Quasi-2D hybrid lead cesium bromide perovskite thin films were prepared on ITO glass (OLHP/ITO) by liquid-phase method. On this basis,by using cypermethrin as the template molecule, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate as the monomer, divinylbenzene as the crosslinking agent, and 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as photoinitiators, the perovskite molecularly imprinted modified electrode (MIP/OLHP/ITO) that could specifically recognize cypermethrin was obtained through UV polymerization. The results of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and other tests indicated that the prepared modified electrode had a flat structure, small defects, strong photoelectric effect, and good moisture resistance. In the range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-10 mol/L,the logarithm of the concentration of cypermethrin exhibited a good linear relationship with the difference between the photocurrents of the standard samples and the blank (ΔI). The linear equation was ΔI=9.911lgC+102.83 (R2=0.997),and the limit of detection was 5.17×10-11 mol/L (S/N=3). In addition, the results of interference experiments, repeatability experiments, and spiked recovery experiments indicated that the constructed MIP/OLHP/ITO photoelectrochemical sensor had good selectivity, reproducibility and stability, and could be applied to determination of cypermethrin in actual vegetable samples. In summary, this study provided a rapid and simple method for determination of cypermethrin residual, and offered a new approach for application of quasi-2D organic hybrid lead cesium bromide perovskites in pollutant analysis.

Based on the literature study, the thoughts and possible therapeutic mechanism in treating male infertility from the perspective of spleen and kidney by regulating intestinal flora were explored.Disturbance of intestinal flora is one of the important factors leading to the development of male infertility, and the spleen and kidney have certain similarities to intestinal flora in the physiological function and pathological changes. Moreover, tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen can regulate the intestinal flora by fostering the growth of beneficial bacteria, inhibiting the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, and protecting the barrier of the intestinal mucosa. Therefore, the possible therapeutic mechanisms in treating male infertility with the prescriptions for tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen to regulate intestinal flora are as follows:inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors to reduce the inflammatory reaction of testicular tissues;improving the antioxidant capacity to alleviate the damage of spermatozoa caused by oxidative stress, and improving the bad mood to alleviate the impact of psychological stress on the reproductive system. The exploration of the thoughts for treating male infertility from the perspective of spleen and kidney by regulating intestinal flora may provide a new entry point for modern Chinese medicine clinical treatment of male infertility.

Aim To predict and validate the mechanism of wenshen xuanbi tang(WSXBT) in treatment of osteoporosis (OP) based on network pharmacology, molecular docking techniques and in vivo experimental techniques. Methods Network pharmacology was used to screen the key ingredients and core targets of WSXBT for the treatment of osteoporosis. Metascape database was used for gene ontology (GO) biological process enrichment analysis and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway enrichment analysis of core targets. AutoDockTools 1. 5. 7 software was applied in molecular docking to simulate the binding activity of key active ingredients to core targets. To study the efficacy of WSXBT on rats with osteoporosis and to verify the related targets and pathways, rat models of osteoporosis were established by excising the bilateral ovaries of rats. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum OPG, PINP and RANKL content. Biomechanical tester was applied to test the biomechanics of rat femurs. Micro-CT was applied to detect the femoral bone density. Then, Western blot was employed to measure the protein expression levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and protein kinase B (Akt). Results A total of 156 active ingredients of WSXBT were screened, involving 229 potential targets, 23 core targets and 145 signaling pathways. The molecular docking results showed that five key ingredients, including quercetin, kaempferol, naringenin, isobavachin and licochalcone a, possessed good binding ability to the core targets of PIK3R1 and AKT1. The results of in vivo experiments showed that WSXBT could significantly increase bone density, improve bone tissue microstructure, enhance femur biomechanics and increase PINP expression and OPG/RANKL ratio in rats with osteoporosis. Results of WB showed that WSXBT significantly increased p-PI3K/PI3K and p-Akt/Akt ratios. Conclusions WSXBT could improve bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporotic rats through PI3K/ Akt signaling pathway and increasing OPG/RANKL ratio.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of hypertension inducing erectile dysfunction(ED)using transcriptomics and network pharmacology. Methods:We randomly divided 12 male rats with spontaneous hypertension(SHT)into an L-arginine(LA)group(n=6)and an SHT model control(MC)group(n=6),took another 6 Wistar Kyoto male rats as normal controls(NC),and treated the animals in the LA group by intraperitoneal injection of LA at 400 mg/kg and those in the latter two groups with physio-logical saline, once a day,all for 7 days. Then we observed the blood pressure and penile erection of the rats, and determined the ex-pressions of the cGMP/PKG signaling pathway-related proteins and mRNAs in different groups using ELISA,Western blot and RT-qPCR.Results:Transcriptomics combined with network pharmacology showed that the cGMP/PKG signaling pathway played a key role in hypertension-induced ED.In vivo animal experiments revealed a significantly lower frequency of penile erections in the MC than in the NC group(1.33±0.52 vs 2.67±0.51,P<0.05).The protein expressions of eNOS,PKG and sGC were markedly de-creased in the model controls compared with those the normal controls(P<0.05),but remarkably upregulated in the LA group com-pared with those in the MC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypertension decreases the expressions of eNOS,NO,sGC,cGMP and PKG proteins and the level of testosterone by inhibiting the cGMP/PKG signaling pathway, which consequently suppresses the relaxa-tion of the penile vascular smooth muscle and reduces erectile function.
