Objective:To investigate the early effect of repairing acetabular cartilage delamination with absorbable anchor under hip arthroscopy compared with conventional non-intervention.Methods:Retrospective cohort study was adopted. There were 24 Femoroacetabular Impingment (FAI) patients with acetabular cartilage delamination (ACD) receiving hip arthroscopy surgery in Peking University Third Hospital from May 2021 to August 2021. There were 14 males and 10 females with an average age of 36.3±7.2 years (range 23-53 years). There were 12 patients receiving acetabular cartilage repair with absorbable anchor (absorbable anchor group), and 12 patients in non-intervention group. The X-ray film indicators, α angle, lateral center edge angle (LCEA) and MRI measurement (acetabular cartilage gap, CG) were compared between the two groups. The pre- and post-operative hip functions were assessed by modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS), 12-item international hip outcome tool (iHOT12), hip outcome score-activities of daily living subscale (HOS-ADL), and hip outcome score-sports subscale (HOS-SS), along with visual analogue scale (VAS). The complications (infection, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis) were followed up, as well as the revisional hip arthroscopy surgery and total hip replacement surgery. Results:A total of 24 patients were followed up for 12.0±1.2 months (range 10-14 months). There was no significant difference between the two groups for age, BMI, and symptom onset time ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups for the pre-operative α angle, LCEA, CG, mHHS, iHOT12, HOS-ADL, HOS-SS, and VAS scores ( P>0.05). At the last follow-up, there was no significant difference between the two groups for the α angle, LCEA, CG, mHHS, iHOT12, HOS-ADL, HOS-SS, VAS and satisfaction ( P>0.05). In the absorbable anchor group, the α angle was 47.2°±2.6° vs. 63.4°±3.3°, CG was 3.0±0.7 mm vs. 3.3±0.6 mm; mHHS was 73.6±16.0 vs. 57.7±15.4; iHOT12 was 67.6±22.5 vs. 50.6±15.0 after and before the surgery, with significant improvement ( P<0.05). As for the non-intervention group, there was significant decrease of post-operative α angle of 47.4°±2.6° compared to the pre-operative angle of 58.4°±8.1° ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in LCEA, CG, mHHS, iHOT12, HOS-ADL, HOS-SS, and VAS scores before and after the surgery in non-intervention group comparison ( P>0.05). No complications, revision hip arthroscopy surgery or total hip replacement surgery occurred during the follow up. Conclusion:Good effect was yielded for absorbable anchor repairing acetabular cartilage delamination under hip arthroscopy, without additional risk of complications or revision surgery.

Objective:To explore the application effect of an intelligent teaching robot system of lifting manipulation in cervical spine manipulation teaching.Methods:60 doctors were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n = 30) and a control group ( n = 30). The control group was taught by a certified chief physician using a combination of "PowerPoint presentations, video demonstrations, and operation demonstrations" . Each part is 5 min. The experimental group was taught by the intelligent teaching robot system with a spinning technique. The teaching time is 15 min for both groups. At the end of the two teaching sessions, the two groups were trained five times under different BMIs and passed the system assessment. The qualified rates of pre-traction force, lifting and pulling force, maximum force, pre-traction time, lifting and pulling time, rotation amplitude, and pitch amplitude were compared between the two groups. Results:In normal, there was significant differences between the qualified rates of pre-traction force, lifting and pulling force, maximum force, pre-traction time, lifting and pulling time, rotation amplitude, and pitch amplitude in two groups (all P<0.05). For overweight people, there were significant differences in pre-traction force, pulling force, maximum force, and rotation amplitude (all P <0.05), while there were no significant differences in pre-traction time, pulling time, or pitching amplitude (all P >0.05). In obesity, there were significant differences in pre-traction force, lifting and pulling force, maximum force, and pitch amplitude (all P <0.05), but no significant differences in pre-traction time, lifting and pulling time, or rotation amplitude (all P >0.05). Conclusions:The proposed system can improve the pass rate of spinning manipulation, especially by effectively controlling the pre-traction force, pulling force, and maximum force.

