Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in medical staff in Beijing City. Methods A total of 2 687 medical staff were selected as the research subjects using the multi-stage sampling method. The current situation of WMSDs and occupational stress, anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, and insomnia symptoms were investigated using the Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire, the Core Occupational Stress Scale, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale, and the Self-Sleep Management Questionnaire. The Max-Min Hill-Climbing algorithm was used to construct a Bayesian network model to analyze the influencing factors and internal relationships of WMSDs and to conduct reasoning and prediction of the model. Results The prevalence of WMSDs among the research subjects was 88.9%. Binary logistic regression analysis was used to identify age, educational level, personal monthly income, anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, insomnia symptoms, prolonged forward-head desk work, and prolonged static posture work to construct the Bayesian network model. The model consisted of nine nodes and eleven directed edges. Prolonged static posture work, prolonged forward-head desk work, and anxiety symptoms were directly related to WMSDs. Age and educational level were indirectly related to WMSDs through their influence on prolonged forward-head desk work. Depression symptoms were indirectly associated with WMSDs through their influence on anxiety symptoms. The model's prediction accuracy was 90.5%. Conclusion The prevalence of WMSDs among medical staff in Beijing City is relatively high. Prolonged static posture work, prolonged forward-head desk work, and anxiety symptoms may directly increase the risk of developing WMSDs.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism through which Chaixian Huashen decoction(CXHSD)ameliorates lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced acute lung injury(ALI)in mice.METHODS Component analysis:the components of CXHSD extract were analyzed via ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive HFX).Network pharma-cology analysis was conducted to predict the potential active components and underlying therapeutic targets of CXHSD for ALI treatment.① Animal experiment:mice were randomly divided into the normal control group,model(LPS)group,model+dexamethasone(DEX)4 mg·kg-1 group,model+CXHSD 10 g·kg-1 group,and model+CXHSD 20 g·kg-1 group.Except for the normal control group,ALI was induced in all the mice by intratracheal instillation of LPS.Model+CXHSD groups received daily intra-gastric administration of corresponding treatments for 7 consecutive days.The model+DEX group was administered saline intragastrically for the initial 5 d,followed by DEX for the next 2 d.ALI was induced by intratracheal instillation of LPS 5 mg·kg-1 1 h after the 6th administration of CXHSD/DEX.24 h after modeling,the severity of pulmonary edema was assessed using the wet to dry weight(W/D)ratio,and hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to evaluate histopathological damage.The levels of myeloperoxidase(MPO),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-1β in lung tissue homogenates and serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The total protein concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)was measured by bicinchoninic acid(BCA)assay.Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were used to assess the expression levels of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),myeloid differentiation primary response 88(MyD88),zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)and occludin,as well as the phosphorylation level of nuclear factor-kappa B p65(NF-κB p65).② Cell experiment:RAW264.7 cells were divided into the cell control group,LPS 1 mg·L-1 group,LPS 1 mg·L-1+DEX 1 mg·L-1 group,and LPS 1 mg·L-1+CXHSD 50,100 and 200 mg·L-1 groups.After 24 h of culture,the nitric oxide(NO)content was measured with the nitrate reductase method,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 β and IL-6 in the cell supernatants of each group were detected by ELISA.RESULTS Network pharmacology analysis indicated that CXHSD might alleviate ALI through the NF-κB pathway.① Com-pared with the normal control group,the W/D ratio was elevated,pathological injuries aggravated(such as alveolar wall thickening,inflammatory infiltration,and alveolar congestion),histopathological damage pronounced,MPO activity increased,and total protein concentrations in BALF raised in the model group,in which levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 β in both lung tissue and serum became higher.Concur-rently,LPS increased the expressions of p-NF-κB p65,TLR4 and MyD88,but reduced the expressions of ZO-1 and occludin.Compared with the model group,model+CXHSD groups had their pulmonary edema and lung pathological injury ameliorated as evidenced by alleviated alveolar wall thickening,inflammatory infiltration and alveolar congestion.The levels of MPO,TNF-α,IL-1 β and IL-6 in both lung tissue and serum,and the total protein concentrations in BALF were significantly decreased in the model+CXHSD groups.Additionally,the expressions of TLR4,MyD88,and p-NF-κB p65 were significantly downregulated,while those of ZO-1 and occludin were prominently upregulated.② Compared with the cell control,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 β,IL-6 and NO in the supernatant of RAW264.7 cells were signifi-cantly increased in the LPS group.Compared with the LPS group,in the supernatant of RAW264.7 cells treated with LPS+CXHSD at 100 mg·L-1,there was no significant difference in TNF-α levels.However,in the other groups treated with LPS+CXHSD,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 β,IL-6,and the content of NO were significantly reduced.CONCLUSION CXHSD can alleviate LPS-induced ALI by inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway,attenuating inflammation,and preserving pulmonary barrier integrity.

