1.Clinical observation of Huangkui capsule combined with cyclophosphamide and prednisone in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with renal insufficiency

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangkui capsule combined with cyclophosphamide and prednisone in the treatment of immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy with renal insufficiency. METHODS A total of 117 patients with IgA nephropathy and renal insufficiency who were hospitalized in the department of nephrology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2021 to March 2024 were divided into prednisone group (n=38), cyclophosphamide group (n=39) and Huangkui group (n=40) according to the random number table method. On the basis of standardized basic treatment, the three groups were treated with prednisone, prednisone + cyclophosphamide, and prednisone + cyclophosphamide + Huangkui capsule, respectively, with a course of 6 months. The clinical efficacy, renal function indexes, immunoglobulin levels, inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared among the three groups. RESULTS Finally, 107 patients completed the study (35 in prednisone group, 37 in cyclophosphamide group, and 35 in Huangkui group). After 6 months of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups (P=0.028), and the total effective rate of the Huangkui group was significantly higher than that of the prednisone group (P=0.023). In terms of renal function, the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), and urinary microalbumin (Umalb) in the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). Among them, the Huangkui group was superior to the other two groups in reducing BUN level (P<0.05), and both the Huangkui group and cyclophosphamide group were superior to the prednisone group in improving Scr, Umalb and eGFR (P<0.05). In terms of immunology, both the Huangkui group and cyclophosphamide group were superior to the prednisone group in increasing IgG level and decreasing IgA and IgM levels (P<0.05). In terms of inflammatory factors, E-mail:amychina0411@163.com the Huangkui group was superior to the prednisone group and cyclophosphamide group in reducing tumor necrosis factor-α level (P<0.05), and superior to the prednisone group in reducing interleukin-6 level (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS Huangkui capsule combined with cyclophosphamide and prednisone has a good therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy with renal insufficiency. It can further improve patients’ renal function and immune function, regulate inflammatory status, and has good safety.

Curettage is the main treatment method for oral maxillofacial cystic lesions,but simple curettage may easily damage surrounding structures such as adjacent teeth and nerves,leading to incomplete removal of the cyst and large jaw defects.The curettage assisted by endoscopy can provide a good surgical field for the surgeons,can clearly identify the important anatomical structure during the operation and can remove the cyst wall tissue as much as possible,thereby reducing the damage and reducing the recurrence rate of the lesion.This article combines the characteristics of maxillofacial surgery with clinical treatment experience,summarizes relevant literature from both domestic and international sources,and engages in discussions with experts in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of jaw cystic lesions with endo-scope assisted curettage.
3.Analysis of the effect of double filtration plasmapheresis on hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of double filtration plasmapheresis(DFPP)on patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HL-AP).Methods The clinical data of the patients with hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis(HL-SAP)or moderately severe acute pancreatitis(HL-MSAP)from January 2019 to May 2022 were collected.The patients were divided into two groups,the control group received conventional treatment,DFPP group received DFPP treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the following parameters changed significantly in DFPP group,triglyceride(TG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)decreased on day 1 and 2,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)increased on day 1,2,3 and 5,leukocyte and neutrophil counts decreased on day 1 and 2,hemoglobin(HGB)decreased on day 1,2,and 3,C-reactive protein(CRP)decreased on day 1,2,3,5,and 7.And the patients in DFPP group receiving mechanical ventilation decreased compared with that in control group.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment,DFPP can reduce plasma TG faster,improve lung,liver and kidney function,reduce inflammatory markers,and facilitate early fluid recovery.
4.Short-term effectiveness of transverse antecubital incision for failed closed reduction of Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fractures in children.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the short-term effectiveness of transverse antecubital incision in the treatment of failed closed reduction of Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humeral fractures (SHFs) in children.
METHODS:
Between July 2020 and April 2022, 20 children with Gartland type Ⅲ SHFs who failed in closed reduction were treated with internal and external condylar crossing Kirschner wire fixation through transverse antecubital incision. There were 9 boys and 11 girls with an average age of 3.1 years (range, 1.1-6.0 years). The causes of injuries were fall in 12 cases and fall from height in 8 cases. The time from admission to operation ranged from 7 to 18 hours, with an average of 12.4 hours. The healing of the incision and the occurrence of complications such as nerve injury and cubitus varus were observed after operation; the elbow flexion and extension range of motion after removing the gypsum, after removing the Kirschner wire, and at last follow-up were recorded and compared, as well as the elbow flexion and extension and forearm rotation range of motion at last follow-up between healthy and affected sides; the Baumann angle was measured on the X-ray film, and the fracture healing was observed. At last follow-up, the effectiveness was evaluated according to the Flynn elbow function evaluation criteria.
