1.Related factors and pathway analysis of e-cigarette use behavior among primary and secondary school students in Pudong New Area,Shanghai
Chinese Journal of School Health 2026;47(6):795-798
Objective:
To examine the prevalence of e-cigarette use and associated factors among primary and secondary school students in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and to explore the pathways linking harm perception of e-cigarettes, interpersonal social influence, and attitudes toward e-cigarette use with experimentation behavior, in order to provide scientific basis for further optimizing the prevention and control strategies of e-cigarette among adolescents.
Methods:
From September to October 2025, a multi stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 5 144 primary and secondary school students aged 8-19 years from 47 primary and secondary schools in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey. The questionnaire collected information on e-cigarette use, harm perception of e-cigarette, interpersonal social influence, and attitudes toward e-cigarette use. The Chi-square test was applied to analyze the differences in cigarette and e-cigarette use behavior among primary and secondary school students with different demographic characteristics. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was constructed using Mplus 8.3 software, and the bootstrap method was utilized to test the mediating effects.
Results:
The reported rates of cigarette experimentation, e-cigarette experimentation, and current e-cigarette use among primary and secondary school students were 1.85%, 2.10%, and 0.70%, respectively. Higher reporting rates of e-cigarette experimentation were observed among boys (2.82%), secondary school students aged 16-19 (3.39%), senior high school students (3.05%), and those with weekly pocket money >100 yuan ( 6.11% ) ( χ 2=11.67, 8.61, 8.00, 54.18, all P <0.05). Structural pathway analysis results demonstrated that e-cigarette harm perception positively predicted interpersonal social influence ( β =0.61) and e-cigarette use attitude ( β = 0.53 ), and interpersonal social influence ( β =0.65) and e-cigarette use attitude ( β =0.25) further promoted e-cigarette experimentation behavior among primary and secondary school students (all P <0.01), with interpersonal social influence playing a major mediating role (indirect effect=0.40).
Conclusions
E-cigarette experimentation behavior among primary and secondary school students in Pudong New Area is jointly influenced by multiple psychosocial factors. Intervention strategies should strengthen interpersonal social factors such as family and peers on the basis of health education, thereby constructing a comprehensive prevention and control strategy for e-cigarette use among primary and secondary school students.

Objective:To quantitatively evaluate the level of the three medical linkage in China from 2009 to 2022,explore the influencing factors and driving paths of the three medical linkage in China, and provide a new perspective for promoting the development of the three medical linkage. Methods:An optimized coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems and different binary systems within the systems in 31 provinces of China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),and the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method was used to explore the condition configurations of multi-factor-driven three medical linkage. Results:From 2009 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems in each province of China generally showed an increasing trend year by year.Among the binary systems, the overall coordinated development situation between the medical and medical insurance systems was the best and the regional development was the most balanced. The coupling coordination degree gap between the trinity healthcare system and the internal binary systems among provinces gradually widened, and the multi-polarization trend intensified. The paths to promote high-level three medical linkage can be summarized into two types:internal and external balanced development type(H1)and government-led type(H2,H3),among which the H1 path with per capita GDP and health expenditure as core conditions was the most common. Conclusion:It is suggested to enhance institutional and technological innovation, and integrate resources through a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism and digital technology.Provinces should select high-level optimization paths by leveraging regional endowments to narrow the regional development gap.Meanwhile, under the impetus of high-level policies, the protection and supervision system continues to improve, thereby promoting the three medical linkage.

Objective:To develop evaluation indicators for care ability of caregivers in home-based palliative care based on the Farran caregiver skills model. Methods:Based on the Farran caregiver skills model, a preliminary evaluation index system was constructed through theoretical analysis, literature review, and semi-structured interviews. From July to October 2024, experts in the field were selected to conduct expert consultations, revise and improve the index system, and determine the weight of the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process. Results:A total of two rounds of expert consultations were conducted. The effective response rates for the first and second rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 90.00% (18/20) and 100.00% (18/18), respectively. In the two rounds of expert consultations, 15 experts (83.33%) and 3 experts (16.67%) respectively proposed revision suggestions. In the two rounds of consultation, the expert authority coefficients were 0.931 and 0.936, respectively, and the Kendall coefficient of concordance were 0.152~0.283、0.183~0.269 ( P<0.05). The final evaluation indicators for care ability of caregivers in home-based palliative care included four first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 45 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The evaluation indicators for care ability of caregivers in home-based palliative care developed are highly scientific and reliable, and can provide a reference for the evaluation of family caregiver care ability and the formulation of training programs.

Objective To explore practical pathways for the connotation quality control of Zhuang medical records by le-veraging the reform of DRG-based medical insurance payment systems as an opportunity, thereby enhancing record quality and fostering the coordinated development of ethnic medicine with modern medical insurance payment systems. Methods By analy-zing the requirements imposed by the DRG-based payment reform on the quality management of Zhuang medical records,a quality control management system focused on the connotation quality control of these records was established.A scoring standard for the connotation quality of Zhuang medical records, supplemented by DRG,was developed.Dynamic quality control was implemented through a combination of information-based intelligent review and expert manual review to ensure rectification. Results Key in-dicators,such as the qualification rate of the first page of medical records, the A-level rate of inpatient records, and the DRG en-rollment rate, showed significant improvements. The documentations of surgical and procedural records were standardized, and the records of ward rounds and case discussions by senior physicians were comprehensive and detailed, accurately reflecting the diagnostic and therapeutic methods and outcomes of Zhuang medicine. Conclusion The DRG-based quality control model for Zhuang medical records effectively aligns medical insurance payment with the unique characteristics of ethnic medicine, offering a replicable model for the quality management of medical records in ethnic medicine institutions under DRG-based reforms.

A 3-month-old female infant was admitted for incessant crying for 3 days.Examination revealed a rapidly growing massive retroperitoneal mass that was difficult to resect.Needle biopsy confirmed infantile fibrosarcoma.Initial chemotherapy with the VAC regimen(vincristine, actinomycin D,and cyclophosphamide)was administered, but the response was poor. The common fusion in infantile fibrosarcoma is ETV6-NTRK3,and next-generation sequencing detected an RBPMS-NTRK3 gene fusion in this patient. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of infantile fibrosarcoma with RBPMS-NTRK3 fusion in China.Treatment with larotrectinib resulted in marked tumor shrinkage.
