ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility of constructing a programmed death receptor-1(PD-1) molecular probe for non-invasive micro-positron emission tomography/computed tomography (Micro-PET/CT) imaging of PD-1 protein in mouse S180 sarcoma. MethodsA transgenic PD-1 C57 S180 sarcoma mouse model was established using the S180 sarcoma cell injection. Furthermore, 124I-anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody probe was synthesized. 18.5 MBq of the 124I-anti-PD-1 probe was injected into the tail vein of transgenic PD-1 C57 mice. Subsequently, S180 sarcoma was imaged using Micro-PET/CT. ResultsStudy successfully established a transgenic PD-1 C57 S180 sarcoma mouse model. Immunohistochemical (IHC) results showed PD-1 protein expression in S180 sarcoma. Micro-PET/CT imaging successfully visualized the PD-1 protein receptor in S180 sarcoma at different time points (20, 48, 72, and 120 h) after probe injection. ConclusionThe 124I-anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody molecular probe successfully targets the PD-1 receptor in S180 sarcoma of transgenic PD-1 C57 mice, and presents clear Micro-PET/CT immunoassay results, thus it potentially enables the non-invasive screening of patients with PD-1 positive malignant tumors.

Dynamic changes in the physiochemical, structural, and flavor characteristics of ginger-juice milk curd were explored by texture analysis, scanning electron microscopy, rheometry, electronic tongue, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Protein electrophoresis showed that ginger juice could hydrolyze αs-, β-, and κ-casein. Curd formation was initiated at 90 s, marked by significant changes in intensity detected via intrinsic fluorescence. The contents of soluble protein and calcium decreased rapidly during coagulation, while the caseinolytic activity, storage moduli, loss moduli, hardness, adhesiveness, and water-holding capacity increased, resulting in a denser gel structure with smaller pores and fewer cavitations as observed by scanning electron microscopy. Electronic tongue analysis indicated that milk could neutralize the astringency and saltiness of ginger juice, rendering the taste of ginger-juice milk curd more akin to that of milk. Approximately 70 volatile components were detected in ginger-juice milk curd. α-Zingiberene, α-curcumene, β-sesquiphellandrene, and β-bisabolene were the predominant volatile flavor compounds, exhibiting an initial decrease in content followed by stability after 90 s. Decanoic acid, γ-elemene, and caryophyllene were identified as unique volatile compounds after mixing of milk and ginger juice. Understanding the dynamic changes in these characteristics during coagulation holds significant importance for the production of ginger-juice milk curd.

The optimal operation room cooling source can be selected to save energy in the whole hospital life cycle ac-cording to special cooling load characteristics of specialized hospital. This paper demonstrates the energy-saving performance of the system of water-cooled and air-cooled dual cooling source based on theoretical analysis.Taking the operation room of Zhongs-han Ophthalmic Center,Sun Yat-sen University as an example, the energy consumption data is analyzed under different season and different chilled water temperature of the transformed dual cooling source operation room.It is proposed that utilizing central-ized water-cooling system may not be more energy saving than the that of individual air-cooling system during transitional season or winter, and the vertical temperature rise and cold loss of chilled water should be considered as well, providing a reference for the dual cooling source in domestic specialized operation rooms.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of non-submucosal injection in endoscopic submucosal excavation (ESE) for small submucosal tumors originating in the muscularis propria of the stomach. Methods:A total of 138 patients diagnosed as having small gastric muscularis propria tumors (≤2 cm) at Digestive Endoscopy Center of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medical from November 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group with non-submucosal injection of ESE and the control group with submucosal injection of ESE for a randomized controlled trial. The exposure time, tumor removal time, operation cost, hospitalization period, numbers of metal clips and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:A total of 138 patients were enrolled, including 76 patients in the observation group and 62 patients in the control group. All lesions were successfully and completely removed. Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter median tumor exposure time [2.00 min VS 3.30 min, Z=-2.426, P =0.045], shorter median tumor removal time [16.8 min VS 34.4 min, Z=-4.324, P<0.001], less median surgical cost [2 903 yuan VS 3 178 yuan, Z=-5.112, P<0.001], and fewer metal clips used (4.0±0.6 VS 5.1±1.3, t=1.452, P=0.003). The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension of the observation group was lower [9.2% (7/76) VS 22.6% (14/62), χ2=2.512, P=0.049], the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain of this group was lower too [11.8% (9/76) VS 32.3% (20/62), χ2=4.242, P=0.014], but there was no significant difference in the period of hospitalization, incidence of postoperative fever or perforation ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Non-submucosal injection of ESE is safe and effective for submucosal tumors smaller than 2.0 cm originating from the muscularis propria of the stomach , which might be more advantageous than traditional ESE.