RESULTS:
All incisions healed by first intention, and there was no skin necrosis, scar contracture, ulnar nerve injury, and cubitus varus. Postoperative pain occurred in the radial-dorsal thumb in 2 cases. The gypsum was removed and elbow flexion and extension exercises were started at 2-4 weeks (mean, 2.7 weeks) after operation, and the Kirschner wire was removed at 4-5 weeks (mean, 4.3 weeks). All the 20 patients were followed up 6-16 months, with an average of 12.4 months. The fracture healing time was 4-5 weeks, with an average of 4.5 weeks, and there was no complication such as delayed healing and myositis ossificans. The flexion and extension range of motion of the elbow joint gradually improved after operation, and there were significant differences between the time after removing the gypsum, after removing the Kirschner wire, and at last follow-up ( P<0.017). There was no significant difference in the flexion and extension of the elbow joint and the forearm rotation range of motion between the healthy and affected sides at last follow-up ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in Baumann angle between the time of immediate after operation, after removing the Kirschner wire, and at last follow-up ( P>0.05). According to Flynn elbow function evaluation standard, 16 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 100%.
CONCLUSION
The treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ SHFs in children with failed closed reduction by internal and external condylar crossing Kirschner wire fixation through transverse antecubital incision has the advantages of complete soft tissue hinge behind the fracture for easy reduction and wire fixation, small incision, less complications, fast fracture healing, early functional recovery, reliable reduction and fixation, and can obtain satisfactory results.

Objective:To investigate the influences of age-adjusted Charlson comorbidity index (ACCI) on prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods:The retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 242 gastric cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in 19 hospitals of the Chinese Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery Study Group-04 study, including 54 patients in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital, 32 patients in the First Hospital of Putian City, 32 patients in Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, 31 patients in Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, 17 patients in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, 11 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University, 8 patients in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital, 8 patients in Meizhou People′s Hospital, 7 patients in Fujian Provincial Hospital, 6 patients in Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University, 6 patients in Longyan First Hospital, 5 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, 5 patients in the First Hospital Affiliated to Army Medical University, 4 patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 4 patients in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, 4 patients in Beijing University Cancer Hospital, 3 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, 3 patients in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital, 2 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University, from September 2016 to October 2017 were collected. There were 193 males and 49 females, aged 62(range, 23?74)years. Observation indicators: (1) age distribution, comorbidities and ACCI status of patients; (2) the grouping of ACCI and comparison of clinicopathological characteristics of patients in each group; (3) incidence of postoperative early complications and analysis of factors affecting postoperative early complications; (4) follow-up; (5) analysis of factors affecting the 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of patients. Follow-up was conducted using outpatient examination or telephone interview to detect postoperative survival of patients up to December 2020. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and comparison between groups was conducted using the t test. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M( Q1, Q3) or M(range), and comparison between groups was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. Count data were described as absolute numbers or percentages, and comparison between groups was conducted using the chi-square test or Fisher exact probability. Comparison of ordinal data was conducted using the nonparametric rank sum test. The X-Tile software (version 3.6.1) was used to analyze the best ACCI grouping threshold. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate survival rates and draw survival curves. The Log-Rank test was used for survival analysis. The Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting postoperative early complications. The COX proportional hazard model was used for univariate and multivariate analyses of factors affecting the 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of patients. Multivariate analysis used stepwise regression to include variables with P<0.05 in univariate analysis and variables clinically closely related to prognosis. Results:(1) Age distribution, comor-bidities and ACCI status of patients. Of the 242 patients, there were 28 cases with age <50 years, 68 cases with age of 50 to 59 years, 113 cases with age of 60 to 69 years, 33 cases with age of 70 to 79 years. There was 1 patient combined with mild liver disease, 1 patient combined with diabetes of end-organ damage, 2 patients combined with peripheral vascular diseases, 2 patients combined with peptic ulcer, 6 patients combined with congestive heart failure, 8 patients combined with chronic pulmonary diseases, 9 patients with diabetes without end-organ damage. The ACCI of 242 patients was 2 (range, 0-4). (2) The grouping of ACCI and comparison of clinicopathological characteristics of patients in each group. Results of X-Tile software analysis showed that ACCI=3 was the best grouping threshold. Of the 242 patients, 194 cases with ACCI <3 were set as the low ACCI group and 48 cases with ACCI ≥3 were set as the high ACCI group, respectively. Age, body mass index, cases with preoperative comorbidities, cases of American Society of Anesthesiologists classification as stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ, tumor diameter, cases with tumor histological type as signet ring cell or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and cases with tumor type as moderately or well differentiated adenocarcinoma, cases with tumor pathological T staging as stage T1, stage T2, stage T3, stage T4, chemotherapy cycles were (58±9)years, (22.6±2.9)kg/m 2, 31, 106, 85, 3, (4.0±1.9)cm, 104, 90, 16, 29, 72, 77, 6(4,6) in the low ACCI group, versus (70±4) years, (21.7±2.7)kg/m 2, 23, 14, 33, 1, (5.4±3.1)cm, 36, 12, 3, 4, 13, 28, 4(2,5) in the high ACCI group, showing significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups ( t=-14.37, 1.98, χ2=22.64, Z=-3.11, t=-2.91, χ2=7.22, Z=-2.21, -3.61, P<0.05). (3) Incidence of postoperative early complications and analysis of factors affecting postoperative early complications. Of the 242 patients, 33 cases had postoperative early complications, including 20 cases with local complications and 16 cases with systemic complica-tions. Some patients had multiple complications at the same time. Of the 20 patients with local complications, 12 cases had abdominal infection, 7 cases had anastomotic leakage, 2 cases had incision infection, 2 cases had abdominal hemorrhage, 2 cases had anastomotic hemorrhage and 1 case had lymphatic leakage. Of the 16 patients with systemic complications, 11 cases had pulmonary infection, 2 cases had arrhythmias, 2 cases had sepsis, 1 case had liver failure, 1 case had renal failure, 1 case had pulmonary embolism, 1 case had deep vein thrombosis, 1 case had urinary infection and 1 case had urine retention. Of the 33 cases with postoperative early complications, there were 3 cases with grade Ⅰ complications, 22 cases with grade Ⅱ complications, 5 cases with grade Ⅲa complications, 2 cases with grade Ⅲb complications and 1 case with grade Ⅳ complica-tions of Clavien-Dindo classification. Cases with postoperative early complications, cases with local complications, cases with systemic complications were 22, 13, 9 in the low ACCI group, versus 11, 7, 7 in the high ACCI group, respectively. There were significant differences in cases with postoperative early complications and cases with systemic complications between the two groups ( χ2=4.38, 4.66, P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in cases with local complications between the two groups ( χ2=2.20, P>0.05). Results of Logistic regression analysis showed that ACCI was a related factor for postoperative early complications of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy [ odds ratio=2.32, 95% confidence interval ( CI) as 1.04-5.21, P<0.05]. (4) Follow-up. All the 242 patients were followed up for 36(range,1?46)months. During the follow-up, 53 patients died and 13 patients survived with tumor. The 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of the 242 patients was 73.5%. The follow-up time, cases died and cases survived with tumor during follow-up, the 3-year recurrence-free survival rate were 36(range, 2-46)months, 29, 10, 80.0% for the low ACCI group, versus 35(range, 1-42)months, 24, 3, 47.4% for the high ACCI group. There was a significant difference in the 3-year recurrence-free survival rate between the two groups ( χ2=30.49, P<0.05). (5) Analysis of factors affecting the 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of patients. Results of univariate analysis showed that preoperative comorbidities, ACCI, tumor diameter, histological type, vascular invasion, lymphatic invasion, neural invasion, tumor pathological TNM staging, postoperative early complications were related factors for postoperative 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy [ hazard ratio ( HR)=2.52, 3.64, 2.62, 0.47, 2.87, 1.90, 1.86, 21.77, 1.97, 95% CI as 1.52-4.17, 2.22-5.95, 1.54-4.46, 0.27-0.80, 1.76-4.70, 1.15-3.12, 1.10-3.14, 3.01-157.52, 1.11-3.50, P<0.05]. Results of multivariate analysis showed that ACCI, tumor pathological TNM staging, adjuvant chemotherapy were indepen-dent influencing factors for postoperative 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy ( HR=3.65, 11.00, 40.66, 0.39, 95% CI as 2.21-6.02, 1.40-86.73, 5.41-305.69, 0.22-0.68, P<0.05). Conclusions:ACCI is a related factor for post-operative early complications of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparos-copic radical gastrectomy. ACCI, tumor pathological TNM staging, adjuvant chemotherapy are indepen-dent influencing factors for postoperative 3-year recurrence-free survival rate of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.
