In recent years, the development of new vaccines such as nucleic acid vaccines, genetically engineered vaccines, and synthetic peptide vaccines has achieved rapid development. However, compared with traditional inactivated or live vaccines, these vaccines often have problems such as poor immunogenicity. Therefore, an adjuvant is needed to enhance its effect, and adjuvants have proven to be a key component in vaccines. There are many types of adjuvants, while currently no unified standard for the classification. At present, the most commonly used adjuvants are Aluminum adjuvant and Freund's adjuvant, but new generation vaccines will probably need new generation adjuvants. Thus, this review aims to showcase the current status of immune adjuvants, with the focus on immunomodulatory molecular adjuvant, antigen delivery adjuvant and compound adjuvant. This review provides new insights for the development of novel vaccine adjuvants.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2020;36(11):948-950
In consideration of the current policies for scientific and technological achievement translation, the paper explored the model and strategy of such translation in medical institutions by analyzing typical cases of " orthopedic surgical robot" translation. Most common translation models in medical institutions are transfer or licensing. As hospitals lack the qualifications and conditions for product manufacturing and sales, " orthopedic surgical robot" was translated by means of a combined practice of both patent transfer and joint R&D with the enterprise under a strategic cooperation agreement. This practice not only manifested the contribution and interests of stakeholders in a rational way, but also guaranteed sustainable iterative R&D. Hospitals should launch cooperation with enterprises, universities or research organizations and form strategic alliances, and choose appropriate translation models based on their specifics, value and characteristics of the achievement flexibly.

Objective To analyze the technical features of spherical, cuboid and flat-bottomed oxygen chambers,so as to provide reference for the hospital in the selection of oxygen chamber types. Methods Key main technical indexes of air pressurized oxygen chamber were analyzed and fundamental basis and evidences for chamber selection were identified, through comparison of the main technical advantages and disadvantages of oxygen chamber with different shapes. Results Traditional spherical oxygen chamber has the features of simple structure and low manufacturing cost. However,it must meet the requirements of the sunken chamber installation and is usually difficult in site selection of chamber construction.Furthermore, huge cost is often involved in the construction of basement with low comprehensive cost effectiveness.Cuboid shape oxygen chamber has higher chamber capacity per capita and more effective chamber length,as compared with those of same size spherical chamber, and vision inside the chamber is identical to that of the ward. However, shortcomings of sunken chamber installation and huge cost of capital construction are avoidable.Furthermore, there are disadvantages of lower chamber pressure capacity, huge dead weight of the chamber body and high cost of chamber construction.Flat-bottomed oxygen chambers could be directly installed on the first floor of the building with a load capacity of 1 ton per square meter,so that the pre-requirement and the cost of basement construction of the oxygen chamber could be avoided.Though the flat-bottomed oxygen chamber has the disadvantages of lower chamber capacity per capita, more complicated chamber structure and partial increase in manufacturing cost,as compared with the same size spherical chamber,it possesses the advantages of good spatial chamber vision and effective chamber length. Therefore, comprehensive cost effectiveness of the flatbottomed oxygen chamber is better than that of the spherical one.The building condition of the oxygen chamber is the key factor for the selection of the oxygen chamber. Conclusion In view of the strains in hospital medical spaces and better comprehensive cost effectiveness of the flat-bottomed oxygen chamber, the flat-bottomed oxygen chamber promises a better prospect, when compared with the spherical and cuboid ones.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2005;26(4):390-395
Objective:To determine whether heme oxygenase-2(HO-2) gene deletion can attenuate oxidative injury induced by free Fe2+. Methods:Stereotactic injection of 10 μl sterile FeCl2 (10 mmol/L) was made into the right striata of HO-2 knockout mice and wild-type mice. Brain edema severity was measured at 24 h. Cell viability, protein oxidation, and lipid oxidation of the basal ganglia were determined at 72 h. Western blot analysis was applied for heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) measurement. Results: Brain water content significantly decreased in HO-2 knockout mice at 24 h compared with wild-type mice. Protein oxidation and lipid oxidation significantly decreased in HO-2 knockout mice at 72 h compared with wild-type mice, while the striatal cell viability increased significantly. HO-1 expression at baseline and 72 h was also similar to that in wild-type mice. Conclusion:These results show that HO-2 gene deletion can protect basal ganalia cells from free Fe2+ -mediated oxidative stress injury, suggesting that selective inhibition of HO-2 may have a protective effect on brain oxidative injury.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
SV40 large tumor antigen(Tag) expression was investigated by immunoprecipitation followed by silver staining and Western blot in 65 cases of human brain tumors and 8 cases of normal brain tissues, Tag P53 and Tag PRb complexes were screened respectively in 18 and 15 Tag positive tumor tissues. SV40 Tag was found in ependymomas, choroid plexus papillomas, pituitary adenomas, astrocytomas, meningiomas, glioblastomas multiforme and medulloblastomas, whereas 8 normal brain tissues were all negative for Tag. Tag P53 and Tag PRb complexs were detected respectively in Tag positive tumors. The results indicated that SV40 is associated with human brain tumori genesis, and the in activation of P53 and PRb due to the formation of Tag P53 and Tag PRb complexes is possibly an important mechanism in the etiopathogenesis of human brain tumors.
