Oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(OPSCC)is a malignant tumor originating from the squamous epithelium of the oro-pharyngeal mucosa, accounting for more than 90%of oropharyngeal malignancies. In recent years, human papillomavirus(HPV)infec-tion has become one of the primary etiological factors of oropharyngeal squamous carcinoma. The incidence of HPV-associated oropharyn-geal squamous carcinoma has been rising annually, with a noticeable trend toward younger populations, posing a significant threat to hu-man health.Due to the distinct biological behavior and clinical characteristics of HPV-associated oropharyngeal squamous carcinoma com-pared to its non-HPV-related counterpart, the diagnostic and treatment strategies for oropharyngeal squamous carcinoma have undergone substantial changes.Prevention and screening for oropharyngeal squamous carcinoma are of critical importance. The diagnostic and treat-ment process involves multi-disciplinary collaboration, including oral and maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, oncology, radiology and pathology.Based on evidence from clinical practice,a comprehensive, integrated diagnostic and therapeutic ap-proach has been established, centered around the concept of"prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation",covering the entire patient lifecycle and providing a valuable reference for clinical practice.

In recent decades, the incidence of human papillomavirus(HPV)-associated oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(OPSCC)has shown a marked increase.Significant changes have also occurred in the OPSCC diagnosis and treatment paradigm.Deter-mining HPV status prior to treatment is now essential, and radiotherapy/chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and minimally invasive surgical techniques have progressively emerged as key modalities for managing OPSCC.However, alongside these paradigm shifts,a comprehen-sive technical consensus guiding the entire diagnostic and therapeutic process for OPSCC patients is currently lacking.Given China's large population base and the rising incidence of OPSCC,an expert panel convened to develop a clinical technical consensus on OPSCC diagno-sis and management tailored to China's specific context. This consensus aims to further enhance and standardize understanding of OPSCC management techniques among relevant healthcare professionals.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is a malignant lesion originating from the oral mucosal squamous epithelium,account-ing for over 80%of oral and maxillofacial malignancies.Key etiological factors include tobacco, alcohol abuse, and betel quid chewing. In China, its incidence has shown an overall upward trend, posing a significant threat to public health.OSCC exhibits high local invasive-ness,making early diagnosis critical for improving prognosis. Its clinical management requires close multidisciplinary collaboration among oral and maxillofacial surgery, head and neck surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology, reconstructive surgery,radiology,patholo-gy,and nutritional support teams.Given the increasing disease burden of OSCC and rapid development of multidisciplinary collaborative models,an expert panel has formulated this integrated management consensus based on evidence-based medicine and extensive deliber-ation.Centered on the'Prevention-Screening-Diagnosis-Treatment-Rehabilitation'framework,the consensus provides comprehensive guidance for the entire disease course of OSCC patients, aiming to standardize clinical practice.

With the widespread implementation of immunoprophylaxis strategies, the primary challenge in HBV infection prevention and control in China has shifted to reducing the burden of existing infections. A crucial approach to decreasing the burden of existing infections is to develop the effective treatment methods to achieve clinical or functional cures within a limited treatment duration for infected patients. The existing infections can be divided into two parts: those that are easy to cure and those that are difficult to treat. Patients who meet the current drug withdrawal criteria and at the same time have HBsAg<100 IU/mL following treatment with nucelos(t)ide analogue therapy are the easier one to treat, accounting for about 12% of the total infections, and the remaining 88% are difficult to cure. A necessary step toward clinical cure is pushing the HBsAg levels of patients to <100 IU/mL, but this driving effect must stem from effective immune reconstitution against HBV. Recent prevention and control, certain characteristics and implementation of clinical cure, and the safe drug withdrawal are discussed here to offer new perspectives on issues related to hepatitis B.

Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor, typically treated with a combination of surgery and chemotherapy in clinical practice. However, the increasing prevalence of chemotherapy resistance poses a significant challenge.Chemotherapy resistance can lead to a sharp decline in patients'survival rates.Traditional Chinese medicine, known for its low cost,wide-ranging efficacy, and diverse varieties, has attracted significant attention from researchers.Their attempts to investigate the sensitizing effect of extracted ingredients on osteosarcoma chemoresistance both in vitro and in vivo have yielded promising results. This review has summarized the studies of single traditional Chinese medicine ingredients on reversing osteosarcoma chemoresistance by the mechanisms of chemoresistance, and found that the current research of the clinical mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients in reversing osteosarcoma chemoresistance is still lacking, indicating significant potential for future development.Utilizing the theory of herbal medicine properties as the theoretical basis for ingredient development may provide novel strategies for the development of new therapeutic approaches.

Objective To study the shielding effect of water body on γ spectrometer during underwater measurements. Methods A mathematical model of water immersion was constructed for the 3-inch(ф76.2 mm×76.2 mm)lanthanum bromide detector. The totipotent peak count rate of 10 typical γ characteristic energies under different radius water sphere conditions was calculated by MCNP software, and the relationship was established. Results The effective radii of γ photons of different energies based on the 3-inch lanthanum bromide detector was obtained. The relation of energy and effective radius was established, and the effective radius of Tl-208@2614keV was 102.99 cm.Conclusion The quantitative relationship between photons of different energies of a typical 3-inch lanthanum bromide detector and effective radius had been established theoretically, which provides a theoretical basis for measuring and analyzing radioactive water body by γ spectrometer.

Objective To discuss the application of ankle pump exercise with colorful ring counting command in improving the blood hypercoagulable state in patients after hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC).Methods A total of 105 patients, who received HAIC at the Interventional Department of a certain Grade A general hospital in Fujian Province of China from January to December of 2023,were collected. The 53 patients who received treatment from January to June of 2023 were used as the control group, and the other 52 patients who received treatment from July to December of 2023 were used as the study group. The postoperative routine nursing and ankle pump exercise was employed for the patients of the control group, while ankle pump exercise with colorful ring counting command on the basis of postoperative routine nursing was carried out for the patients of the study group. The resting status of popliteal vein, the maximum and average systolic blood flow velocity at the end of exercise, the changes in coagulation index, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, and the compliance of ankle pump were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the resting popliteal vein blood flow velocity and incidence of deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The maximum and average popliteal vein blood flow velocity at the end of exercise in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of PT,APTT,FBG,TT and D-dimer(D-D)at 72 hours after HAIC were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the compliance of ankle pump exercise in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle pump exercise with colorful ring counting command can accelerate lower limb blood flow velocity, improve the blood hypercoagulable state, and improve compliance with ankle pump exercise in patients after receiving HAIC.
