Objective To analyze the correlation between the pulmonary immune prognostic index(LIPI)and the prognosis of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated with sintilimab. Methods A total of 145 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected as study subjects. All patients received treatment with sintilimab, and their clinical baseline data were recorded.Accord-ing to the LIPI score, patients were divided into low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups. The correlation between LIPI and the prognosis of advanced NSCLC patients was analyzed.Factors in-fluencing progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were identified. Results Univa-riate analysis showed that patient age, smoking status, pathological type, clinical stage and LIPI were factors affecting PFS(P<0.05);age,pathological type, clinical stage and LIPI were factors affecting OS(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that age of 60 to 70 years,age>70 years, adenocarcinoma, stage Ⅳ and high-risk LIPI were independent prognostic factors of PFS(P<0.05);age>70 years, poor stage Ⅳ,adenocarcinoma and high-risk LIPI were independent prognos-tic factors of OS(P<0.05).LIPI influenced patient's prognosis, with low-risk patients showing better outcomes and longer median PFS and OS.Conclusion LIPI is correlated with the prognosis of advanced NSCLC patients treated with sintilimab.Patients with a low-risk LIPI assessment benefit more from sintilimab treatment.

Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death, which is different from apoptosis, pyrodeath, necrosis and autophagy. It is characterized by the imbalance of cell iron homeostasis, which leads to the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and lipid peroxides, which exceeds the antioxidant capacity of cells and eventually leads to oxidative death of cells. Studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in acute renal injury induced by renal ischemia-reperfusion and inhibition of ferroptosis can effectively alleviate renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. It is of great significance to study the relationship and mechanism of ferroptosis and renal ischemia-reperfusion injury to prevent acute renal function injury caused by renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in clinical work .

The risk of early acute rejection after kidney transplantation is relatively high, which severely affects the quality of life of the recipients. In 2009, Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) recommended that immune inducers should be included in the immune-inducing regime before kidney transplantation, aiming to provide certain strength of immunosuppression during this critical phase and effectively reduce the incidence of acute rejection following kidney transplantation. At present, the selection, efficacy and safety of immune inducers remain controversial among transplantation centers around the world. In this article, clinical efficacy of monoclonal antibodies including interleukin-2 receptor antagonist, alemtuzumab, rituximab and polyclonal antibody antithymocyte globulin in immune induction therapy before kidney transplantation were compared and literature review was performed at home and abroad, aiming to provide reference for promoting the individualized selection of immune inducers for kidney transplantation and improving the quality of life of recipients.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of conventional surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures and traditional Chinese medicine intervention. Methods Sixty-eight patients with tibial plateau fractures who had received medical treatment from Hangzhou Cancer Hospital (May 23, 2015 to May 23, 2016) were randomized to the surgical group and the combined group as the subjects of this study. 34 patients in the operation group were treated with surgical treatment. 34 patients in the combined group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of operation. The clinical efficacy and knee function scores of the patients with tibial plateau fractures were compared. Results The total effective rate was 91.18% in the combined group, which was significantly higher than that in the operation group (73.53%) (P<0.05). The knee function score of the combined group was (25.36±3.85) The operation group (21.24 ± 3.89) was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the function of knee joint in patients with tibial plateau fractures.
