Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa caused by abnormal activation of the immune system, with alterations in macrophage polarization playing a crucial role in its occurrence and development. Non-coding RNA has been found to play a key role in the polarization of macrophages. This study aims to explore the latest developments in research on the role of non-coding RNA-regulated macrophage polarization in the pathogenesis of AR, with the goal of identifying new approaches and potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of AR.

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of congenital leukemia and the main factors affecting its prognosis. Methods:Clinical data of children with congenital leukemia admitted to Zhengzhou Children′s Hospital from July 2007 to December 2017 were retrospectively collected.Their clinical characteristics, chemotherapy and factors affecting their long-term survival were analyzed. Results:A total of 23 cases of congenital leukemia were collected, who mostly complained of " increased white blood cells, skin nodules and skin hemorrhage" . Among them, 10 cases abandoned the treatment, who all died according to the follow-up results.Among the 13 treated cases, 7 cases were male, and 6 were female. One of the 13 cases was a twin.Eight cases were acute myeloid leukemia, and 5 cases were acute lymphoblastic leukemia. One case did not perform the fusion gene test. MLL gene was positive in 2 cases and negative in 10 cases. No other fusion genes were detected.Karyotype analysis showed that 1 case was 21-trisomy and 12 cases had a normal karyotype. All 13 patients received symptomatic and/or reduced chemotherapy. The median follow-up time was 4 years and 11 months.Six cases recovered and 7 cases died during the follow-up.One case was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia on the 6 th day after the birth in another hospital. He was not treated timely and came to Zhengzhou Children′s Hospital with general contract blocks at the age of 32 days. After checking, he was diagnosed with center leukemia and testicular leukemia. He developed a severe infection in the lung and brain after strong chemotherapy, and died even after the remote consultation with Lurie Children′s Hospital of Chicago. The other 6 cases died of severe infection and multiple organ injuries after chemotherapy, and no one died of leukemia relapse. Conclusion:Reduction chemotherapy may be an important treatment to children with congenital leukemia.

Objective To establish a rat model of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)through single-prolonged stress(SPS)and to observe the effect of social isolation on the behavior of the SPS model rats. Methods A total of 36 rats were randomly divided into the normal group, SPS model group and SPS combined with social isolation group. The rats in both SPS model group and SPS combined with social isolation group were modeled by single-prolonged stress, and the rats in the SPS combined with social isolation group were raised separately after modelling. The weight gaining, the total movement distance in open field test, the frequency of grid crossing, the single maximum movement distance, and the freezing frequency and time durations in the freezing behavior test were measured after 7 days of modeling. Results Compared with the normal group, the weight gaining and the single maximum movement distance of the rats in the SPS model group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),as well as the total movement distance and the frequency of grid crossing(P < 0.05),while the freezing frequency and time in the freezing behavior test were significantly increased(P < 0.01). Compared with the normal group, the weight gaining and crossing times of the rats in the SPS combined with social isolation group was decreased(P <0.05),and the freezing frequency and time durations in the freezing behavior test were increased(P < 0.05). In addition, compared with the SPS model group, the total movement distance in the open field test, the frequency of grid crossing and the single maximum movement distance of the rats in the SPS combined with social isolation group were increased(P < 0.05). Conclusions The rat model of post-traumatic stress disorder is successfully established by single-prolonged stress, and 7 days of social isolation may alleviate the anxiety state of SPS model rats.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the inhibited effect of matrine on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells and the expression of apoptosis-related gene Caspase-3 mRNA, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9 protein. And to explore the inhibiting effect of matrine on the apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells.
METHOD:
In vitro experiments, MTT assay was used to detect the effect of matrine on CNE2 cell proliferation with different concentration. The expression levels of Caspase-3 were detected by real-time PCR. Western Blot was used to gauge the levels of Caspase-3, Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 protein.
RESULT:
MTT results showed significant inhibitory action of matrine on CNE2 cells proliferation in does-dependent manner, which could up-regulate the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA and Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9 protein in a dose-dependent manner.
CONCLUSION
Matrine could inhibit CNE2 cells proliferation in a does-dependent,that was closely related to the up-regulation of Caspase-3 mRNA and Caspase-3, Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 protein expression, and to the cascade reaction of Caspase.