The eutR gene deletion mutant of Salmonella enteritidis was successfully constructed by homologous recombination.Through the study of its biochemical characteristics,motility,resist-ance to stress in vitro and survival ability in RAW 264.7 cells,it was found that the biochemical characteristics and motility of the eutR gene deletion mutant of Salmonella enteritidis had no sig-nificant change compared with the wild type of Salmonella enteritidis.The ability of eutR gene de-letion strain of Salmonella enteritidis to resist acid,alkali and oxidation was significantly reduced,while the ability to resist heat was not significantly changed;the survival ability of eutR gene dele-tion strain in RAW 264.7 cells was significantly reduced compared with the wild type.In order to further analyze the effect of eutR gene on the expression of virulence factors of Salmonella enterit-idis,the relative expression levels of invH,ssav,ssrA,xthA,orf245,sodC,lrp,mrr1 and hflk virulence genes of the deletion strain and the wild strain were detected by SYBR Green PCR.It was found that the expression of the virulence factors mentioned above in the eutR gene deletion strain of Salmonella enteritidis was significantly down-regulated compared with that in the wild-type strain.The LD50 of the eutR gene-deleted strain of Salmonella enteritidis was determined by ani-mal experiments,and the results showed that the LD50 of the eutR gene-deleted strain was higher than that of the wild-type strain,indicating that the eutR gene could affect the virulence of Salmonella.This study clarified the effect of eutR gene on the survival ability,some biological characteristics and virulence of Salmonella enteritidis in macrophages,and provided a new gene knockout target for the development of attenuated Salmonella enteritidis genetic engineering vac-cine.

Objective:To compare the early therapeutic effects of internal fixation with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow nail assisted by electromagnetic navigation robot and guided by C-arm in the treatment of Tile type C pelvic fracture.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 32 patients with Tile type C pelvic fracture admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022, including 18 males and 14 females; aged 36-60 years [(44.1±3.9)years]. Among them, 17 patients were treated with internal fixation with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow nail assisted by electromagnetic navigation robot (electromagnetic navigation group), and 15 with internal fixation with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow nail guided by C-arm (C-arm guidance group). Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, sacroiliac screw placement time, pubic branch screw placement time, ambulation time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. Visual analog scale (VAS), Majeed function score and complication rate at 1 day, 6 months, 12 months after surgery and at the last follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:All the patients were followed up for 12-24 months [(15.4±0.5)months]. The operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the electromagnetic navigation group were (42.0±2.5)minutes and (10.9±2.6)ml, shorter or less than (50.0±3.5)minutes and (14.9±3.1)ml in the C-arm guidance group (all P<0.01). The placement time of sacroiliac screw and pubic branch screw in the electromagnetic navigation group was (12.4±0.2)minutes and (10.1±0.3)minutes, shorter than (15.3±0.3)minutes and (13.2±0.3)minutes in the C-arm guidance group (all P<0.01). The ambulation time was (3.2±0.4)weeks in the electromagnetic navigation group, earlier than (3.5±0.4)weeks in the C-arm guidance group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups ( P>0.05). VAS scores of the electromagnetic navigation group were (4.4±0.3)points and (1.1±0.1)points at 1 day and 6 months after surgery respectively, lower than those of the C-arm guidance group [(4.8±0.4)points and (1.2±0.3)points] ( P<0.05 or 0.01). Majeed function scores of the electromagnetic navigation group were (37.3±1.1)points and (88.5±1.4)points at 1 day and 6 months after surgery respectively, higher than those of the C-arm guidance group [(30.7±4.2)points and (82.6±1.8)points] (all P<0.01). There were no significant differences in VAS and Majeed scores at 12 months after surgery and at the last follow-up between the two groups (all P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with C-arm guidance, electromagnetic navigation robot-assisted internal fixation with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow nail for Tile type C pelvic fracture can reduce operative time and intraoperative blood loss, shorten screw placement time and ambulation time, relieve pain and improve functional recovery at early stage.

Objective:Sirtuins family is involved in the regulation of many biological events in the cells of the body. As one of the important members, SIRT1 may participate in the formation and development of colorectal cancer. We detected the expression of SIRT1 in colorectal cancer and adjacent normal mucosa to explore its role and significance in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Methods:One hundred and twenty surgical specimens of patients from Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University who were hospitalized for colorectal cancer from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as experimental group. The normal mucosa tissues more than 10 cm away from the tumor focus were taken as the control group. The expression of SIRT1 in colorectal cancer and normal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method and Western blot. The different expression of SIRT1 in different organs of digestive tract and parts of human system was compared with Expression Atlas Database. The relationship between SIRT1 expression and clinical pathological data was analyzed to explore the role and significance of SIRT1 in colorectal cancer.Results:SIRT1 protein was mainly expressed in the tumor cell nucleus. The positive staining was brownish yellow, and it was highly expressed in rectal cancer; Sirt1 expression was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, differentiation and tumor size, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); SIRT1 was highly expressed in human digestive tract, but there was no significant difference in the expression of SIRT1 in various organs of digestive tract; Sirt1 may function through the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in colorectal cancer. Conclusions:SIRT1 plays the role of oncogene in the development of colorectal cancer, and increasing expression of SIRT1 promotes the development of colorectal cancer. SIRT1 may be a marker of early diagnosis of colorectal cancer, which is of great significance.