7.Imaging analysis of paraspinal muscles in single segment degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective:To explore the difference and clinical significance of paraspinal muscle degeneration between single-segment degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:From January 2014 to October 2020, a retrospective analysis of 30 patientswere diagnosed with L 4,5 degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, aged 61.63±8.42 years old (range 44 to 82 years old), body mass index 24.07±3.17 kg/m 2 and 30 patientswere diagnosed with L 4,5 degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, aged 59.67±12.89 years old (range 31 to 80 years old), body mass index 25.29±3.48kg/m 2, both of them went on surgery in department of spine surgery, shengjing hospital, China Medical University.30 healthy people were selected from outpatient physical examination in the control group, aged 58.33±7.36 years old (range 52 to 83 years old), body mass index 25.72±2.58 kg/m 2. These three groups were all male. Select all patients with L 3,4, L 4,5 and L 5S 1 disc level axial MRI images, and use the deep learning automatic segmentation measurement system developed by our hospital and Shenyang Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences to measure multifidus muscle cross sectional area (MMCSA), erector spinae cross sectional area (ESCSA), multifidus muscle fatty infiltration rate (MMFIR) and erector spinae fatty infiltration rate (ESFIR). One-way ANOVA was used to test the imaging parameters of multifidus and erector spinae of the three groups, and LSD- t test was used to compare the imaging parameters in each segment of paraspinal muscles. Results:The gender of three groups were male, there was no significant difference in age ( H=5.303, P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in body mass index ( F=2.267, P>0.05). Multifidus muscle cross-sectional area in L 3,4: degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis groupincreased 189.11 mm 2 compared with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group ( P=0.010). Multifidus muscle cross-sectional area in L 4,5: compared with healthy people group, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group decreased 205.52 mm 2 ( P=0.002), while degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group decreased 184.14 mm 2 ( P=0.006). Multifidus muscle cross-sectional area in L 5S 1: compared with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group decreased 174.93 mm 2 ( P=0.018); compared with healthy people group, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group decreased 406.06 mm 2 ( P<0.001), while degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group decreased 231.13 mm 2 ( P=0.002). Erector spinae cross sectional area in L 4,5: compared with healthy people group, degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group decreased 398.70 mm 2 ( P=0.006). Erector spinae cross sectional area in L 5S 1: compared with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group decreased 500.02 mm 2 ( P<0.001); compared with healthy people group, degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group decreased 455.37 mm 2 ( P<0.001). Compared with healthy group, the multifidus muscle fatty infiltration rate of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group in L 3,4 increased 4.96% ( P=0.001). Compared with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group, the erector spinae fatty infiltration rate of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group in L 5S 1 decreased 5.41% ( P=0.004). Compared with healthy group, the erector spinae fatty infiltration rate of degenerative lumbarspinal stenosis group in L 5S 1 increased 5.02% ( P=0.008) . Conclusion:Paraspinal muscle cross sectional area of each segment in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group and degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group decreased in different degrees. In degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis group, the degree of multifidus muscle fat infiltration was more significant, while indegenerative lumbar spinal stenosis group,the degree of erector spinal fat infiltration was higher.
8.Clinicopathological features of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT).Methods:Thirty-two cases of IMT collected at the People′s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from May 2010 to May 2020 were evaluated for their clinical, histologic, immunohistochemical and genomic features, and relevant literature was reviewed.Results:There were 19 male and 13 female patients, with age ranging from 5 to 65 years (mean, 37 years). The tumors were located in the lung and mediastinum (10 cases), gastrointestinal tract and mesentery/omentum (12 cases), urinary bladder (5 cases), head and neck (3 cases), somatic soft tissue (1 case), and retroperitoneum (1 case). Four cases of epithelioid inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma (EIMS) were all located intra-abdominally. Histologically, the tumor cells were myofibroblasts and fibroblasts arranged in predominantly fusiform pattern, with variably edematous to myxoid background or sclerotic collagenized stroma, and variably mixed chronic or acute inflammatory cells infiltration. EIMS were composed mainly of epithelioid tumor cells, with myxoid stroma and numerous neutrophils. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells expressed cytoplasmic ALK (25/32, 78%), whereas the four EIMS showed nuclear membrane ALK staining pattern. The tumor cells also expressed CKpan (8/19), SMA (24/32, 75%) and desmin (12/32, 38%); all four EIMS also showed strong positivity for desmin. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for ALK gene rearrangement showed split apart signals in 12 of 15 cases, most commonly with atypical signals. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) was performed in three tumors and showed that one case of lower leg IMT harbored a novel CLIP2-ALK fusion, and two cases of EIMS harbored RANBP2-ALK fusion. Follow-up data were available in 29 patients. Twenty-two patients were alive with no evidence of tumor, four patients had tumor recurrences (three patients were treated with crizotinib and were alive with tumor), and three patients died of the disease (including two patients with EIMS).Conclusions:IMTs show a wide morphologic spectrum, and should be differentiated form a variety of benign or malignant tumors. Immunohistochemistry (ALKp80, ALKD5F3) and FISH (ALK break-apart probe) could assist the diagnosis of IMT, with NGS recommended for the atypical cases.