A 65-year-old male patient with stage Ⅳa lung adenocarcinoma had microscopic hema- turia for more than 10 years, and his urinary occult blood fluctuated between (+) and (++). Because his tumor target gene test showed that the epidermal growth factor receptor L858R mutation was positive, he received gefitinib 250 mg once daily orally. Laboratory tests before treatments showed albumin (ALB) 37.2 g/L, serum creatinine (Scr) 73 μmol/L, and urine occult blood (++). After 2 days of treatment, the patient developed generalized rashes, obvious foam urine, and severe edema of both lower limbs. Two weeks later, laboratory tests showed urinary occult blood (++++), urinary protein (++++), ALB 28.3 g/L, and Scr 111 μmol/L. The Scr peak value was 135 μmol/L and ALB trough value was 21.5 g/L. The drug eruptions and nephrotic syndrome caused by gefitinib were considered, gefitinib was discontinued, and symptomatic and supportive treatments were given. After 3 days, the rashes and edema gradually subsided, and the anti-tumor drug was switched to osimertinib. The pathological examination of renal puncture showed IgA nephropathy. Gefitinib-induced nephrotic syndrome on the basis of primary IgA nephropathy was considered. After 17 days, the patient′s rashes completely subsided and the edema was significantly improved. At 8 months of follow-up, the laboratory tests showed ALB 37.9 g/L, Scr 130 μmol/L, and urinary protein (++), suggesting that the renal injury had not yet fully recovered.

Objective To compare the surgical results of ultrasound-guided percutaneous antegrade or retrograde therapy in the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus. Methods The clinical data of 166 patients (44 males and 122 females) who underwent transthoracic echocardiography guided closure of patent ductus arteriosus in Xinjiang Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital from February 2016 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups: an antegrade group (n=60) and a retrograde group (n=106). The operation time, success rate, bed rest time, postoperative complications and surgical safety were compared between the two groups. Results The immediate success rate of the two groups was 100.0%. Compared with the retrograde group, the antegrade group had shorter time of bed rest and hospital stay, but longer operation time. In the retrograde group, there were 2 patients of complications, including occlusive device falling off to pulmonary artery 12 hours after the operation in 1 patient, and false arterial tumor in 1 patient. Both groups were followed up for 3-18 months, and there was no death in the whole group. Conclusion It is safe and effective to block patent ductus arteriosus under the guidance of transthoracic echocardiography. Although the operation process of anterior occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus is slightly complex and the operation time is long, the indication is wide, and the bed rest time is short. Therefore it can be used as the first choice for patent ductus arteriosus occlusion.

In order to investigate developmental coordination disorder (DCD) of kindergarten children in Zhejiang province, 200 ordinary kindergartens were randomly selected by stratified random sampling in 11 prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang Province, and 38 900 children from 1 000 classes in each grade were then randomly selected into the study from June 2019 to December 2019. The Little DCD Questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire were used to screen the DCD of those children. There were 36 807 valid questionnaires, and 6.50% (2 391/36 807) of them were positive results. The results showed that boy, age ≤5 years, overweight or obesity, left handedness, comorbidity with motor or developmental disorders and premature infants were risk factors of DCD in children. As for parents and families, maternal gestational age<20 years, maternal overweight or obesity before pregnancy, low-middle level education of parents, direct family and low income of family were also associated with DCD in children. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct early prevention and intervention strategies targeting on identified risk factors among relevant population.
