>0.05) were not significant. Further simple effect analysis showed that the percentage of time that the ingroup motors looked at the yellow race((16.00±0.06)%) was significantly higher than that of the outgroup motors ((12.00±0.04)%), and the percentage of time that the outgroup motors looked at the white race((17.00±0.06)%) was significantly higher than that of the ingroup motors ((9.00±0.04)%). (2) In the task of partner selection, there was a significant interaction among group, face group type and face old and new types( F=4.38, P=0.041), and the main effect of face group type was significant( F=14.87, P<0.001). The main effect of old and new types of face was significant( F=8.88, P=0.004), but the main effect of group was not significant ( P>0.05). Further simple effect analysis showed that the two groups of college students had statistically significant differences in the selection times of familiar faces from different groups( F=11.51, P=0.001). The number of times that the ingroup generator (5.51±1.14) selected the familiar yellow race as its partner was significantly greater than that of the outgroup generator (2.30±0.65). The number of times that the outgroup generator (5.40±1.00) selected the familiar white race as its partner was significantly greater than that of the ingroup generator (3.47±0.94). (3)Preferential attention to the ingroup members was a mediator between processing motivation and intergroup interaction willingness (mediating effect=0.20, 95% CI=0.02-0.31). Conclusion:Ingroup processing motivation has a threatening effect on college students' intergroup interaction willingness, outgroup processing motivation has a promoting effect on college students' intergroup interaction willingness, and processing motivation affects intergroup interaction willingness through ingroup bias.

Objective:To explore the performance of the attention-multiple instance learning (MIL) framework, an attention fusion network-based MIL, in the automated diagnosis of chronic gastritis with multiple indicators. Methods:A total of 1 015 biopsy cases of gastritis diagnosed in Fudan University Cancer Hospital, Shanghai, China and 115 biopsy cases of gastritis diagnosed in Shanghai Pudong Hospital, Shanghai, China were collected from January 1st to December 31st in 2018. All pathological sections were digitally converted into whole slide imaging (WSI). The WSI label was based on the corresponding pathological report, including "activity" "atrophy" and "intestinal metaplasia". The WSI were divided into a training set, a single test set, a mixed test set and an independent test set. The accuracy of automated diagnosis for the Attention-MIL model was validated in three test sets. Results:The area under receive-operator curve (AUC) values of Attention-MIL model in single test sets of 240 WSI were: activity 0.98, atrophy 0.89, and intestinal metaplasia 0.98; the average accuracy of the three indicators was 94.2%. The AUC values in mixed test sets of 117 WSI were: activity 0.95, atrophy 0.86, and intestinal metaplasia 0.94; the average accuracy of the three indicators was 88.3%. The AUC values in independent test sets of 115 WSI were: activity 0.93, atrophy 0.84, and intestinal metaplasia 0.90; the average accuracy of the three indicators was 85.5%.Conclusions:To assist in pathological diagnosis of chronic gastritis, the diagnostic accuracy of Attention-MIL model is very close to that of pathologists. Thus, it is suitable for practical application of artificial intelligence technology.

Objective:
To investigate the health status of occupational mercury workers and reveal the effects of mercury exposure on the cardiovascular system.
Methods:
In June 2019, a total of 2651 mercury workers participated in the occupational health examination between 2016-2018 from a thermometer manufacturing plant and a fluorescent lamp manufacturing plant were included in this study. Then, they were divided into a high-level mercury exposure group (425 workers whose urine mercury concentration >35 μg/g creatinine) and a low-mercury mercury exposure group (2226 workers whose urinary mercury concentration <35 μg/g creatinine) . Mercury concentration in the workplace was also detected. Finally, the results of electrocardiogram (ECG) , blood routine, blood biochemistry and other physical examinations were analyzed. The measurement data of age and exposure years were analyzed by test. Urinary mercury and blood parameters were analyzed by Mann-Whitney nonparametric test. Chi-square test was used for the analyses of gender, ECG abnormality rate and other categorical data.
Results:
The 8-hour weighted average allowable concentration (CTWA) of mercury in the workplace of high-exposure group was 0.002 2-0.152 mg/m3. The abnormal rate of ECG in the high-exposed group (29.6%) was higher than that in the low-exposure group (10.1%) in 2018 (

The purpose of this study was to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate (TMPP) in plasma and extracellular fluid of the cerebral cortex of rats via three delivery routes: intranasal (i.n.), intragastric (i.g.) and intravenous (i.v.) administration. After i.n., i.g. and i.v. administration of a single-dose at 10 mg/kg, cerebral cortex dialysates and plasma samples drawn from the carotid artery were collected at timed intervals. The concentration of TMPP in the samples was analyzed by HPLC. The area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) and the ratio of the AUCbrain to the AUCplasma (drug targeting efficiency, DTE) was calculated to evaluate the brain targeting efficiency of the drug via these different routes of administration. After i.n. administration, TMPP was rapidly absorbed to reach its peak plasma concentration within 5 min and showed a delayed uptake into cerebral cortex (t max=15 min). The ratio of the AUCbrain dialysates value between i.n. route and i.v. injection was 0.68, which was greater than that obtained after i.g. administration (0.43). The systemic bioavailability obtained with i.n. administration was greater than that obtained by the i.g. route (86.33% vs. 50.39%), whereas the DTE of the nasal route was 78.89%, close to that of oral administration (85.69%). These results indicate that TMPP is rapidly absorbed from the nasal mucosa into the systemic circulation, and then crosses the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to reach the cerebral cortex. Intranasal administration of TMPP could be a promising alternative to intravenous and oral approaches.