9.Research on the current situation of resources allocation and service supply of China′s tertiary cancer hospitals

Objective:To comprehensively analyze the medical resources and services supply in the cancer field of China.Methods:Data of 2018 were sampled from 41 tertiary public cancer hospitals in China, and the factor analysis method was used to extract common factors in resources or services, scoring respectively. Pearson correlation analysis was used in the collinearity test of the variables of both groups of common factors, while the second-order clustering method was used to analyze characteristic differences between the hospitals, and category difference was compared with t test. Results:Resource evaluation covered the two dimensions of basic resources(medical service and basic assurance resources)and high-end resources(high-end talents and academic resources). Service evaluation covered the two dimensions of medical service assurance(clinical services and basic assurance)and disciplinary sphere of influence(discipline construction and clinical efficiency). The factor of basic manpower and beds was significantly correlated with that of medical service and basic assurance( r=0.811, P<0.001), while the factor of high-end talents and academic resources was significantly correlated with that disciplinary construction and resource efficiency( r=0.906, P<0.001). The second-order cluster analysis found the 41 cancer hospitals as two categories, with the first category of five in Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin, and the second category of the rest 36 hospitals. Significant differences were found between the two categories in terms of resource scoring, service scoring, high-end resources and disciplinary sphere of influence( P<0.001). Meanwhile, the GDP per capita of the cities in which these hospitals are located also had significant differences( P<0.001). Conclusions:Development of public tertiary cancer hospitals in China was imbalanced, as their differences were mainly found in levels of disciplinary development and efficiency of clinical services, which were closely related to the high-end talents and academic resources of the hospital in question.Furthermore, high quality medical care was mostly located in regions of higher development. The authors recommend to take a balanced consideration of the differences and distribution of cancer care services in China, in terms of performance classification of public hospitals and establishment of regional cancer centers of the country.
10.Neurofeedback technique based on mismatched negativity in improvement of cognitive function

Objective:To explore effective schemes for improving cognitive function in patients with subjective cognitive decline (SCD) by EEG neurofeedback (NF) technique.Methods:Ten SCD patients recruited in Department of Neurology, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from April 2019 to August 2019, were chosen in our study; all patients were subjected to neuro-regulation of mismatched negativity (MMN) for 5 times in 2 weeks by EEG NF technique. By using the midlines of frontal zone (Fz), central zone (Cz) and peak zone (Pz) as training electrodes, auditory tones (1000 Hz as standard stimulus, individual hearing discrimination threshold as deviation stimulus) were used to induce MMN characteristics of event-related potential (ERP) via Oddball paradigm. SCD patients received visual disc stimulation feedback with dynamic neural signal activity. ERP waveforms and standard MMN characteristics (amplitude and latency) before and after training were used to evaluate the changes in neural activity of these patients; nine N-Back working memory tasks (three types×three gradients) and hearing discrimination ability tests were used in these patients to evaluate the improvement of cognitive competence.Results:ERP analysis showed that the MMN waveforms in SCD patients after training were obviously different as compared with those before training; their standard stimulus and deviant stimulus in the point-by-point paired t-test analysis were significant different ( P<0.05). The MMN amplitudes at the Fz, Cz and Pz electrodes in these patients after training were significantly higher than those before training ( P<0.05). The accuracy of auditory tone 3-Back task in SCD patients was statistically significant before and after training ( P<0.05). Conclusion:NF based on MMN can significantly improve the MMN amplitude and accuracy of auditory working memory task in patients with SCD, which might provide a potentially effective cognitive intervention method for patients with early AD and the elderly with normal memory decline.
