Objective:To investigate the effects of toosendanin(TSN)on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)KYSE150 cells, and to elucidate its underlying molecular mechanisms.Methods:CCK-8 assay, colony formation assay, and EdU assay were used to assess the effects of varying TSN concentrations(0.062 5,0.125,and 0.25 μmol/L)on KYSE150 cell proliferation. The impacts of TSN on the apoptosis, migration, and invasion of KYSE150 cells were evaluated using flow cytometry, wound healing assay, and Transwell chamber assay, respectively. The expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha(HIF1A)in esophageal cancer tissues was analyzed using the GEPIA database.qPCR was used to detect the expression level of HIF1A mRNA in human esophageal epithelial Het-1A and KYSE150 cells, and in TSN-treated KYSE150 cells.Western blot(WB)was performed to detect the effects of TSN on the upstream signaling pathway AKT/mTOR of HIF1A and the expression of downstream proteins related to cell migration, invasion, and apoptosis. Results:TSN of varying concentrations significantly inhibited proliferation, migration, and invasion of KYSE150 cells and promoted apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05 or P<0.01).HIF1A mRNA was highly expressed in KYSE150 cells, and its expression was significantly downregulated after TSN treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).TSN markedly downregulated the expression of HIF1A and key upstream signaling proteins p-AKT and p-mTOR.In addition,TSN significantly suppressed the expression of downstream proteins associated with cell migration, invasion, and apoptosis, including N-cadherin,vimentin,Bcl-2,and caspase-3,while upregulating the expression of E-cadherin(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:TSN inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion, and induces apoptosis in ESCC KYSE150 cells by down-regulating HIF1A expression through suppression of the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

Body temperature is an important physiological parameter of the human body and is used in medicine to reflect the physiological state and health status of the human body. At present, the commonly used clinical thermometers on the market are mainly divided into contact and non-contact types. Most of them are used for rapid body temperature measurement, and it is not easy to monitor body temperature changes in real time. This article introduces a new wearable wireless body temperature monitoring system based on NTC, which senses through NTC. The temperature changes are amplified and filtered, zeroed, and calibrated, and then the temperature data is uploaded to the mobile phone APP via Bluetooth in real time to achieve real-time accurate measurement of body temperature.

This study introduces a portable multi-channel EEG signal acquisition system. The system is mainly composed of EEG electrode connector, signal conditioning circuit, EEG acquisition part, main control MCU and power supply part. The low-power EEG acquisition front-end ADS1299 and STM32 are used to form the signal acquisition and data communication part. The collected EEG signal can be transmitted to the PC for real-time display. After relevant tests, the system has small volume, low power consumption, high signal-to-noise ratio, and meets the requirements of portable wearable medical devices.

Objective:To explore the feasibility and therapeutic efficacy of using the Henry approach to expose and place a metaphyseal bone plate laterally to fixate a proximal radial shaft fracture. Methods:A retrospective analysis was done of the 5 proximal radial shaft fractures (defined as the fracture involving the extent between the radial tuberosity to the insertion of the pronator teres) which had been treated from April 2018 to June 2019 at Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital through the Henry approach to place a metaphyseal plate laterally to the radius for fixation. There were 2 males and 3 females, aged from 16 to 59 years (average, 41.4 years), with 3 cases on the left side and 2 cases on the right side. The imaging data, fracture healing time, forearm pronation-supination, and visual analogue scale (VAS) of the patients were regularly followed up; the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated at the last follow-up using Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (Quick-DASH), Anderson and Grace-Eversmann evaluations. Results:The 5 patients were followed up for 7 to 16 months (average, 10.6 months). Their fracture healing time averaged 4.6 months, elbow flexion 146°, extension -2°, pronation 77°, and supination 88°. In postoperative VAS, 4 cases scored a 0 point and one case 1 point. At the last follow-up, their Quick-DASH scores averaged 4.1 points; by the Anderson evaluation, 5 cases were excellent; by the Grace-Eversmann evaluation, 4 cases were excellent and one case was good. No postoperative complication was observed. Conclusion:It is an effective treatment of proximal radial shaft fracture to use the Henry approach to expose and place a 3.5mm metaphyseal plate laterally to the radius for fixation.
6.Analyze the Drug Elasticity of Demand of Urban Residents through ELES Model
China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze drug elasticity of demand of urban residents with quantitation.METHODS:Expand linear expenditure system(ELES)model was used to analyze sectional data of different kinds of consumption expenditure and the disposable income of urban residents in2003and to calculate the value of marginal consumption tendency, the elasticity value of demand income and the demand price.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The changes of drugs price have little influence on drugs demand, for urban residents, drugs consumption belongs to necessary for life.