Objective To explore the expression of Octamers binding transcription factor 4 (Oct4) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters in the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues .Methods From September 2013 to December 2016 ,100 cases of NSCLC patients with lung cancer (group NSCLC ,n=100) and their corresponding normal paracancerous tissues (the control group ,n=100) were selected as the samples .The expression of Oct4 mRNA and protein in two groups of tissue samples were detected by fluores-cence quantitative PCR ,immunohistochemistry and western blot .The relationship between the level of Oct4 expression and the clinicopathological parameters of the patients was analyzed ,and the prognosis of the Oct4 positive and negative patients in the NSCLC group was compared .Results The expression of Oct4 mRNA in NSCLC group was (3 .21 ± 0 .18) ,protein expression was (0 .74 ± 0 .11) and the positive rate was 74 .00％ , which were significantly higher than those of control group [(1 .47 ± 0 .11) ,(0 .10 ± 0 .03) ,10 .00％ ,P<0 .05] .The positive rate of Oct4 expression in NSCLC patients was not related to sex ,age ,smoking index and tumor size (P>0 .05) ,but related to pathological type ,degree of differentiation ,and TNM staging ,in which the positive rates of Oct4 in patients with adenocarcinoma ,low differentiation and TNM stage Ⅲ stage were significantly higher than those of non adenocarcinoma ,middle-high differentiation degree ,Ⅰ - Ⅱ TNM stage patients (P< 0 .05) .In NSCLC patients ,compared with Oct4 negative patients ,the distant metastasis rate (64 .86％ ) ,pulse tube infiltration rate (47 .30％ ) in Oct4 positive patients were significantly higher ,and the 1 year survival rate (67 .57％ ) decreased (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of Oct4 in NSCLC tissue is closely related to its clinicopathological parameters .Oct4 is highly expressed in adenocarcinoma ,and with thedecrease of differentiation and progression of tumor stages ,the expression increases and affects the prognosis . Oct4 can be used as a specific diagnostic marker of NSCLC .

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of reproductive system diseases among female workers in a city and related occupational influencing factors. Methods: From June to September, 2016, a cross-sectional survey was used to select 9 944 female workers from six districts of Beijing and then a face-to-face questionnaire survey was performed. Univariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the risk factors for reproductive system diseases. Results: The age of 9944 female workers ranged from 18 to 65 years (mean 35.53±9.52 years) , and among them, 7 351 (73.92%) were married. The overall prevalence rate of reproductive system diseases among these 9944 female workers during the past three months was 28.29%, and the prevalence rates of hyperplasia of mammary glands, vaginitis, and hysteromyoma were 15.54%, 11.25%, and 6.77%, respectively. After adjustment for age, marital status, education level, and annual family income, the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that frequent overtime work (odds ratio[OR]=1.119, 95% confidence interval[CI]: 1.070-1.343) , frequent night shifts (OR=1.198, 95%CI: 1.054-1.361) , standing for a long time (OR=1.197, 95%CI: 1.063-1.347) , sitting for a long time (OR=1.327, 95%CI: 1.191-1.479) , heavy workload (OR=1.429, 95%CI: 1.262-1.615) , exposure to lead (OR=1.696, 95%CI: 1.307-2.201) , exposure to mercury (OR=1.452, 95%CI: 1.086-1.940) , and exposure to ionizing radiation (OR=1.679, 95%CI: 1.424-1.980) were associated with reproductive system diseases. Conclusion The prevalence of reproductive system diseases among female workers in Beijing is not optimistic. Reproductive system diseases are associated with frequent overtime work, frequent night shifts, standing for a long time, sitting for a long time, heavy workload, and exposure to lead, mercury, and ionizing radiation.

Objective: To investigate the status of abnormal menstruation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing, China and related influencing factors. Methods: In July 2016, a cross-sectional survey was performed, and a self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the status of menstruation and occupation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing. The chi-square test and a multivariate logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 892 female nurses were investigated, and among them, 485 experienced abnormal menstruation within the past three months, resulting in an abnormal menstruation rate of 54.37%. The female nurses who were exposed to harmful factors during work, negative life events, or high workload had a significantly higher abnormal menstruation rate than those who were not exposed to such factors (χ²=5.199, 16.186, and 10.227, P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Negative life events (odds ratio [OR]=1.813, 95% confidence interval[CI]: 1.317-2.496) and high workload (OR=1.461, 95%CI: 1.112-1.918) were risk factors for abnormal menstruation. Conclusion Nurses have an abnormal menstruation rate as high as 54.37%, and high workload and negative life events were risk factors for abnormal menstruation in nurses.

Objective: To evaluate the mental health of female doctors and nurses. Methods: Investigat the psychologic status of female doctors and nurses using symptom checklist 90. And statistical software was applied to analyze results of symptom checklist 90. Results: There were differences in the score of SCL-90 between doctor and nurse groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Negative life events (OR=2.940) , relative suffer from mental illness (OR=3.683) , shift work (OR=1.611) and heavy workload (OR=2.265) were found to risk factors for the positive of SCL-90. Conclusion There were differences in the score of SCL-90 between doctor and nurse groups. Negative life events, relative suffer from mental illness, shift workand heavy workload are risk factors for SCL-90 positive of female doctors and nurses.
