The oocyte, as the origin of life, provides half the chromosomes to the embryo and supplies the proteins, substrates, energy, and other support necessary for embryonic development. It is the decisive factor determining the embryo's developmental potential. Infertility caused by reproductive endocrine diseases targets the oocyte as the final target cell. Improving oocyte quality represents a key and difficult point in the field of modern reproductive medicine. The decline of oocyte quality is related to meiosis abnormalities, DNA damage, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and other mechanisms. For oocyte quality problems, there is no unified international guideline to recommend drugs. Because the drug intervention research on oocytes involves strict clinical ethical restrictions, the current relevant research only stays in the animal and in vitro experimental stage and has not yet been applied to the clinic. Traditional Chinese medicine compound formula has a multi-target and multi-pathway regulation mechanism and is widely used in clinics. More and more research began to pay attention to the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound formulas in improving oocyte quality. Traditional Chinese medicine compound formula has the advantages of multi-target and multi-channel synergy as well as better safety, individualization, and conformity to clinical ethics in improving oocyte quality. This article systematically reviewed the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine compound formula interventions for oocyte quality, aiming to summarize existing findings and provide recommendations to improve oocyte quality and optimize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female infertility within traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective To understand the current situation of the management of patients'self-provided infusion drugs in secondary and above general hospitals in China, and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for improving the management system. Methods The annual pharmacy professional quality control work survey conducted by the National Pharmaceutical Management Professional Quality Control Center was used to obtain information on the management of patients'self-provided infusion drugs in secondary and above general hospitals in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of Chinese mainland from 2020 to 2022,and was summarized and calculated using data-processing software. Results The total number of secondary and above general hospitals included in the analysis from 2020 to 2022 is 4 786,5 063 and 6 041,respectively.In 2022,compared with 2020,the percentage of hospitals allowing patients to use self-provided infused drugs decreased from 55.08%to 48.54%,the percentage of hospitals that have established a system for managing patients' self-provided drugs increased from 81.54%to 98.09%,and the percentage of hospitalized patients' use of self-provided drugs that are all documented in their medical orders increased from 79.76%to 90.72%.The types of drugs that hospitals allow patients to use for self-provided infusion are mainly antitumor drugs, the places where self-provided infusion drugs are dispensed are mainly clinical departments(wards),and the main source of self-provided infusion drugs is self-pickup by patients. Conclusion Hospitals should establish a management system for patients'self-provided drugs, strengthen the information management of self-provided infusion drugs, and ensure drug supply and medication safety for patients.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2025;60(12):2338-2345
Objective:
To analyze the temporal changes in lipid levels in patients following acute pancreatitis(AP) and explore the factors associated with post-AP serum triglyceride( TG) level changes.
Methods:
Patients diag- nosed with AP were included in this study. Clinical data were collected retrospectively , and lipid profile data from follow-up visits after discharge were tracked. Kaplan-Meier(K-M) curves were used to stratify follow-up duration ,iodine content detection. Thyroid volume was measured using a fully digital ultrasound imaging system , and goiter prevalence was calculated.
Results:
A total of 141 patients with 306 follow⁃up visits were included. Spearman correlation analysis showed a mild increase in lipid levels over time post⁃discharge : TG( r = 0. 159 , P = 0. 005) , total cholesterol(TC)( r = 0. 231 , P < 0. 000 1) , high⁃density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL⁃C) ( r = 0. 181 , P = 0. 002) , and apolipoproteinA1 ( ApoA1) ( r = 0. 371 , P <0. 000 1) . In the univariate linear mixed model , male gender(β = 0. 160 ,P = 0. 007) , body mass index(BMI) (β= 0. 017 , P = 0. 007) , diabetes history(β = 0. 138 , P = 0. 030) , smoking history(β = 0. 166 ,P = 0. 004) , and recurrent AP(β = 0. 119 , P = 0. 029) were significantly associated with Lg(TG) levels (P < 0. 05) . In the multivariate model , BMI( β = 0. 019 , P = 0. 042) , smoking history ( β = 0. 155 , P = 0. 049 ) , and recurrent AP( β =0. 148 , P = 0. 032) remained significantly positively correlated with changes in Lg(TG) levels after AP , albeit with a low correlation strength (r < 0. 200) .
Conclusion
Lipid levels , including TG , TC , HDL⁃C and ApoA1 , tend to increase over time in AP patients after discharge , with this trend being more pronounced in those with hypertriglyceridemic acute pancreatitis. Post⁃AP TG levels are significantly influenced by BMI at the time of onset , smoking history and recurrent AP.

Organ preservation fluid could mitigate cold ischemia injury and maintain normal function of the grafts. At present, how to reduce a series of injury caused by cold ischemia of donor liver and improve the preservation quality of grafts are the hot and challenging spots in this field. Currently, preservation fluid in clinical practice has not achieved ideal preservation effect, especially for the protection of marginal donor organs. In the context of severe donor shortage, the key solution is still to explore the optimal preservation protocol for donor liver to prevent grafts from cold ischemia injury. In this article, the mechanism of donor liver injury during cold ischemia, the classification and evolution of donor liver preservation fluid were summarized, the development direction and challenges of donor liver preservation fluid were discussed, aiming to provide novel ideas and references for the research and development of donor liver preservation fluid.

Stage T1 lung cancer refers to the tumor with maximum diameter≤3 cm, surrounded by the pleural membrane of the lung or viscera, and does not exceed the lobar bronchus under the bronchoscope. The prognosis is generally good, but some of them are more invasive, and more aggressive treatments are needed to achieve the best prognosis. This article reviews which T1 lung cancers are susceptible to metastasis and their risk factors. It is hoped that such patients will receive the attention of relevant scholars, and when they are encountered clinically, a more aggressive approach will be taken to extend their life expectancy.