Background and purpose: Long non-coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 5 (lncRNA SNHG5) plays a cancer-promoting role in many cancers, however its effect on colorectal cancer (CRC) and its regulatory mechanism are not clear. This study aimed to explore the mechanism of lncRNA SNHG5/miR-26a-5p/metadherin (MTDH) signal axis promoting metastasis of CRC. Methods: The data of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was analyzed, the abnormal expression of lncRNA in CRC was explored and analyzed the survival. Samples of CRC, paracancerous tissues and complete clinical data of patients who underwent surgical resection from October 2020 to October 2021 were collected. The expression levels of SNHG5 and miR-26a-5p in lncRNA were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTFQ-PCR), and the expression level of MTDH was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the relative expression level of lncRNA SNHG5 in CRC and clinicopathological features and survival time was analyzed. The effects of lncRNA SNHG5 on the proliferation, migration and invasion of CRC cells were detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), clone formation, scratching assays, transwell test and in vivo xenotransplantation. The relationship between CRC cell metastasis, the expression level of epithelial-mesenchymal transition related molecules and lncRNA SNHG5 expression level by Western blot and immunohistochemical detection were explored. The physical interaction between SNHG5 and miR-26a-5p, MTDH and miR-26a-5p was studied by RNA pull-down test, double luciferase reporter gene detection and RNA co-immunoprecipitation. The functional relationship among the three was verified by CCK-8, EdU and transwell experiments. The effect of SNHG5, miR-26a-5p and MTDH expression on migration and invasion related molecules was analyzed by Western blot. Results: The results of TCGA database analysis showed that lncRNA SNHG5 was significantly upregulated in CRC. The results of RTFQ-PCR and immunohistochemistry showed that the levels of lncRNA SNHG5 and MTDH in CRC tissues were significantly upregulated (P<0.05), the level of miR-26a-5p was decreased (P<0.05), and the level of MTDH in samples with high expression of SNHG5 was also increased. The expression of lncRNA SNHG5 in CRC tissues with serosa and extraserosal invasion, distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ was significantly higher compared with subserosal invasion, no distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P<0.05). The results of survival analysis showed that the high expression of lncRNA SNHG5 was significantly correlated with overall survival rate (P<0.05). Overexpression of lncRNA SNHG5 could enhance the proliferation, clone formation, migration and invasion of CRC cells, promote the growth and lung metastasis of transplanted tumor, increase the relative expression level of Ki-67 proliferation index and vimentin (P<0.05), and decrease the relative expression level of E-cadherin (P<0.05). However, the development of CRC cells was inhibited after inhibition of lncRNA SNHG5 expression. RNA pull-down test, double luciferase reporter gene detection and RNA co-immunoprecipitation confirmed the physical interaction between SNHG5 and miR-26a-5p, MTDH and miR-26a-5p. Upregulation of miR-26a-5p or downregulation of MTDH expression in lncRNA SNHG5 overexpressed cells partially reversed the effects of lncRNA SNHG5 on proliferation, migration, invasion and expression of related molecules in CRC cells. Conclusion: LncRNA SNHG5 is upregulated in CRC tissues and cells, and its high expression is related to tumor progression and poor survival. It can be used as a molecular sponge of miR-26a-5p to regulate the expression of MTDH to promote the proliferation and metastasis of SW620 cells.

The important pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) lies in kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Therefore, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation is widely used in clinical practise with high response. The existing literature mainly focuses on single medicine for tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, as well as TCM compounds, such as classic prescriptions Yougui Pill, Duhuo Jisheng Decoction, which contain TCMs for tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, or self-made empirical prescriptions Bushen Huoxue Recipe and Bushen Tongluo Recipe, which are based on the idea of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation. The above TCMs mainly regulate oxidative stress response, inflammatory cytokine level, no level, lymphatic function and microcirculation Inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis, regulate cartilage metabolism, protect and repair cartilage, and inhibit matrix degrading enzymes to play a therapeutic role.

Objective To explore the operative strategy after palliative shunt for correcting congenitally corrected transposition of great artery (cTGA) patients with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOTO) and cardiac malpostion. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 54 patients with onsecutive cTGA with LVOTO and cardiac malpositon from June 2011 to May 2019. The patients were devided into two groups. There were 24 patients (16 males and 8 females at mean age of 5.4±2.2 years) who underwent one and a half ventricle repair as a one and half ventricle group. And there were 30 patients (19 males and 11 females at age of 8.6±6.2 years) who underwent one ventricle repair operation as a one ventricle group. Follow-up data were collected by telephone interviews. Results There was no statistical difference in systemic atrioventricular valve regurgitation and systemic ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with one and a half ventricle group, the cardiopulmonary bypass time (CPB) time, mechanical ventilation time and intensive care unit stay were significant shorter than those in the one ventricle group (P<0.05), but prolonged pleural effusions developed more frequently in the one ventricle repair group (P<0.05). There was no in-hospital death but 1 follow-up death in each group. The follow-up time was 49 (17-38) months in the one and half ventricle group at follow-up rate of 93.9%, and 47 (12-85) months at follow-up rate at 90.9% in the one ventricle group. One and a half ventricle group had better systemic ventricular ejection fraction (EF) than that in the one ventricle repair group. And the rate of heart function (NYHA) class Ⅲ and class Ⅳ in one and a half ventricle group was lower than that in the ventricle group. No significant difference of survival and freedom from re-intervention probability between the two groups was found. Conclusion For patients of correction of cTGA with LVOTO and cardiac malposition after palliative shunt, the one-and-a-half ventricular repair procedure is ideal operative strategy.
